About this house rental

Our home is centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood in West Sedona. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful home to relax with your friends or family then this is the spot for you. It is a short walking distance to national forest trails such as Sugar Loaf, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Teacup. We are also close to the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park. Shopping, dining, art galleries, spas and a movie theatre are also a short distance away. Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Bashas’ and Safeway are just down the street.

Our home is a 2000 sq foot home with 3br/2ba split floor plan that boast great red rock views. The home has been recently renovated and freshly painted. The home has a open floor plan with split bedrooms. The master bedroom is an en suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are two twin pull out chairs in the common area. The house is one level, no stairs. The home includes high speed WiFi, cable TV in all the bedrooms. There is a full size W/D with laundry soap, iron, ironing board, pack and play for infants and board games. There is a ice chest available as well as a picnic blanket if you choose to picnic in one of the beautiful surrounding areas. Beach towels are available if you should visit Slide Rock, which I highly recommend. We also have four yoga mats available for your use. There is convenient parking for two cars in the driveway. Garage access is not allowed.

The backyard space has amazing red rock views with outdoor seating at a table for 6. Enjoy the red rock waterfall for your peace and tranquility.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain. This is a family/retiree neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors privacy, peace and quiet. No loud noise after 9. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MY HOUSE. A $500 fine will be imposed if you do. There is one Ring security camera located at the front door. No smoking and no pets allowed. This property was perfect for me and my family. We have three little ones and the size of the home was just right, the beds were very comfortable, I was able to make a room dark enough for an infant to have good naps in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful!! Most of all, the host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would stay again and again!

Beautiful home in the quiet hills above west Sedona, only a few blocks from the base of the red cliffs of Sedona. Close to everything but nestled up in the upper neighborhoods where it is wonderfully peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Loved everything about this property and our stay in Sedona. House was remarkably clean, organized and tidy, and the backyard oasis … just breathtaking! Located in a great neighborhood with easy access to hiking trails without having to drive anywhere, and plenty of grocery stores, shops & restaurants nearby. Perfect location and excellent communication from host. We would stay here again if traveling to Sedona!

Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect location in Sedona! Minutes to great hiking, markets for shopping, and excellent restaurants. We were only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and many other exciting adventures. A couple of minor issues, but nothing to worry about and our host handled communication very quickly. Definitely would stay there again!

This is a perfect location for a Sedona stay! The view from the back yard and kitchen is the amazing red rock of Thunder Mountain. Multiple hiking trails are walking distance, or a short 1 mile drive if you want to hike more on the red trails. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower water was always hot, the electric sofas were very comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry rooms were well stocked— everything worked perfectly. As an added bonus, the TVs had user friendly software that allowed us to easily log in to apps like Netflix and Peacock. In addition, we loved being on the west end of town because we didn’t have to fight traffic to get to Safeway and other local restaurants. This was a perfect location for us as a couple, but would also be wonderful for a family as there are 3 very nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Fans of Vrbo we've only had one bad experience over the years. Staying here was the polar opposite. To say our stay here was exceptional would not do it justice, 5 stars is not enough. Every aspect was perfectly presented or executed. Condition, Location, communication, neighborhood....everything exceed my expectations. Scarily... all at a reasonable price !! We loved the location of this home in quiet, West Sedona. We really appreciated the walking directions provided to the backside of the Sugar Loaf Trailhead! Easy, beautiful and less crowded trail within walking distance of the house - perfect sunrise or sunset stroll. Short drive to multiple parks, trails and national monuments. And very close to several good restaurants and grocery stores. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The outside patio is lovely, peaceful and nicely screened with lots of plants. We enjoyed watching the birds and javelinas in the early morning and the dark sky at night. Perfect home for a mid-winter hiking holiday.

Great property! It was just as it was described…quiet neighborhood, yet super close to shopping and restaurants. It was a quick drive to downtown Sedona. The property was well maintained and super clean. Absolutely breathtaking views from the backyard! Host was wonderful to work with…very responsive when we had questions. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice, beautiful, modern home. Would definitely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for Location is because you to have to drive to get anywhere. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness is because behind couch needs vacuuming and a few cabinets need to be wiped out. Note to Owner: everything was great but just want to let you know pepper shaker didn’t work, and we also couldn’t figure out TV in master bedroom.

We loved staying here! The house was cozy, the neighborhood was amazing and we loved our time in Sedona. The only negative was it’s not a true wheelchair accessible house. Neither bathroom is wheelchair ready but we made it work. I would stay here again!

Sedona has been on our bucket list for some time now and our visit surpassed our expectations. Our communications with Michelle were flawless and her property met our needs perfectly. The house had every amenity we might want. It was spotless, roomy, and relaxing. In particular, the back yard with its fantastic views of Thunder mountain got a lot of use. Being situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to hiking trails art galleries, and restaurants, we found it an ideal location. Kudos to Michelle.

Our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 kids, 2 grandparents) enjoyed staying in this lovely house. First of all, the area is phenomenal. You are surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very quiet and felt like an oasis. Especially after coming from the hustle and bustle of Uptown. The backyard of the house has a big tree that provides plenty of shade that makes it comfortable being in the yard during the day. There is also a small waterfall feature and a patio with a gas firepit. Great grill as well. Inside the house, the room set up worked great for our family. Furnishings and kitchen appliances and cutlery felt high end. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a great choice for Sedona.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect atmosphere. The house is spacious and comfortable. Backyard serene and restful. We didn’t use the kitchen much because the enticing restaurants nearby kept calling us… however it was nicely stocked with a bbq and comfortable area to sit outside as a group. Beds extremely comfortable and showers amazing. This vacation will be a memory we relive for years to come.
