Only the location was good.
Insects in the room. No window at all. Breakfast was so basic and served cold!

I like the bed and the pillows! The room is clean and staff are friendly !

Staff was helpful Courteous and friendly. Kudos to the security staff .
Room was clean as expected in a hotel.
Location was excellent as I manage to do all my meetings without using my car . All within 10 minutes walk .
SM north was just a 5 minutes walk which was a ++ for me.
Will definitely come again on my next visit.
I overslept as room AC was good and bed was extra comfortable

The location is superb
The room is small, the basic things are not there like a telephone, foot towel, coffee mug, etc. and you still need to ask the reception table to provide all of those. The TV has no cable channels. Breakfast is not sufficient. We asked for extra pillows to have a good sleep, but when we checked out the next morning, they let us paid the extra pillows that we asked for. The receptionist is not at her table most of the time. This is the worst hotel I have ever checked in. Do not book in this hotel. Terrible.

Location and strong wifi
Staff tried to open my door with their key because the guest next to me said they left hangers in my room because they had my room the night before. The staff didn’t even try knocking first, they just used their key and when I opened the door, the key was in the lock and the staff was visibly guilty-looking. This made me immensely uneasy being a solo female traveler and I even checked out 2 days early and when I contacted the hotel to refund me for the 2 days I didn’t stay there, they said no and that no one tried to enter my room. On top of all of that, the room was FILLED with small cockroaches that were crawling all over my belongings, especially in the bathroom. I truly don’t understand how this has a higher/similar rating as Eurotel (just around the corner). It is a truly disgusting place all around. They clearly didn’t even clean the room properly, there were pubes on the toilet seat and crumbs and stray litter on the floors. I think all they do is change the sheets and provide new towels. The pictures are most definitely false advertising unless I got a very outdated room, you also have to ask for a fridge if you want one, the window is extremely small, and the lighting is incredibly dim. Please read the other negative reviews before booking, I promise you they are accurate. Book Eurotel if you’re looking for a place on a budget in the area (it’s even cheaper!) after checking in there, I had a much better stay in Quezon City.

location is good but breakfast is typical silog meals which is enough value for the money.
arrive late in the hotel but there was only one staff at the reception. then, by 12 midnight , the hotel has been left to the guard. i dont feel comfortable with it. the staff and the guards are nice and accomodating but there is something wrong with the system.

Nothing
Room hadn't been cleaned in 9 nights. Breakfast was served at 0730, dishes were not collected which caused more bugs to gather. Room had an insect problem; small cockroaches would appear when the lights were turned off. Woke up with them on me a few times.
I did not spend the 2 last nights, I had to move to another location to be able to sleep correctly.

Location, Comfortable Beds, Parking, Great Staff
Cockroaches in toilet, dim lights, no kettle for coffee

Good enough location for my onward travel.
Bed was comfortable, and shower very good by Filipino standards
Paid for upgrade to city view room. My head was bigger than the window.
Couldn't pay by credit or debit card. Was escorted to an ATM by their security guard.

Room was ok. It was big enough, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast tasted good. Good thing they had another option as my companion is Muslim.
SM North EDSA is just a few minutes walk. Then there is a 7-11 and a grocery nearby.
Room was not set up completely before they let us in the room. No toiletries, no slippers. Even had to ask for it. Then at some point, the toilet stopped flushing properly, took a while before the water went down. TV channels were limited, couldn't watch a decent movie. Not sure if there's wifi because they did not provide us with any password. They only provide 1 keycard so if you need the room to stay cold, you need to leave the provided keycard, then request to be assisted to get in to the room. The guard at the parking lot behind the building keeps disappearing so it would take us a while to get inside since we had to wait for him to get back.

Front desk and the security guard are trying their best to be accommodating but can't help you unless the management approves your request.
Upper floors and the room is poorly lit. Claustrophobic room with basic facilities. No ref. The room has no view. Toiletries is not available (or you still have to request for it). Guest visitors is strictly not allowed inside the room. I requested to talk to the owner but was rude to her/his staff and does not agree to take my call. The coffee table is too small for 2 persons and for those who needs to work with laptop.

Big room, comfortable and clean room. Good ambiance.
Its near malls but can be tricky to find since the sign is only at the side and the lobby is behind jollibee and 7 eleven so it cant be seen right away from the street.
Housekeeping took a long time to respond like it was the next day already

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, always smiling.
Walk distance to the big mall, well located.
There are no windows in the room, it didn't bother me much due to I was going back to the hotel basically just to sleep.
The 5 days we stayed there our card kept disconnecting from the system and not opening up the door. Had to go all the way back to the lobby to reset the card. 1 day before checking out a nice receptionist offered to shift to another room.
Towels are old and with stains.
Little bad quality soap bar.
