L’emplacement était très bien.
Les 2 piscines sont pratiques si l’on ne veut pas aller à la plage.
Parking gratuit dans la rue très appréciable.
Nous étions très déçues de la qualité de la nourriture pour un 3 étoiles.
Le choix était malgré tout varié.
Un rafraîchissement des salles de bains serait vraiment appréciable.
Insonorisation peu existante.

Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit Essen sehr gut, die Lage ideal.
Leider war es Mittags im Speisesaal sehr chaotisch das Tische nicht frei waren zum Essen, sondern immer um die 10 Minuten voll standen. Sowie keine Teller für das Essen vorhanden war.
Das Bad war alt was mich so nicht stört allerdings ging kaum die Dusche schließen.

Adoramos a estadía, foi muito tranquila… funcionários simpáticos, wifi bom, comida muito boa e compensa muito, pedimos quarto com vista se fosse possivel e eles atenderam o pedido, foi muito bom os dias que estivemos na estadía a localização é óptima

Just a standard 3 star hotel. Location is good & staff were always approachable.
The walls are soo thin, you can hear everything. On our first night we were woken up at 1am by screaming & shouting from 2 floors up, this went on for ages & the police had to be called & the people were arrested. Upon speaking to a lady who had been there for 3 nights she said this had happened the last 2 nights too.

Good afternoon,
I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with my stay at the BlueSea hotel in Cala Millor. I stayed for 3 nights from 3rd May until the 6th May 2023 and I was horrified with the service I received, the room and lack of customer service and empathy from the staff.
Firstly, upon checking in, the room that my girlfriend and son had was not made up, the bed was a mess and the bathroom was very untidy, so they agreed to move her.
I booked a standard double room and when I arrived to the room I was greeted by a tiny single room which resembled a hostel type room (please see pictures attached). I spoke to Juana at the desk and she was very unhelpful, did not offer to move me although I showed my confirmation which said double room and suggested I should be grateful with the room I have! As my family were in that hotel I had no other option but to stay in there for the duration of our trip. This was very uncomfortable for me as:
1.I am a large built man and a single bed put a lot of strain on my body.
2. The size of the room made it very difficult for me to navigate when inside.
3. I am a 33 year old man, I have not slept in a single bed from the age of 12
The room had a very small television which was not operational as the remote did not have batteries. I spoke to reception about this twice and they said someone would bring batteries to my room. I am now back in the UK and there is still no sight of these batteries.
This is the first time me and my family have been to Palma and it will be the last, this has left a bad impression and I will be informing friends, family and posting this on my travel blog social media that I have with over 10,000 followers.
As I did not receive what I paid for I would like a full refund, an apology letter/email and confirmation that this will not happen to any other guests.

The location is great, a few minutes' walk to the beach. We are all-inclusive but didn't particularly enjoy the food and drinks selection, however, there are restaurants, bars, and cafes around so it's all okay. The bedroom is simple and clean so it's still worth the price.

Hot Food was Shocking Bad Low Quality Produce, really bad quality. Salads breads chorizo was gorgeous but we are not rabbits and had to eat hot food out.
Cost of 3 person bedroom (with a bad bed) was too high.

Check out experience was good. Good Location.
First of all they scammed one night extra, I misclicked the booking dates one day, immediately when I received the booking confirmation I tried to contact the hotel to change the dates, they refused and wanted me to cancel it (paying one night to be able to cancel) and rebook it. I tried to explain the situation, it was not an old booking that I tried ti change, they wouldn't lose anything, but they refused. I then booked an extra night and kept the original reservation advising that I would come only the next day in the morning, expecting that if I was forced to pay one night more, at least the room would be done. It wasn't. After a bit of arguing, I got a double room that I should be thankful (why?) Otherwise I'd have to wait. The employees tried to put the fault on booking.com, that they can't change any reservation from there. Well booking gave me all the options, change date, cancel without costs, the hotel was the one who refused and made me pay for a night I didn't spent there. 1st time in my life that I have something like this.
In general, about the hotel, fairly ok hotel, some stuff needs renewal, restaurant times are way to short so all people go eat at the same time, it can be difficult to get a place or even to get a glass for your drink. The worst were the dishes, they we're quick refilled but mostly still either dirty or moist. Wifi in the upper floors doesn't always work.

bar open in day. Should not advertise snacks as there is literally a fridge at end of bar with quarters of sandwiches from breakfast leftovers and a few pastries, no choice and once they have gone the fridge is not replenished

It was close to the beach.
When we arrived women from reception didn't explain well but when we were leaving it was another person , she was very nice.

The hotel is two steps from the beach, stores and supermarkets. It’s very well located. My room had a balcony with beautiful view of sunset to the mountains.
The quality of room is not a value for the price paid. My bathroom had clear signals of leaking and the painting was getting off. You could smell the odor of mould inside the room. I had to leave the balcony door always opened to get fresh air. I didn’t ask to change my room because I was in the back side of hotel and if you stay the front cannot sleep early as there are many bars with high noisy until 2am.The breakfast/lunch/dinner is not well organised so you have to rush and get plates, glasses, cutlery otherwise you will have to wait. Sometimes I got plates that were just washed but were dirty in the
back (disgusting). The variety of food offered is not too good for the price paid. The food in Spain is very cheap and the hotel should improve what offer. The juices available were horrible only from concentrate and the taste was not good. If you drink fizzy drinks or alcoholic drinks probably will have a better experience.

Everything. Location next to the beach, clean room with nice balcony, all inclusive and possibility to keep luggage after checkout and free shower! Stuff was nice on reception, during food service, cleaning stuff; everyone was smiley and helpful.

Small point: maybe I did not understand it but it seemed water for drinking could be taken during serving of the food , i would suggest to have some tap water at reception available all the time. maybe also all inclusive alcohol was small choice, I would expect sangria to be included too, c'mon it is Spain :)

Only location was great.
Too noisy, every evening concerts just under your windows, so don't expect to sleep before 12 a. m. ever. Because of the noise you feel constantly tired as a guest. Rooms have zero isolation, so apart from outside noise, you hear footsteps approaching stairs, elevator, rooms of neighbours. Cleaning service is starting very early in the morning at around 8 a.m, so they wake you up by dragging furniture, you can also hear every word your neighbors are saying through the walls, as well as music from the swimming pool. The same is happening after lunchtime, so don't expect to get afternoon nap after the beach. You go to vacation for rest and peace and you basically end it up by being even more tired than you were, when you arrived. There's no air conditioners in the rooms, but there's some weird old climatisation system instead, which is bot cooling the room down.
Food in restaurant is disgusting, it was always cooked from the cheapest products possible. In fact, the so called restaurant is canteen with dirty dishes and cutlery. Coffee there is served only for breakfasts. So we had to eat out most of the times, unfortunately and spend much more money than expected to.
Very big frustration, the first vacation in my entire life, when I was happy to return back home.

the room was very small. the air conditioner wasn’t working although staff said it was working so the room was warm all the time there was also a bad smell coming from it too. the floor was never swept so the dirt of your got on the sheets. the shower was leaking. the phone wasn’t working. the staff weren’t very helpful

This hotel was good value for money. There staff is very friendly and helpful. Always serving with a smile and a positive attitude. The food was excellent and a good variety. The drinks was great and they did excellent cocktails.
Carla was an amazing and helpful staff as she assisted me with my hotel transfer to the airport as I did not understand the language. With her help I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my holiday. The staff in general are all amazing from the pool bar staff, hotel bar staff to the food service staff I receive a great service overall which made my stay much more enjoyable.
The bathroom in my room was a bit tight getting in and out the shower but outside of that it was a lovely stay and the room was comfortable.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good.
I think the pool area is not big enough for the new expansion of the hotel. I believe people must have been up at the crack of dawn putting towels on beds and chairs as when we came down on a morning there was not a seat available. Also not very happy about people being allowed to smoke at the entrance as my husband has to use the ramp and was choking by the time he got to the bottom.
