Good

It was our 2nd stay in the same room in the hotel. Everything was the same. Food was delicious. Bed was comfy. Service was exceptional and location was near everything. 🩵

Clogged / slow flushing toilet. I also hope they fix the cable tv. Nothing to watch but 1 news channel.

1. The remote or the tv does not function well. 2. The aircon is leaking 3. The bathroom floor is clogged.

A cozy stay that lived up to our expecatations

Fersal is a very cozy place. The staff is nice and helpful, and the lobby is a great place to hang out. The room lived up to our expectations, although it was very clean. There was very little noise from the street and from the other rooms, which was nice.

The room wasn't clean. It was clear that the room hasn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. The floor was dirty, and there was dust basically everywhere. Also, the A/C was old and noisy.

My expectations were exceeded! The facility was very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful.

The menu and the food was as good as any restaurants'. They were open long hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower was not separate from the toilet, floor gets wet

cheap, great staff

no partitions for shower and the rest of the toilet, so the whole toilet tends to get wet. i recommend putting even small layer of tiled cement just to keep the water on the shower area. the room feels full of dust and allergens, could recommend a good air purifier each room. my wife and i had allergic rhinitis on our stay

It was near to my work. The staff were accommodating including the guards and reception staff.

Overall our stay was comfortable. Nice approachable staffs.

It’s location. It’s near in hospitals, restaurants and stores. mode of transportation was easy.

Wifi connection was slow, television channels were limited. In the bathroom water was draining too slow that it cause flooding in the area. Towels have dirt stains on it.

An excellent hotel with good location and great value for low budget traveler.

The hotel has a restaurant where you can do room service or order and dine downstairs. There are also nearby restaurants to choose from to grab some yummy food and pay reasonable price. The hotel is kind of old but equipped with basic traveler’s needs. Check in and out is easy. The hotel is really close to where we are going.

Nothing except you have to pay the deposit which the hotel will refund when you check out. We got ours back. They will deduct any damage or cleaning fee from the deposit if you leave your room with any kind of stain, broken appliance or furniture, or maybe cigarette smell.
