Doğanın içinde hissediyorsunuz

Etrafı yeşillik ve dağ ve deniz manzarasina sahip. Evin büyüklüğü oldukça iyi. Balkonunda keyif yapmak için muhteşem bir manzarası var. Geceleri ışıl ışıl ışıklar, gündüzleri de doğa manzarası size huzur veriyor. Ev sahibi teyze muhteşemdi. Çok kibar ve yardimseverdi. Her konuda hemen yanımıza gelip bizimle ilgilendi. Evin içindeki imkanlar yeterliydi. Mutfak eşyaları temizdi. Bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, ütü hatta ütü masasi bile düşünülmüş. Kotor'a araçla gitmistik. Kendi otoparkı da mevcut. Old town araçla yaklaşık 9 km ama kotorda trafik yavaş oldugundan yarım saatte old towna inebildik.

A modern apartment controlled by a nice host

The place was very cute, just renewed and well furnished. The owner was nice and friendly, she also gave us some detergent to use the washing machine. The location is very quiet, just between Kotor and the main coast, close to the big street linking the two cities but still in a very quiet and natural place.

Quite hard to find. We noticed an ugly wall with "Raj" written on it, this is the parking spot: just park there and climb the stairs, if you follow Google Maps you will problably end up speaking with the neghbours.

Everything was great, highly recommend

Modern, cozy and spacious apartment, equipped with everything we needed. Great location, right in the middle between Kotor and Budva. Amazing view from the balcony. The host is warm, kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very good

Apartment huge. But there is no partitions. Room balcony not separated from general part. We woke up because of the noise and cigarettes smell from people, who had a breakfast wright near our window.

The apartment is big and comfortable. It has all you need.

The location is good if you have a car, if not you are a bit far from everything. They charged us a bit more than booking said we had to. Anyway, i think that was a mistake the owner made unintentionally.

Great value-price ratio. Few things could be improved, but overall we were very satisfied.

Great value-price ratio. Very friendly owners. Parking in shade in front of the accomodation. Great views from the terrace. Nice locality if you arrive by car.

Hard to communicate in English. AWFUL And not comfortable bed. Bathroom not great. Mosquito nets had holes in them. Child cot was old and did not smell OK.

Good value for money.

Great view. Fully equipped kitchen.

It's reachable only by car. It's on windy place and the windows whistle all the night. If it's raining the water goes under the windows and all my luggage become wet. I was able to hear the neighbors noise. The bathroom and the toilet are very tiny. The water pressure is low and it's hard to get shower.

The place is paradise With a lot of fruit trees The view of the churches and Kotor bar There is a good express restaurant on the main road

There are 3 villages around with similiar names So the gps might take you on a merry go round

The apartment was very nice, equipped, clean and demanding, excellent value for money. The landlord was nice, she was already waiting for us. It enjoys a quiet, pleasant location with good views of the mountains and Tivat Bay.

Wonderful place

The location offers an amazing view on the bay of Kotor from the balcony, the appartement is beautiful and well equipped. The host is very nice and not only invited us to pick some grappes in the garden but she also brought some to us to be sure we enjoyed them. Definitely the best place to stay in Kotor's area!

Amazing. Recomend for every one.

The property is in the midle of kotor, budva and tivat which is perfect if you are travling by car. Other then that the view from the property is absolutely beautiful and the host is very nice. Inside you can find a fully equipped kitchen a washing machine and every thing you need to feel at home.

It was advertised as a bedroom and a living room, but it was a studio apartment with 5 beds. Sewer odor in n the bathroom.

Wonderful place and hosts

A typical family-run holiday house in a beautiful garden location. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, taking care of everything we needed and making us feel very welcome. Driving to Kotor was only a few minutes and the view from the balcony was pretty nice. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay.

The place can only be reached by car, since it is pretty uphill on a small road. Not a problem for us, but should be kept in mind.

Exceptional

It is perfect. Everything was amazing. We were by car so we could travel anywhere we like. I do not if there are buses to get to Kotor because it is around 5 km away. The view from the apartment was terrific. There is free parking. The flat has dishwasher and washing machine. There is also stove and fridge. I do recommend the spot. Definitely would love to go back there just for the stunning view from the balcony and the peace.
