All payments made by tenant, either online or through a representative, are being collected on behalf of Parsons Villas and or Parsons Villas authorized agent.
Damage Waiver, Capacity Restrictions, and Home Compliance Inspections: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation. Your reservation was charged $95.00 for a Damage waiver to cover up to $1,500.00 in damage. If any damages are above $1,500 then the Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above. This is not insurance, and the Damage Waiver does not apply to any intentional/ flagrant damage to the units, missing item or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything beyond reasonable wear and tear within the rental unit during the rental period.
The sleeping capacity for this property is limited to the number of beds provided, so twin beds sleep 1 guest; double, queen and king beds sleep 2 guests each.{reservations.unit_name} can sleep up to {reservations.unit_max_occupants} guests. Extra guests beyond the maximum sleeping capacity are not allowed without the expressed written permission in advance by Parsons Villas LLC. Often, extra sleeping capacity is not possible at this property. Each additional guest exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity for this property will incur a charge of 10% of the nightly rental rate, per guest, and will be charged to the credit card provided above. No pets, smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property. Parsons Villas LLC has weekly home inspections performed by a third-party inspector for this property, so we can keep system operating correctly, discover mechanical failures, and help keep the property in great condition for guests and owners. Sometimes, these inspections fall on dates the property is occupied. If this inspection falls on a date of your rental, the renter agrees to allow the home compliance inspectors to perform the inspection, which generally takes 30 minutes, between 9AM to 5PM. 24-hour notice will be given if an inspector is coming out. It's also helpful if the renter can inform the inspector of any issues or things not working correctly so they can be addressed or fixed immediately.

We had an amazing stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all 29 of us. We loved backyard area and pool. House lived up to the great pictures. We give it a 10/10.

Beautiful home. Very spacious, with spread out large bedrooms. The cleanliness could have been a little better. Felt like it was cleaned after the last group, that was possibly a while ago, and hadn’t been freshened up. There was a lack of toilet paper and bath towels. The pool had been treated with a chemical the day we arrived that caused hair, play toys, and swimsuits to turn very green. Was a big problem.

12 of us visited Scottsdale for a golf trip last week. The Parsons Villa property was fantastic and it was perfect for our group. The property is massive and there were more than enough beds for each of us (most of the group even had their own individual bedroom). The outdoor space is spectacular with pool, hot tub, cornhole, Bacci, etc., and the interior was awesome as well. The property manager was extremely responsive (when I left a msg to update the timing on the pool heater, they got back to me within the hour and made the adjustment). I HIGHLY recommend this property for any large group who is visiting Scottsdale.

We had a couple issues; one was all the lights in the back yard did not work.
I was told the neighbor called the police because of speaker noize; we did NOT have any speakers, NO music and most people were INSIDE at the time; I believe it might be a regular routine for the neighbor to call, the police found nothing wrong.

I have emailed the property month ahead ,who is staying how many of us staying and what's were using the property for. Our plan was Two slow relaxing days eating out sightseeing the town. And one night we arranged taco truck with a Mariachi band 7-9 pm. By 725 property management company start calling me & almost every minute ( 10+ callers in less than 10 minutes ) music was too laud, so we moved it in the house but they called me again by 825. They sent the police check on us. I have to ask mariachi bend to leave by 845 and I spend $1200 but I didn't enjoyat all, with none stop phone calls,
Music was beautiful people in the band and my guests dressed properly No drunk no flight it was an Allegan gathering plus all of the 50+ages. I didn't get a text message or email for an apology

Overall I think the property has some good points, and areas could use some improvement.
Early check in process wasn't available, communication with the agent was strange as sometimes it didin't make sense. I understand the need for cleaning and inspecting the property, however I think that process could have gone much smoother.
The house accomodates large groups, however there isn't a dining area that accomdates large groups. I think the most we could sit for dinner was 8, maybe 10 people.
The pool was set at 95. We had a maintenance person come over the next day after we checked in, and he stated he set it to 85. That didn't work, so someone had to come back the next day and set it to 85.
We had asked for martini glasses and a shaker, we were told the property had martini glasses and the owne had ordered a shaker. Neither was there, so we bought our own and left there. The kitchen pots and pans should be updated. The thermostats were locked and we couldn't adjust the temperature down, so the property manager had to come and set the temperature to 70.
In general, its a nice property that nees some updating and thought to the setup. We did use the app that we were provided that had phone numbes to call, and some guests didn't get return calls.
One other item I thought was a little odd. I've rented many large properties through VRBO and never had a requirement to strip the beds. Not a big deal, but I thought was a little different.

We stayed at this property for an executive retreat and it was fantastic! The house is more beautiful than the pictures and it was perfect for what we needed. We took advantage of the concierge service that Parsons Villas offers and had a private chef cook for us for 2 nights. The food was incredible and they even stocked the fridge for us before we arrived. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend staying here.

Great experience!!! We were a group of 3 families (3 brothers, with their wives and 9 "kids" ages 19-26) attending a wedding nearby. Everyone had plenty of space to sleep, get ready, or just retreat from the chaos. Lots of bedrooms with many different sleeping configurations. The game/bonus room (casita) over the garage was magic for our crew. Awesome space for teens or young adults to hang out, play ping pong, play video games, and sleep.
Our crew also enjoyed going for walks in the quiet neighborhood. The houses and landscaping are stunning. Everything that we needed (Safeway, Biiltmore) was 5 minutes away. Ubers were easy to access as well. The backyard and pool were aesthetically beautiful and functional for our large group. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches for 16 people.
As a STVR homeowner, it is obvious the homeowners love their property and have preserved it's original charm. They have chosen an excellent management company. Check in was easy, our rep from Parsons Villas met us, gave us a tour and showed us how all of the items in the house operated. He was thorough, courteous, accommodating, and available during our entire stay.
I highly encourage you to consider this house when booking for a large group.

We had a group of 21 adults and the house was more than enough room for all. The outside is definitely the highlight of the house. Only downfall is the noise machines outside due to neighbors being very close by. So after 9pm you’re essentially unable to be outside otherwise the stay was great.

This may be the nicest home that any of us have stayed at. The management team was very responsive during the whole process. Just be aware that this isn’t the best location to stay if your group is a bit louder. The noise restrictions in the neighborhood are very stringent.

The property was beautiful, comfortable and accommodating for our large group. The pool area was our favorite part of the home, that's where we spent the majority of our time. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable and felt like home. I would definitely rent this property again.

College Graduation Celebration
The property was located in a stunning neighborhood. The property, although likely one of the older homes, was very expansive and gave ample room for all of our guests to feel as if they had their own separate hotel room. Some of the property had been updated, but many areas still needed renovating.
The pool area was lovely, lots of yard to upkeep. So we could tell that some spots had not been touched in a while.
Overall, it was a perfect home for our needs. There were several small maintenance issues that would have been nice to have not had , but most of them did not hinder our stay.

Decent presentation, great space
Great space but place was just okay. Pool was not cleaned, ping pong paddles had no grip, shower knobs fell off etc…..
That said, great home, great location, TONS of space, easy process to get into property.

Family Christmas
We stayed at this location to celebrate Christmas with the family. The size of the home and amenities available fit well for our large group. The pool, hot tub and games kept everyone entertained.
The house was clean upon arrival and had a Christmas tree for holiday decoration. This was really appreciated as we had small children in our group and it lent to the festive feel of the holiday.
We had a few issues during our stay - active wasp hive at the side of the house needed to be treated as wasps were entering the living area. Not ideal situation, but This was addressed within a few hours.
A point of frustration was with the noise monitoring system they have in place inside and outside of the house. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and in the past they have had complaints from neighbors as some renters have had loud parties. I understand the need to make sure there are not any loud out of control parties, but they seem a bit sensitive as they went off during our stay. On Christmas Eve we had another family join us to celebrate the holiday. This was a family party, nothing outrageous and the sensors were going off. This had a few people in our group really frustrated as we felt we were being “watched” and “monitored”.
Overall, communication with parsons was great while we were at the house. They promptly came out for some maintenance issues. However, prior to our stay there were some miscommunications as we were trying to set up plans, it was difficult to get responses to email inquiries.

Meh
I chose this house for a staff trip because of the number of people it accommodated.. Three of us arrived a day early and spent the entire time buying cleaning supplies and even washcloths for the house. The cleaning crew (if there was one) should be fired. I left a message for property management regarding two broken toilet seats and a shower that would stop running. I never heard back from anyone. The floors and counter tops were clearly not cleaned, there was a coffee filter with used grounds in the coffee maker and one of my staff members found a rock hard cupcake under the sofa in the casita. The full list is too long for this review. For the nightly cost, I truly expected more.

Great house awful management
Parson villas who overlooks the properties notified us that the property was over booked 3 HOURS before check in. Then they put us in a smaller house and some of our group had to get hotel rooms. Then they switched us mid trip to the original house so we had to pack and unpack our things twice. Awful experience and when we asked for compensation for the inconvenience they ignored our inquires.

The home was absolutely beautiful! Our group of 20 people could not believe how well laid out it was for both adults and kids. The house itself was amazing, but the separate guest house and above the guest house with the open room was unbelievable! The house goes on and on and on. So much room!!!Our entire crew would absolutely rent this house again and again and again! We cannot say enough great things about it. Time well spent and one of the best investments in a vacation we’ve ever made!

VRBO neighbors
While we were an adult group of 12 all over the age of 50, it was evident that this house has had some historical issues with the neighbors and local noise covenants. While we do not know the background, there was a posted list of historical noise violations posted by the local police. It is likely hard to screen renters focused on a party atmosphere and I suspect the local neighbors have had historical issues with noise. We were a calm group be all definitions. We will likely stay here again given the great location and service level of the property ownership.

Fabulous home for a family get together
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. It was HUGE! Hard to remember where all the rooms are. Everything was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed. The backyard just goes on forever. We had a small issue with the outdoor heaters coming on and they came and fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend, in fact, planning on going back soon with another large group!

We had an absolute amazing experience at this property
We had an absolute amazing experience at this property. I took a group of friends down to go golfing. Don asked me how she could help I gave her a grocery list the fridge was stocked snacks everywhere. Any questions we had during our stay a simple email and she was all over it. By far the best and most responsive concierge I have ever had.
