Elvira is a great great host.
You do feel at home at Ginger Bread B&B.
The room and the entire place were extremely clean.
The garden is so well kept you can tell Elvira's love and respect for nature and its wonders.
She gave me fantastic tips over restaurants and Lunigiana hidden gems.
Great Breakfast too.

Robert is an excellent host giving loads of information on where to visit in the locality. The house has a very relaxed feel and it's temperature inside (we were there in mid July when temperature was 33/34 degrees) was nice and cool. Its a great experience staying at gingerbread b&b. We'll done Robert and family, great job.
Nothing really other than check it is a little late at 6 o'clock however luggage cam be stored whilst you tour surrounding areas.

The hosts could not have been more accommodating. They were incredibly kind to me throughout my stay and made sure I was as comfortable as possible as a solo pilgrim travelling through the town. Breakfast was also delicious and filling and they were happy to fit serving breakfast around my schedule. Thank you very much

Our host Roberto was wonderful - spoke multiple languages beautifully - cooked a lovely breakfast to order - picked us up from dinner late at night - drove us to our departure point next morning
very accommodating and entertaining!!!
Was 1 km up the hill but this was not an issue as Roberto was so accommodating

The hosts were very kind and willing to help us, prepared us our preferred breakfast (they asked us what do we like), they gave us all the information we needed about the area, and made us feel at home.
Highly recommended!!

Friendly host, Elvira was very good and attentive to details.
The villa was interesting and spacious.
Location was good for us, but you would need a car.
Local recommended restaurant was amazing.
Rooms were comfortable and we'll furnished.
We didn't expect that the host lived in the house and we had to share bathroom. In all honesty, she informed us when we called her but the description was misleading .

I had to leave incredible early at 6.00, so asked the host not to bother. But they were to kind; when i woke up 5.30 i heard them in the kitchen. He made me a breakfast at 5.45 and we've had a wonderful conversation! Very nice and sensitive people.

Our hosts at Gingerbread home, welcomed us with cold local spring water and watermelon. Even though we were hours early, they were gracious and attentive. The stay was very restful in a peaceful place. The breakfast was wonderful with homemade jams, hot toast, eggs, freshly made fruit smoothies and excellent coffee. We also had an informative conversation about Italian history and I learned a lot. I recommend the Gigerbead Home to any traveler.

It was comfortable and very quiet. The lady who ran it kindly made me dinner at the last moment. Facilities were good. The couple were friendly and it was very good value
The location is too far out of town and up some steep hills
