Good value, basic accommodation

Only window was on to a corridor. WiFi was bad but we were moved to another room which helped.

Cómodo y tranquilo

Muy amplio y la cama súper cómoda, el alojamiento se contacta contigo para el cobro y confirmación de la reserva vía WP, a mi esposo esto le genero un poco de desconfianza pero son 100% confiables y recomendados, la habitación, los precios y todo es totalmente como lo acordado, las camas y cobijas muy cómodas y adecuadas para el clima, todo limpio y en buen estado, yo iba en viaje familiar y el espacio y todo fue perfecto!

Incorrectly advertised as 3 separate bedrooms but a nice place

Clean, good location but it advertises as '3 separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen when it's actually the same room with 3 separate beds in it. The listing needs to be changed as apparently other guests had complained of the same thing. We were told that this is a booking.com issue...but it strongly appeared that this is how it had been described by the owner on their booking.com login, nothing to do with booking.com. Due to our inconvenience we were then moved to a bigger room (with a separate small bedroom upstairs) and the other beds in the same room as the kitchen on our second night (we didn't move locations as too much hassle). This suited us much better so appreciated this. You get towels and the apartment is clean. There are not really any windows to the outside.

It advertises incorrectly that you will get three separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen when in fact it is studio style and all of these things are in the same room. There are no windows to the outside in the first apartment which makes the rooms stuffy and the second apartment did have a window in the separate bedroom upstairs.

It was very noisy in the mornings but that was on the street outside. Plus there was a lot of water coming out from outside my room, I did report it but the reception said it was normal??

The apartment is well located and really comfortable. Good for the price !

- You can't pay by card, we could only pay cash... - There are really few ustensiles in the kitchen (we had to make two turns of pasta for one dinner, as the pot is really small). - And the people working could be a little more friendly... one even didn't answer to us for a "hola buenos días!" ...

Central location. Big apartment. Hot water. Kitchen.

The lady at the reception doesn't know how to deal with customers. It took her 35 minutes to find our booking after looking at the confirmation message on my phone many times and taking pictures of it, while we were standing waiting. Apart from that it was fine.

Rooms are very different, some of them are really nice. We could change for a better room after the first night. Rooms with daylight are nice, even if some kitchen utensils are missing.

One room is just horrible. It doesn't have any window and only a small slit in the main door for ventilation. The bathroom is in a box inside the apartment (without ventilation), so the room is smelly and full of fungus.

Great stay in the white city

Great value accommodation in the heart of the old center Popayan. Friendly staff, they even rescheduled our reservation for free. Studio had everything we needed for our stay.

Our room was located right at the reception desk so you could hear everyone coming in and out, but luckily it was pretty calm at night. Matress is on a very soft side.

I highly recommend San Nicolas and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Popayan.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - a safe neighborhood only blocks from Iglesia San Francisco and Parque Caldas. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water any time of the day. Outstanding value for the price.

Noisy school children from 7am to noon Monday through Thursday. Poor internet service in the mornings.

The apartment at this price is really good deal. Comfortable, hot water, a useful kitchen makes it a complete package.

There were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen area, were roaming till the bed area, which was very unpleasant to have. They need to fumigate the place urgently and frequently.

Good place for a few nights max.

Great location, the apartment I stayed in was pretty big, the kitchen was nice with a microwave and a fridge. There's hot water in the shower. The price is low so you can't expect too much. The receptionist was very friendly.

The toilet had NO toilet seat!! There are no toiletries, bring your own soap and shampoo. They do give you two towels though. The place lacks some proper cleaning, for instance the television was all covered in dust, I took a look under the bed and it was filthy. But as I said, the place isn't pricey so you can't have high expectations.

This place is absolutely amazing, the greatest value for money, very comfy mattresses, working kitchen along with fridge, super useful. Very well located, safe area to walk around even at night, staff always helpful.
