Featured on Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun, Season 8, episode 6. Please note ready for the 2025 season we are totally refurbishing the downstairs bathroom and fitting a walk in shower. Photos to follow.
Located in a lovely quiet residential street in the popular Rincon de loix area Benidorm. The villa's location is superb as it is only a 5 minute walk to the first restaurants, bars and the Hotel de Loix. The beach is a 20 minute walk or 7 minutes in the car. It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of 5 bedrooms all air conditioned by coin meters. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of them en suite, 3 twin bedrooms and also we have a second lounge with a sofa bed. We have 1 travel cot available and 1 highchair. The second lounge is on the first floor and has a terrace. There are 2 main bathrooms and the en suite. The kitchen has a tv with english chanels, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich maker and fridge freezer, the washing machine is in the utility room. The large lounge has a 65inch Tv with sky tv and sports channels package along with a Blu Ray home cinema surround sound system. The games room is in the basement. Please note being in the basement this can get very warm in the summer months and there is no ventilation. Outside, the property has totally secluded terraces with sunny areas or if you need to escape the sun there are covered terraces We have a private pool which we are able to heat at additional cost if you require between the months of June and October. BBq area. A Damage deposit is £300 for a mixed group or £100 per person for all male or female. Please note that on booking the villa it is expected that you will respect the other residents in the area. If you are requiring an early check in or late check out we suggest booking the night before or after as we can't guarantee it until just before your holiday, we are getting enquiries all the time. We often get same day changeovers and therefore not able to accommodate any alterations on arrival and departure times.

The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.
The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good.
Overall we had a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa. The pool is lovely, and the Villa is so spacious! We enjoyed walking into Benidorm or took Taxis, which were only about €7. There is also a great bus service . The Villa has everything you need and the Aircon in the bedrooms was a blessing! Communication with The owner Sue was excellent and she responded quickly when we had queries or questions about anything. I would definitely stay again and book with confidence

Travelled as a family of ten. On arrival to the villa we were totally amazed as the photos dont do it justice. Such a beautiful villa. The guest information was on point and very helpful. Communication with Sue was promptly and very straightforward. And security deposit was returned before we got home. Had a wonderful time and our children just loved the pool. Hope to return again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The property itself is stunning and was found in immaculate condition. The owner is communicative, polite and extremely responsive. They accommodated an early check-in for us and were prompt in the return of our security deposits. The location is okay, a little far to walk to and from the beach but super accessible via taxi. Our biggest gripe was the poolside neighbor, we were very respectful with noise and hours using the pool but that did not prevent them from complaining several times. At one time the neighbor resorted to profanity and insulted us for no real reason other than using the pool (we were not being loud or did not have any music playing). Whilst this was a negative experience, Susan and Nigel are wonderful hosts and the villa itself is really beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

The property was just as described and we weren't disappointed. Communication with the owner was spot on. We found the residential area very quiet which suited us. 5 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and a local bus ride away from the town. Would highly recommend

We were a group of 10 consisting of two families and there was more than enough room for everyone without feeling cramped.Like others have stated the photos of this villa don’t do it justice it’s so spacious.
The area is so nice and quiet but still within easy reach of Benidorm so it worked fantastically well for when you wanted to relax, eat out, explore Benidorm or sample the night life

Brilliant villa , brilliant location lovely time had by all the family, bigger than it looks plenty of space there was 9 of us but all had our own space when we wanted lovely sized pool and plenty of outside seating and sunbathing areas really enjoyed it will definately think about booking in the future , any information needed owner's we're in touch straight away loved it , 5 stars 🌟 amazing !!!

The photos don’t do this villa justice. Bigger than the photos show. Very easy to arrange staying here, the owners are lovely and answered all my questions quickly and in full. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone! Villa is a short taxi ride away from the main strip so lovely and clean and quiet on an evening! Many rooms, a balcony, games room (which we sadly didn’t utilise) pool was lovely and again, larger than photos. Lots of information in the folder left for guests including taxi numbers etc. wonderful! 10/10

Can’t recommend enough for families or groups. Villa was lovely, had everything we needed and close to amenities if required. Lovely quiet part of town. Games room was a particular hit with our group. Weather was great too, over 20 degrees every day, can’t beat that in February.

Very nice property in a peaceful location, but close to local shops and bars.
The property is clean and in good order with a good layout, the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. You can walk to local shops and bars in a little over 5 minutes, where you can get a good breakfast/ dinner for a good price. You can walk to the strip in about 25 mins with plenty of places to stop on the way, and the beach in about 30 mins. Taxis back are about €6, it’s mostly uphill. We had an electrical fault which the owner resolved in about an hour, however we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work after that, but as we were leaving 2 days later we weren’t too bothered. I’m sure it is fixed now. Overall a great stay.

We came back for a second visit because we loved it so much the first time. As before, everything was first class, pristine, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle. Great communication from the owners - we'll be back next year!!

First rate!
I booked the last week in October for the family, 6 adults and toddler in tow. The main
attraction was the heated pool as my grandaughter is 18 months old and we had two boisterous sixteen year olds to keep entertained! The pool didn't disappoint and the villa was clean and roomy,
Very nice area with shops 10 mins walk away. the games room was great for the boys
although I'll defo have to brush up on my pool game! Being familiar with the area I knew we were handy for amenities and entertainment so the quality of the accommodation was a huge bonus.

This property is well maintained and very clean and comfortable. It met all our expectations and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Plenty shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Also within short distance of main road where you can pick up bus into Benidorm centre and the beach We were a family party of 10 (3 generations) and all had a wonderful holiday. Only point I would make is that there is a bit of an incline to get to the property but this is easily overcome especially when going out for the evening by walking down to main road and bus if going into Benidorm and getting taxi home Owners Sue and Nigel very efficient and easy to deal with and a big thank you to Darren and Claire who manage the property, for making the holiday very hassle free by getting in some shopping for us and letting us into the property early as we had early flights out. Would highly recommend and would visit again

Had 2 fabulous weeks from the 4th August. 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful villa with everything we needed. The pool was much bigger than it looks on photo. Great communication between owner and myself. All in all a fab time, hoping to rebook for next year.

Excellent accommodation, couldn't fault
Beautiful villa, everything you need for a great self catering holiday, no problems with anything, however was a bit of a walk to amenities for young and older person in our group especially as it was an extremely hot week. The villa was gorgeous

Lovely sized property in a good location
We are a family of 6 (with 4 teenagers) and still found this house plenty big enough for us. There is a good number of bathroom facilities and the main lounge is an especially good size, while the outside space was plentiful and the pool a real bonus. The villa is ideally placed for walking up to Mundomar and Aqualandia, and some useful shops including an Iceland overseas are just a few minutes walk away and well stocked for your everyday essentials. Pre-ordering the welcome pack was helpful and the information pack inside the villa had plenty of useful tips and advice and also contact numbers should you encounter any problems. The villa is located away from the 'hustle and bustle' of the main seafront and nightlife in a quiet residential area, yet an easily walkable distance, while the No.10 bus stop is just down the road and useful for taking trips into Albir and Altea. The booking process was nice and simple and owners Nigel and Sue were always prompt and willing to provide any advice where needed. I would definitely recommend this villa to families with older or younger children.

not very good security
The property wasnt cleaned the best when we arrived. Also was abit annoyed that someone didnt come in and clean the pool. Whilst we were there we was burgled and we was in the accommodation. The police forensic department come to the villa and said the gate is not secure. I have told the owners. Since we have been back they have said they are with holding some of our deposit for a damaged bed and a broken window which is what they was told by their management company. I have since proved that company wrong by sending a picture but they are still saying we are lying about the bed. Not happy.

Peaceful location, excellent facilities, lots of space!
We were travelling as a group of 10 women to celebrate a 50th birthday. This villa was ideal for our needs, in a quiet location away from the noise of the centre of Benidorm. Very clean with excellent facilities, lovely pool, plenty of chairs/sunbeds. We spent days lazing by the pool, then walking into town in the evening for dinner and entertainment. Very conscious of keeping noise levels down (difficult for 10 women - I know!)
Would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the centre. The owners were quick to respond to communications and we would definitely consider staying here again.
