What a wonderful apartment in an amazing location! Clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. A lovely pool and surrounds. A short walk from loads of shops, cafes and restaurants and a literal stone’s throw from the beach! We hope to return next year :)

Fantastic apartment, fantastic location. We had a sea view, was practically on the beach ☺️…. Definitely recommend. Only negative was , no lamps at the side of the bed, just the main light … that’s just me being picky though…..all in all fabulous ☺️

This apartment is located steps from the promenade and the beach and the balcony gets morning sun. It is a short walk to pick up locations for organized tours and for local bus transportation. Also, when we had trouble with our airport drop off we contacted Arturo (the only contact we had in Spain), he responded promptly and helped us with the driver even though this had nothing to do with his rental apartment. Highly recommend. Sally S.

Great property looking out to sea and 20 metres from the beach. Loads of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. 2 shower rooms very handy. Bus stop right outside. No English channels on the TV

We can’t recommend this apartment enough. The apartment is in a fantastic location close to the beach, the beautiful marina and within easy walking distance of a couple of very good supermarkets. Despite being so well placed it was very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment has amazing views over the promenade to the beach. It was very clean and contained everything we could possibly need. The grounds were very well maintained and secure. The pool was excellent and very quiet. We had it to ourselves most days. Arturo was very helpful and easy to contact. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely stay here again.

The location and neighbourhood are excellent, the apartment overlooked the beach and the gardens are immaculate. The apartment was better than expected, very clean with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Overall 9/10 (very small issues, not enough pillows and only 1 bin provided.) would definitely return.

Lovely apartment, kids really enjoyed the pool. Very easy access to promenade, beach and restaurants. Straight out the secure gate by the pool and gardens and your right on the promenade which has restaurants and shops plus plenty of places to access the beach. If you go out of the gate onto the promenade and turn left you will see some steps on your left leading up to the main road (at the back of the apartments) which has plenty more shops, supermarkets and bus stops. Arturo gave us the code for the main gate so the taxi could drive down to the entrance of the apartment. We had a warm welcome and shown where everything was in the apartment. I had a problem with my phone as it didn't seem to want me to roam so I depended on the apartment WiFi. It would of been handy if there had been some info in the apartment with the name of the network and password. It all got sorted out with Arturo. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and I would stay there again.

Super clean,comfortable & outstanding location! Wish I could wake up to the view everyday! Felt safe ,the whole grounds, gardens pool etc all very well kept Host very friendly & helpful The area was quiet at night for getting a great sleep in the comfy beds ,busy enough during the day when sitting out on the veranda but never too noisy Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again Thank you for a wonderful apartment

Wonderful. Property is spacious with everything you could possibly need. Location superb, staight out on to the paseo with numerous bars and restaurants very nearby. Stayed for six weeks and would have loved to stay longer. Definately on our wishlist for a return.. Highly recommended.

The property is in an ideal location and close the beach and marina. The grounds are immaculate and groundsman never stops working. The apartment has everything you need and although some furnishing are a bit dated we has a great comfortable stay. Slight difficulty initially gaining access, but the owner resolved the matter quickly (may need a better arrangement to get inside the complex) All in all we had a fabulous time and thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment :-)

Arturo’s property is situated virtually on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the marina, it’s peaceful and quiet and our kids had the whole pool to themselves for the week, the apartment is clean and tidy and Arturo is the perfect host. We will definitely come back and stay here.

We have just had a very pleasant week staying in Arturo's frontline apartment in Benalmadena. Views straight out over the beach and sea and a short step to the promenade, with the harbour only a ten minute leisurely stroll away. Our party had 4 adults and 2 children (6 and 2) and we found the apartment fitted our needs comfortably. Plenty to see and do in Benalmadena, the cable car trip and birds of prey outing was a particular highlight. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment was well equipped, clean with all kitchen appliances.Balcony very small,and only get a little morning sun, which made the lounge a bit dark. But in the hot summer months it would be cool. Beautiful garden and pool area, but no sun loungers. The lounge area could benefit by being modernized. It's a little old fashioned and dark.The kitchen bright and spacious and well equipped.Large dining table with 6 chairs,and lots of plates mugs etc so we could load the dishwashereach day. Owner helpful and quick to respond to emails etc. Could do with some new bed linen and towels, the room we used had children's sheets and plastic mattress covers on the beds. That's fine for children but we were 4 adults sharing the apartment. Overall we had a good holiday and those small details did not spoil our holiday. Location is perfect, across the road from the beach with big supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Also taxi Rank 5 minutes away and bus stop near by too. Maybe not good if you have walking difficulty as there is a steep climb to up to the gate to get out to the main road.The access to the prom is easier.

Just back from a week staying at this great apartment. 90 steps from the beach (so the Fitbit says) what more could you ask for. How perfect is this each morning - to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the main walkway and out to the sea. Supermarkets and Marina only 10 mins away with several smaller supermarkets, shops and bars right on your doorstep. Owner Arturo available 24/7 by phone or Email, to help out with any queries you may have during your stay and when we asked him to recommend a taxi for our very early morning transfer to the airport, he actually organised the transfer for us (we were very impressed) The flat itself was spotlessly clean, with all the usual appliances required for your stay. Excellent wifi Only one very slight negative and its personal choice I guess, but we could have done with more pillows. I must add thought that this in no way spoilt our holiday. Would certainly return to this apartment

We (a retired couple) spent 5 weeks in this apartment, mainly throughout January 2018. We found it clean, spacious and well equipped. It’s in a great location with direct access to the promenade. The gated complex was pleasantly quiet with only 5-10% occupation at the time. Though the N340 runs along the top of the complex (convenient bus stops!), we could not hear any traffic at all, only the sound of the waves and occasional buskers and passers-by on the promenade. This setting must be great in summer when the lounge would probably remain cool and shady all day, but in winter, once the sun had passed the south-east facing balcony by 12:00-13:00, it turned cold very quickly, and on dull, wet or windy days it didn’t warm up at all, so the aircon/heater was in operation all the time. The terrace is split into 2 sections: a balcony which is separated by security shutters from an inner terrace with glass doors to the lounge. The shutters would not stay open on windy days, which exacerbated the cold and dark feel inside. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony initially, but when the screening shrubs along the promenade were cut down, a lot of privacy was lost. The south-west facing kitchen warmed up nicely on sunny afternoons. This is a large, light room, but all the windows are frosted, so there was no way to enjoy the view over the garden/pool area as it was rarely warm enough to have a window open. Although there is a double shower cabin in the shower room, there is very little space between the enclosure and the large wash basin opposite, so it felt quite cramped, especially as the door into the room didn’t open fully. Overall, we found too many drawbacks for winter occupation, but a stay in summer might be different. Communication with the owner was good.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and in a brilliant location right on the promenade. The balcony in the apartment was lovely for a relaxing drink with lovely views of beach. Aurtro was very helpful and was available for any help needed. One tip the entrance to apartment is directly across from hotel sirocco on main road . We will most definitely be back.

Location, location, location

It was wonderful to have breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the sea, having returned to a grey and cloudy UK, we really miss it. The apartment is well equipped, the décor is a little dated but comfortable nevertheless. There are no English speaking TV channels, but this didn't worry us because we went out most evenings; there is a DVD player if you want to stay in. Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend the apartment.
