We enjoyed the place and the surrounding area, the place was clean with great view and comfortable setting, the host was in contact with us and offering us help always, we appreciate the great hospitality.
The overall experience was great with no much downsides, I wish there was clear instruction of how to adjust the heating/cooling system of the place, otherwise we faced no issues.

Beautiful and picturesque
We loved everything but did wish there was some outside seating so we can enjoy the loch in the evenings

Scenic location with beautiful views from every single window. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms generous and very comfortable and a nice eye for detail throughout. Lots of helpful extras were provided and good information on the area too. One of our favourite holiday stays.

the view was excellent!
the parking was a minor inconvenience… but worth the effort!

Awesome location and house

lovely house, secluded with a nice view of a small lake. very spacious and comfortable. clean. good water pressure. communication with Ben was good.
The double bed was very uncomfortable because you feel the springs under the sheets. We couldn’t sleep there and had to sleep on the single beds.

We loved the location the quietness
We couldn’t fault this beautiful place. One thing that would have made the stay absolutely perfect would have been some milk in the fridge to have a cup of tea on arrival.

Beautiful location and cozy for our honeymoon stay! Loved seeing sheep out the window from the tub. Complimentary wine when we arrived. Curious to hear if anybody else felt this place was haunted? Lots of high tech amenities and a tablet to show how to use most.
Exterior window washers came on the morning of our departure and we were not aware - most windows do not have curtains and I’m afraid they may have seen more than they bargained for as we were showering/getting dressed when they started.

Peaceful, rural setting, yet close to hiking and to beach. Short drive to Portree for good restaurants and sightseeing boat tour
WiFi was a little slow and the driveway was too narrow to turn around by the house.
4.8
Location was very good, small lake facing. Bigger bathrooms, TV with streaming and Sky cable made it a good experience.
Additional bed and/or duvets (as we were family of 5 with an 8yr old kid) would've been nice to have.

Provided our own
There was no t-towel
No potato peeler
Kitchen radio didn’t work
Ironing board cover didn’t fit and fell off
Suggestion- provide more cutlery so that the dish washer is not set off half empty

Lovely property, beautiful location. With the property being in a quiet location we had amazing view of the stars, absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and well presented. We had fantastic weather luckily but I wouldn't have minded hunkering down in the house as it was a lovely home away from home. Good location to visit various attractions. We dined in Portree each evening, I would definitely recommend booking restaurants in advance. Great communication from hosts as well, gave us all the information we needed without us having the ask.
Nothing, loved it!

The location was ideal to explore the Trotternish Peninsula. The view is amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. Firewood supplied and a Christmas tree were lovely touches for our Christmas stay. Everything was perfect!
That we had to leave!
The only quasi complaint is that we were given the incorrect network and password for the wifi. I suspect this was a mix up of units from the management company but the router had a sticker with the network and password on it. Simple mistake. Super easy fix.

Fantastic location in Staffin at the top part of the island next to a loch, beautiful and peaceful. Great facilities, log burner, comfy sofas, dishwasher and great bathrooms. The bath needs a mention as it's amazing, and the view from the window is perfect when you go for a bath. recommended!
only little things that bothered us was no firelighters for the wood burner when we got there. there was a box but no lighters in them! Also a silly thing, no potato masher so if you're cooking, bring your own. Also it does have wifi but it's not very fast, perhaps that's just the broadband speed on the island i'm not sure.

Location was phenomenal and the property was very convenient and practical for children to enjoy. Also had Netflix available which was not expected
If there was a peeler in the kitchen and a few more kitchen utensils it would have been handy

The location was superb. The house has a lovely feel to it.
The garden is a good size but could do with a tidy.

We loved the cottage, it was comfortable and lovely place to stay.

Lovely and clean
Heating was a little difficult to get to grips on first night. Roasting upstairs and cold downstairs.
4.8
The comfort and location were exceptional. The house was finished to a high standard especially with a stunning bathroom and shower room. The water pressure was also great.
I'm not a fan of top scoring everything but I genuinely couldnt find any fault with our stay. The communication, furnishings, comfort and location meet or excelled all our expectations

The surroundings are so beautiful and the house so well equipped that one doesn't really want to go outside. The bathtub is lush and the fireplace is perfect to warm up at after a day of hiking. Everything one could possibly need was provided for. A very important point for us was the washer/dryer which worked well.
We had some issues with a clogged bathroom sink. However, our complaint was handled in a wonderful manner. In fact, I have never seen a complaint handled that well. We received some beautiful flowers, a card and a bottle of wine as an apology and someone came over and sorted the problem. I really cannot recommend this place enough.
The bath plug is a bit difficult to use.
Parking a larger car requires some going back and forth .

Was lovely and comfortable, happy with everything
