About this house rental

Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. We felt immediately at home here traveling with two kids and grandpa. Nearly anything you could think of was well stocked, from coffee to cold or frozen waters for hiking. When we make it out to Sedona again, we hope this house is available.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was our 3rd VRBO in 3 weeks and was by far the best! The well-stocked kitchen made simple meal prep a breeze. The Host included many necessities like coffee, salt/pepper, cooking spray, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, a fridge full of bottled water, and more! The views from the house are amazing. And it's a short drive to Uptown Sedona. Quiet residential area. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We highly recommend this house. We all felt sad to leave!

We loved our stay! The listing is very accurate. Home is clean and well stocked. The owners have gone above and beyond for convenience. I can’t imagine a better location - just minutes to downtown, amazing restaurants and shopping. Quick response to any questions and really quiet neighborhood. The home was perfect size for me, my husband and adult daughter. My daughter lives in Phoenix and visits Sedona often… she agreed this is the place to come back to.

Cannot rave enough about the rental in Sedona! Chris, the contact, was so helpful with recommendations and adventures nearby to do with our little family. The house was better than expected, with every accomodation we could have wanted. The no fuss checkout was a game changer for us and made checking out so much less stressful, allowing us to even enjoy a hike and the city the morning before we left! 10/10 would come again!

We had a great time staying at this house. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was well stocked and I mean well stocked! Coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, a fridge full of water bottles, coolers, in addition to everything you need for hiking. Perfect location! The property was less than 2 blocks from some great hiking trails and a short drive to Uptown Sedona. After a long day of hiking, the hot tub was wonderful! The house was so clean. We have allergies and didn't have any problem at all. Highly recommend this house. Don't hesitate to book it - you'll be glad you did.

This house is clean, well organized and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was minutes from Uptown Sedona and close to our hiking and outdoor experiences. Chris responded promptly to my emails and was very helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was really straightforward and easy. Having hiking trails so close by was amazing as parking in Sedona can be a challenge. We would walk around 5 mins to reach the trailhead and then connect with a range of trails in the area. Chris was a fantastic host and we would definitely stay again when in Sedona.

We loved this property and really appreciated all the little extras the owners provided throughout the home. From a variety of coffee and creamer options, to a fridge stocked with water bottles for hiking, they really went above and beyond to make our stay stress free. The house itself is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to some trailheads and close to several great restaurants. With three bedrooms, and a comfortable living area, we had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed coming back after long hiking days to soak in the hot tub with a view of the red rocks. It was a great getaway, thanks so much!

What an amazing place to stay, the location, amenities, view, etc.! We stayed with our 4 kids and couldnt have been happier, we all enjoyed the hot tub, board games, and quick access to Sugarloaf. Will be back!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here. Great location, easy access to hiking trails, and very quiet neighbors. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Loved the heated floors and the hot tub. Hope to visit again next year.

The home was furnished nicely and comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools available that we needed to cook meals. The location on the west side of Sedona was easy to find and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay.

The property was precisely as advertised and had everything you could need during your stay - and more! Very short walk to the Teacup Trail trailhead which leads to a hike up Sugarloaf Mountain. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Looking forward to staying here again!

This house is fantastic! We stayed here with our three adult children and loved it. The location is fantastic- literally a half block from the Sugarloaf trailhead and surrounded by stunning views of red rock- and the house has everything you could possibly need: well-equipped kitchen, beautiful back yard with cornhole set, fire table, and spa, and a lovely family room with a fireplace. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights right before Christmas. The property was very nicely maintained and is close to the heart of Sedona with easy access to all key activities. Kids had lot of fun with the board games and hot tub. Overall very nice experience!

This was a girls trip to Sedona to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday. The house was super comfortable with plenty of space. The location to trails was perfect for a sunrise walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful backyard. The owners provided many extra fun equipment in the garage to use for your day out exploring. We used the chairs and picnic basket to hold a cocktail hour to see the sunset. Definitely will stay at this location again.

We had a wedding in Phoenix and decided to spend a few days in Sedona after. We brought our 80 year old parents with us. The place is well laid out, clean, comfortable beds, and has all amenities we needed. The location was perfect! Tucked into a neighborhood with a nice backyard and right near a trailhead. I usually stay at 1-2 VRBO rentals each year and this was the best one yet!

We were on a road trip from NorCal. My friends and I enjoyed the place and they both said that when they return to Sedona with their wives they hope the place will still be available. The overall stay was great. Small things like extra bottled water in the garage refrigerator and various items for outdoor activities.

There were 4 of us on a girls trip. The house was perfect! I can’t say enough about it. It was well stocked with water, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee as well as equipment for hiking. I know I really appreciate when a host does that. It so nice not to have to haul those things when flying or purchase as soon as you get there. The location was great! We were close to so many trails. It’s outside of downtown Sedona so no traffic. I would definitely recommend this house and stay there again myself if I come back. Great host! Super responsive and very kind.
