Charming compact comfortable terrace house great for exploring South Devon and so close to the town center and beach. Our short break wasn't long enough.

A lovely, comfortable terraced house, ideal for enjoying the New Year celebrations in Exmouth. Beautifully decorated with good amenities. Great celebrations go on in Exmouth town center over the New Year which is a few minutes walk from the house,

We have stayed here several times now and always look forward to it. The wood stove and the outside patio are particularly nice features. It is pleasantly easy to live here. Everything is modern and clean, yet the building itself feels like a cottage with everything close to hand and cosy. Several old pubs and the famous seafront are just around the corner, and walks along the coast over the rocks or the cliffs are near by. This is a really pleasant place to stay in.

We LOVED our stay at Montpellier. It was very comfortable with period charm but tastefully renovated with clean furnishings and all of the modern conveniences you want on vacation. The location was fantastic too, just a few minutes walk to the shops and pubs and another few minutes down to the beach and coastal walks. It was also walking distance to the train station which was great for getting around to local villages. We would definitely recommend Montpellier to our friends.
