Lovely family run hotel and restaurant 10+

The owner John is very nice and friendly Shows his daughter and his wife and at the restaurant the serving staff are very nice and polite. Really enjoyed it. I’d give him a 10 for service.

Now, as for the hotel part very clean very modern clean your room every day nothing negative about this place. It’s a 10+ for everything would come back here again with other family members and to be honest with you I went to Santorini last year and enjoyed Paros better and there might be some people that will disagree with me, but my opinion.

Balcony with a beautiful view

Great location, right by the sea and a short walk into town. The balcony overlooking the sea was excellent.

Only very minor things. A Do Not Disturb sign would be helpful, instead of knocking on the door. Also, an extra shelf in the bathroom would be helpful, as there's no real space to put anything.

Exceptional

Clean, very kind personnel, right next to the beach, very nice ambient, close to the port (less than 10min) and city centre, close to other beaches with subeds, right next to the shop. All great.

Only a notice if you are sensitive or used to hard mattresses: their mattress is soft.

A room close to the beach

The location is perfect. The beach is just in front, and there are couple more that are a walking distance. The town centre is 10 min walk. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms is nice and clean with a comfy bed and pillows.

Comfortable beds. Good storage space. Clean. Fairly helpfu l and friendly staff but didn't give us a map or information about the best beaches or places to visit 🤔

Very noisy roads. Constant traffic noise. We weren't given a map or information about the Paros.

The room was very clean and modern. Bed was comfy and room was serviced everyday. we even had the room that was over looking the restaurant but noise was no issue as the big doors blocked it all out. Aircon was cold and all of the staff were so friendly & helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Could leave luggage if you checked out and had a late ferry. Coffee and food from their cafe also amazing.

we enjoyed every minute

it was in an excellent location, 10 minute walk yo the port. beach right outside and loads of restaurants near. the view from our room was amazing. the staff were so friendly. the restaurant downstairs was lovely and very affordable. they also give you a discount for the restaurant if you are staying in a room.

we weren’t given a lot of information on what to do on the island or recommendations.

everything, the room was cute and normal size, very clean. There is a restaurant down stairs so good and the guest had special prices. It’s close to everything, quaiet and good view. The owners was so helpful, nice and wonderful people.

Everything in this place is really amazing, very clean, the location is just perfect, the room is spacious, they have a nice bar/cafe good coffee and yummy stuff, the owners are so sweet Maro and her parents.

Very neat clean room. Helpful genuinely caring hosts. Great location right across from the water and only about 50m from the beach and waterfront walk. Facilities close by but far enough away from the hubbub to be quiet.

Okay for solo or couple travelling ensuite is on the small side with the hand shower toilet being more like a wet room than dedicated seperated facilities. This was fine for me but others might find it odd.

Quite noisy at times (could’ve been indicated in the listing since sound-isolation could definitely be improved since the noise was largely coming from the restaurant) and a bit of a cramped bathroom.

Lovely place, lovely hosts

A wonderful place - seemed like a family run set-up. The place is really well located, 10 mins walk from Parikia Port and next to a small but nice beach. The host can be found downstairs in the cafe and they are so friendly, relaxed and helpful. The room itself was clean, well decorated and had a large comfy bed and a nice balcony. Our room was cleaned every day. And speaking of the cafe downstairs (Nysea)… it’s fantastic. And you get a nice little discount for staying in the rooms. Really loved the red ginger smoothie. Oh and a pretty great sunset spot. 😁

Lovely stay

The room was modern clean and very good value. It is in a great location being 10 min walk to the town or the beach.

Just be aware one of the down stairs rooms opens onto the restaurant with not much natural light and privacy. However we asked to be moved and the host was very helpful.

Delightful couple of days

Excellently decorated small room attached to a bar / restaurant run by the same lovely and helpful family. Located 20 metres from a beach. 10 minutes walk to the port. Highly recommended

The property was absolutely amazing, we loved every second of it. Thank you Kirki rooms because you guys made us fall in love with Paros, the owners are so nice and the staff is excellent. The location is the best in the island, close to everything and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast down stairs is amazing and if you are staying with kirki rooms you have a special price( you guys must try their jam...... mmmm delicious). 10/10 in everything

Amazing service especially by, Maro,and the beach was so close by. Enjoyed that everything was within walking distance. The rooms are nice, very clean and big. And it was nice to have a big balcony too. We are for sure coming back :).

The location of the hotel. and the room was clean. it was different.

our room was on the ground floor, and the balcony/terrace was inside the restaurant.. we can hear everything going on in the kitchen from the bathroom window. and there was less privacy since everyone in the restaurant can see our room from the inside through the balcony.

Exceptional Family run business, that makes you feel like you are visiting friends!

This is the 3rd here! We LOVE 💕 coming back! An AMAZING family owned business, who are so hospitable! They have done fantastic alterations to the restaurant, very stylish, fantastic breakfast and modern menu to move with the times! The staff are exceptional, with family hospitality to make you feel like you are visiting old friends! We will be back next year to see our lovely Greek friends! From your Kiwi friends in NZ!! See you all again same time 2023! X
