beach access was close, music/entertainment at pool, great front desk staff
wifi did not reach room, food was nothing special, crowded outdated and uncomfortable room, very loud during dining hours as restaurant is open to lobby.

the staff was really nice and helpful,
we had a private apartment with kitchen, it was ok, good kitchen equipment and big fridge,
nice flowers on the balcony,
the region of puglia is very nice, close to nice cities if you have a car, from the resort you can make some nice hikes on the coast to the nearest cities - we recommend hike to Polignano al Mare with a designated trial on the coast (look for white-red marks)
can be good for families with kids and with a car;
For us personally it was not the best choice, we choose the place because of the pools, beach and few restaurants that were in the offer. But sunbeds near the pool very uncomfortable and the music was to loud to relax so we have not spend a day near the pool. Sundbeds on the beach were only avaiable till 11 sep (so only half of our stay), after that no service on the beach. The location for us personally was a minus as if you dont come with a car it is hard to move from the resort. Most of the restaurants were closed, only the one in the main reception area was open but you needed to do booking one day in advance and the cost for bufee was 30 euro per person (exagerated looking at prices in good restaurants in Monopoli), other place to eat in the evenig was a pizzeria (not the one with the view on the sea) but that is probably because it was not the season anymore.
For sure we will visit Puglia again as it is very beautiful region, nice people and good food but will not choos this resort again.

The pool was very nice. The beach was beautiful. The meals provided were very good. It was only 15 mins away from monopoly center.
I couldn't get wifi in my room. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful. Wasn't informed about requiring a bathing cap until we went to swim. The Air Conditioner in the room wouldn't work halve the time.

We loved the location. It is a 5 minute drive to Polignano, a beautiful small town. You can also walk to a nice beach. The people involved in the entertainment were extraordinary. They were very organized and threw a fantastic entertaining show for the family every night!
The beds were horrible. The sofa bed was really noisy and the queen bed felt like a ramp. It was very inclined and uncomfortable. I have back pain from sleeping on it for a couple of days. There are no alternative food services offered besides the pizza place. It is very limited in terms of food if you don't select the buffet plan - then you are locked in their time schedule.
