Nice location and floor plan. well equipped kitchen. Only issue - Downstairs queen bedroom had a smell of pet urine in one corner. Contacted the host twice and received no response. Wanted to note that we had no pet to contribute to that smell. Disappointed that I did not receive a return message or call. Other issue. Unfortunate winter storm which closed I70 to Denver would have left us stranded so we had to leave a day early. Requested some consideration but were told we were out of luck. Ask to stay an extra night knowing that the incoming guest would not be able to travel which was denied and told would need to wait until storm arrived and closed roads for a declaration of extenuating circumstance for any consideration. I 70 was closed no one could travel to or from Denver. We left a day early to avoid this disaster. Would request consideration of a refund for the day which was lost.

The home was everything we could have asked for and the hosts were great. They were incredibly responsive and helped make our trip an unforgettable time.

Nice big comfortable four bedroom house was perfect for the 6 of us old HS friends for our annual ski trip. Can actually ski in/ out from back door with a little bit of pushing. Great location. Everything was great.

Convenient location with great taxi service to anywhere in Copper. This townhome is cluttered with owner's stuff, outdated, tired(broken furniture, uncomfortable beds etc) and NOT clean. We have rented for the past 10 years in Keystone, Copper, Frisco, and Beaver Creek. This place was was the most expensive and least desirable for a Family vacation. That said we expressed the cleaning issue with the owner and she did give us the cleaning fee back.

Great location and the accommodations were perfect for our group.
Looking forward to the next time!

We loved this place. It was so comfortable and very spacious. The location was just perfect. It was clean and well equipped and the owner was very quick to respond if I needed to reach her. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect! Everything you could need was supplied. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained overall! The host was super easy to communicate as well. We hope to stay again in the future

This house was nice for 6 guys on a ski trip, but it was a little dated. It was an easy walk to Super Bee lift and JJs, but you definitely need to catch shuttle or drive to center village. The tubing hill is right out back door, so would be great if you had little ones.
I gave the place 4 stars because of location and size, it would need to be updated to get 5 stars from me.

My fiancé and friends stayed here while on a snowboarding trip. The spot was fantastic and honestly so much more than what we expected. We can't wait to come back again!!!

We had such a wonderful time. Megan was super responsive when I had questions upon our arrival. The house was nice and warm, exceptionally clean, and even had a Christmas tree! The kitchen was organized and had everything we needed. Easy walk to East Village, tubing, and SuperBee lift. The hot tub was THE BEST after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again, it truly felt like a home away from home. Thanks Megan and family!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, convenient location. We only had 2 families of 4 each staying there. We could have easily had another family with us and still have plenty of room. The mudroom was amazing for ski gear storage and kept the snow out of the house.

We lived our stay in copper. The home is perfectly located in East village and is well appointed with everything you need!
Would definitely come back!

Everything about the property itself to the communication with host Meghan was simply perfect for my wife and I. Definately bigger than we needed but we really enjoyed the location, spacious layout and many internal amenities the home included. The home was very clean, well kept and everything was very well organized for home cooking, cleaning and laundry needs. Overall feeling of the home is warm and inviting which really made the trip even more enjoyable. Definately the best spot in Copper to stay with a family, group, or just as a nice getaway with your partner. Book it, you won't be dissappointed!

Great experience. We’ll be back
In short, it was everything we needed and wanted. We come up from Castle Rock every July for the Courage Classic and this was the perfect place to stay. The house had a great layout, was recently painted/updated, and communication with the owner was outstanding. The windows do open, even with fresh paint :) They have locks and some were just a bit sticky due to the new paint, but they worked just fine. It was great to have things for our kids on the property. The proximity to the village for activities and the start of our bike ride each day was amazing. The pricing was fair and we even added an extra day to our stay. We understand the fluidity of seasonal rental pricing. We look forward to coming back for a winter rental and will likely try to book again for next July once the bike tour dates are released. We are grateful to the O’Brien family for sharing their home with us.

Nice place. But the house was too hot and the hot tub was too cold.
Home smelled of fresh paint. Too bad most of the windows were painted shut. The hot tub had an amazing view ofthe ski runs and golf course. Too bad the heater was broken and the tub was in the low 80s until it reached 94 after being repaired on our final day.
Would not have stayed there if the hot tub was broken.
Would not have stayed there if we knew the windows were sealed shut. No ac and it was too hot to sleep comfortably for us.
Never like having to put away a full dishwasher upon arrival. That's tacky.
A partial refund would be professional from the property managers.
Especially since the property is now listed at ~$135 less per night than when we booked it.

Perfect for 2 families!
We spent spring break here with 2 families. The home is huge and has plenty of sleeping options. The location can't be beat and access to the on call shuttle was brilliant (for those of us that can't ski east side). The home could use a deep clean and minor fixes, but none of which impacted our perfect vacation.

Fantastic
This place was great for our two families! Plenty of bedrooms and space. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry & mud rooms were perfect for all of our ski equipment and clothes. There was an issue with the heat not working when we got there but the owner was very responsive and sent somebody to fix it right away. First time to Copper Mountain and it didn’t disappoint!

Great location
Great property for the six of us (60 something ski instructors and ski patrollers).
Plenty of room, private hot tub and easy access to the Super Bee lift and area. It’s about a 2 block walk. A good warmup at the beginning of the day for flatlanders that are used to oxygen. We took a private shuttle from airport (Powderhound-excellent by the way) and stopped for groceries and other requirements on the way. You don’t need a car and there is a shuttle that will pick you up at the driveway free of charge, just send them a text and they are there within 10 minutes. Beds were nice, we all slept well, kitchen is well stocked for cooking in and the fireplace and tv was relaxing after soaking in the private hot tub watching the sun set behind the mountain slopes. Wonderful vacation, would do it again. Also, Meghan was easy to contact and helpful with any needs.

Awesome house, incredible vacation
This place was perfect for our family of six with three young children. Most importantly, the lift - and the tavern - were a short walk from the back door. Spacious, clean and well equipped. We’d gladly stay here again on a future trip!

Celebration - my 70th birthday and 4 grandkids graduating from college
Nice place, loved the size and layout of the home. The home is starting to show its age ( loose carpet, windows that don't open, worn out kitchen pots and pans).
Megan was great to work with, let us in early and let us stay late because of a delayed airport shuttle. She answered questions quickly and was very helpful and nice. If the home had some upgrades for its age it would be a 5 plus rating - I give it a 4.5 today.

Pleasant weekend in the Rockies
The family accompanied a runner who competed in the Leadville 100 Trail Run. Although the house was a little far from the race, it made up for it by being a great and spacious place to stay. Meghan, the property manager was helpful, responsive and gracious.

Great stay
Our guest accommodations were lovely, spacious, well stocked and supplied. 5 adults and 2 toddlers had a great time. There were 2 pack and plays that we did use for the kids.
Meghan, our hostess, was gracious, accommodating and quick to reply to our questions and needs.

Peaceful Stay
The house was so easy to find. We walked the neighborhood and couldn't believe how quiet it was. We were close to Silverthorne for shopping, Lake Dillon for paddle boarding for the children, near lakes to fish and hike. The home was beautiful and accommodated all the needs we had. Great dining room to eat and play cards! Great location to visit other areas such as Breckenridge or Leadville. I would highly recommend this place! (We were here in the summer)

Perfect location copper mountain
We loved our stay here! The property is super spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hosts are very responsive and helpful , and the townhome is a short walk to the Super-bee lift. The hot tub was an added bonus! We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing the perfect spot for our family ski vacation!

Awesome!
We had 12 adults for our family vacation and this Mountain home was perfect! There were enough beds for everyone, enough space and areas to spread out, and it was very clean! I would highly recommend this and we hope to return in the future!

Perfect location for family
Our kids are 6 & 7 and they loved all the toys! Parents enjoyed having a 2nd full living room upstairs for the kids. Hot tub was amazing and access to East Village couldn’t be beat, we will be back!

Perfect House for all adventure types!
I rented this house to accomodate all age and activity levels of people. We had kiddos at 2 & 4 all the way up to grandparents at 67. The house was located at an ideal location to walk everywhere needed. The house had everything we needed, and was spacious enough for everyone to have a little privacy.

Excellent
The towhome was great and very comfortable for a group of 8. Kitchen is well equipped, washer dryer is very useful, and the mud room a great way to keep outdoor equipment out of the rest of the house but not outside.
Ski in/out is important to our group and this isn't side of the slopes access but to the Super Bee lift is a 3 minute walk in the morning and dependent on how much speed you can build up coming down off the mountain, less than that in the afternoon.
The hot tub after a day on the mountain is a must.
One of our cars died on the day we were supposed to leave and Copper Mtn. security was out to the house with jumper cables within 10 minutes. We hardly used the cars during our stay because the Copper shuttle is available and arrives within 5-10 min of requesting a ride. Service level at Copper is very high and makes the trip seamless.
We would definitely rent this house again in the future on a return trip to Copper.

Great property
Very nice home. Well stocked. Great location for family or friends, as long as you don't have the need to be right in the middle of the resort. Getting around copper is very easy though.

Beautiful spacious condo slope side
We had two families stay at Legends 1. We loved it! There were plenty of beds for everyone and the condo was spacious. We really enjoyed the ability to ski to Super Bee from the condo. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing! The condo had everything we needed. We would love to rent it again!

Great condo and location; a few maintenance issues
This condo was high end and in a great location. We had some issues with one of the toilets and the hot tub, but the owner had it fixed in no time at all and was super responsive and helpful. The place was HUGE and was perfect for a large group.

Great space for a family gathering.
We loved the extra space in this unit for our family ski trip (seven people, three generations, all adults). Four bedrooms and three bathrooms meant no lineups for showers. The large dining table accommodated everyone and was great for spirited card games. There are two family rooms in the unit, but the main one was plenty big for hanging out. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. This unit is very well equipped and ready to enjoy.
5.0 / 5.0
The property was even better than we expected! Owners had a book for all of our questions.
I would recommend this listing for your Copper Mountain visit. House was very nice and well maintained. Very close to tubing, Super Bee lift & JJ’s restaurant/bar. Also, there is transportation for the entire village. You just text and they pick you up within 5 minutes. We will come back to Copper Mountain and stay here again. Perfect for large family’s or groups. Two living areas!
