The staff was friendly, the room eas clean with excellent bathroom, the price was cheap. We could then manage to go around the region with little driving. The beds were ok, not too confortable, to be honest 100%.

Good location and clean. For one night it is a good solution, especially when you travel by car - many parking options in the close surrounding.
Beds are very unstable and low, so be careful sleeping on the upper bed 😉 unfortunately the staff doesn't speak English.
During the night it was very loud because of a party nearby.

The bedroom is simple and modern. All was very clean.
The bedroom is not a soundproof room, so I ear too much noise during the night.
The mattress is not very comfortable.
There is no shampoo/body soap provided.
8.0
Simplicity of access and use, a passcode and basic instructions, nothing more.
It wasn't crowded. In fact, I had the room for myself. (There were people in the other rooms.)
English wasn't the best language for communication, but that has its advantages. It was just unexpected.

located near bus stop and supermarket
bathroom isn’t clean, Algae in the shower area; a bit congested room, no any bath soap available in the bathroom.

Great location. An excellent system to keep your things safe.
The room had a strange smell and was slightly noisy. It was challenging to communicate with the staff.

Right across the street is the Museum of Glass. Marinha Grande is famous for glass making and the Museo do Vidro is wonderful. Cafes and wonderful pizza are nearby. We liked the sports club also! The room was minimal but quite artsy.
A motion sensor built into the vanity turns on the bath lights and fan. It was on a timer that couldn't be turned off so it was a bit annoying. Also a slight ammonia smell in the bath.

it was so neat and clean and well arranged

Very good location. The room itself and the bathroom look nice, everything is rather new. The bed is comfortable.
There was no electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, patio and outdoor dining area, which are mentioned in the description. There is also no chair. When we arrived there was nobody from the staff, everything was closed and we spent some time calling to the property and arranging check in. There was a motion sensor to turn on the light in the bathroom, which worked not as it was intended to work. As a result we had light on in the bathroom almost all the time. As the door was transparent there was a problem when we went to bed as it was on for some time. And, if someone from the staff is reading this, all these things are easy to fix. You can write a message with 4 sentences about how to check in, remove non-existent facilities from description and cover bathroom door with something (film or roller blinds). There is also a device, which looks like a small conditioner. I haven't understood how to use it. It would be nice to have a small explanation.

Location is very good; centered, you can walk both for restaurant and breakfast. There is a parking at walking distance from the hotel. Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable.
It wasn't advertised as hostel. As it was a Friday night staying, it was quite noisy till 2 AM, with people partying and making noise. If I would have known it was a hostel I wouldn't have booked it.
Personnel should have a basic knowledge of what is available around in terms of restaurants and various services.
Wi-Fi was useless.

No Hand Soap to wash the hands...Room 2 had Hand Soap, mine not. Although I had informed the Hostel it was not taken care of.
