The house is clean, the bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped.
The lounge is small, and the table does not sit 12 people comfortably.
Parking is a nightmare, complicated and expensive.

We visited as a family party of 10 for a wedding. The property was great and just what we needed. The basement bedroom was fantastic and we have all had a really great stay. Thank you

Host was amazing, house was good size. Kitchen too small for big groups. Parking is a nightmare, so sort that early. Baths took a lifetime to fill. Would be better with shower in the room. Overall a good clean house.

Really enjoyable stay in a great location
As a group of university students, we had a brilliant time at this property. The house was spacious and modern and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fitting 12 people around the table is a squeeze but with so many nice places to eat nearby this wasn’t really an issue. The DVDs and games provided were a lovely addition to the property. Location wise, the beach is within walking distance and there are lots of good bars in the centre of town about 25 minutes away. We would definitely recommend the property and hosts. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely house with good comfortable accommodation
Very nicely decorated property with plenty of space for the 8 of us for a family birthday celebration. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with lots of extra crockery and cutlery. Full range of equipment, all in working order.
Beds were very comfortable and all linen/towels were good quality. The bedrooms were very light as the blinds did not stop much sunlight in the mornings. We could all sit comfortably around both the dining room table and the outside table. We had a lovely weekend and found the location excellent.

Good Stay For Extended Weekend
Stayed for an extended weekend over the New Year, with a mixture of family and friends which included seven adults, a child and small dog! House fitted us all in comfortably! Located in the hilly side of Brighton and only a short walk to beach or town and a little further to the marina. Pub across the road does excellent pizza’s and if you don’t feel the need to cook, there are plenty of local other pubs/Takeaways to be found in the immediate area.

Welcoming, stylish and comfortable
8 of us shared the property for 4 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The location was great for us - opposite a very nice pub where we could get a meal, near a mini supermarket and even an opportunity to walk into the city centre. The house was spacious and clean.

Fabulous House
What a fabulous week we had celebrating my mums 70th. Everyone loved the house with its lovely decor. The children loved the bunk room and my parents loved the sauna! We were welcomed in person and shown around. I loved the little touches like tea and milk left for us. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. About 15 minutes stroll to town and everything close. There are really great foodie pubs nearby
