Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Grade II listed house in the very centre of Brighton to sleep 18 people in 14 individual beds. Just a stone's throw from the beach, The Lanes, clubs and restaurants.
Chocolate Box is styled throughout in 1920's, art deco design all with a modern edge with a chocolate twist! Period chocolate advertisements & designer statement wallpaper adorn the walls alonf with signature furniture pieces.

This property certainly ticks the location, location, location box! Situated in a quiet city-centre road, the house is just a short walk to the beach, Brighton's famous Lanes with its windy & narrow streets, boutique shops and countless restaurants and bars. No need for taxis or buses- just a hop skip and a jump and you'll be home!

Open plan Lounge / Kitchen / Dining Room comprising of:
Lounge / Dining Area
Houses two velvet Chesterfield sofas and two Art deco styled fan chairs, large wall mounted TV and mirrored coffee table.
Two clever flexible dining tables can be extended or retracted to suit your needs & group size. When fully extended to the full length of the kitchen & lounge area, the tables can seat up to 18 guests. Please check out our floorplan for layout details. When not in use, retract the tables back to allow for full use of the lounge area.
Kitchen
The kitchen consists of fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and walled units. The addition of a six slice toaster and extra large kettle lends itself perfectly for large group breakfasts. The range style oven houses multiple ovens and hob rings perfect for large group dinners. The cupboards are stocked with ample crockery, pots and pans and of course enough wine and champagne glasses!

Property exactly as described - our party of 11 all enjoyed the 2 night stay at the Chocolate Box. An excellent place to stay if you want to enjoy all that Brighton offers!

Had a lovely time at the property, the space is really great for large groups. We hired to accommodate family that had flown from all over to celebrate our wedding.
There were two small details that could have been better, there was a large smashed fruit on the outside of the property next to the door which wasn’t very nice to see for guests arriving. Also it would have been good to have a heads up about the very noisy building works going on right outside the property so guests could have prepared earplugs. Other than that was great

Lovely place to set ourselves for the Brighton marathon. Centrally located and enough space and bathrooms etc. clean towels and bed linens and a warm house. Enough equipment in the kitchen too. Lovely stay. Would recommend.

We had the most amazing time away with our group of friends!! The location was so central, everything easily in walking distance. The property was beautiful, left plenty of keys for such a large group, and was very tidy! Would recommend to anyone!!

This property has an amazing location. Really clean and a big space for a big group. So easy to check in and communication before the stay was excellent. Would def recommend staying here!

Spent 2 nights at the Chocolate Box in Brighton. Pre- arrival we received a message, apologising for a damp carpet in the basement, as the previous renters had flooded the bathroom. The carpet was damp but this did not really impact on us. On the first morning, we discovered the probable cause of the flood; we could not turn the basement shower off! We immediately called the team and Lucy had a plumber at the house in around 10 minutes! We went out for our planned activities and returned hours later to find a new shower installed! Fabulous, faultless, calm and professional management team who made our stay memorable! Highly reconmended!
