This pristine Florida Bungalow is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom single family home and offers all the amenities you need to make this your perfect vacation. Including off-street parking, swimming pool, quaint gazebo equipped with wet bar and custom seating. The home has ample storage, polished hardwood floors, central air formal and two informal dining areas, spacious kitchen and living spaces throughout.
The Lush, tropical gardens enhanced by landscape lighting, privacy fencing and oversized pool make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends in every season.

Formal Dining - Just off the living room is the formal dining area with seating for 4
Kitchen- The spacious open floor plan kitchen has ample counter space and is outfitted with all of your kitchen “must haves”. A breakfast bar with bar seating and informal dining area is also found off the kitchen. Double French Doors lead out to pool & rear patio.
Primary Suite - King size bed with chest of drawers, large closet, full size washer & dryer in closet. Double French Doors lead out to pool & rear patio.
Primary Bathroom - Located in the hallway next to the primary suite and has a spacious custom shower, vanity, toilet and ample storage space in the linen closet.
Guest Bedroom- 2- Twin beds (can also be converted to a king bed upon request) chest of drawers, spacious closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet.
Pool Area / Gazebo- An oversized pool (heated from 12/1-5/1 only) whirlpool spa (not hot tub) is attached to pool and is surrounded by an elevated deck. With 2 sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella and a custom covered gazebo with wet bar.
Parking- There is 1 assigned parking space in the driveway. Additional vehicles can park roadside as available.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home - it was clean and had everything we needed! The pool and outdoor space is wonderful and the location is great. It's about a mile walk to Duval and it's in a great neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Bottoms Up Bungalow is an amazing option in Key West. The outdoor area and pool was the best part and it really made our week relaxing. The house is centrally located on the island which made it convenient.

This house is exactly how you see it in the pictures. Cute and clean. Fausto's supermarket is very close by as well as a package store. We just walked down White St. to get our groceries and stock the house. The pool is perfect. As hot as the weather was, the pool always felt cool to us and there was always plenty of shade in the backyard. The cabana was a total bonus. The only downside to our trip was that they were installing new water lines on the street while we were there. Bulldozers right in front of the house starting up at 8am every day! It did take away from some of the relaxation, but we survived! The walk to Duval was like 20 mins, but when it was too hot, we just jumped in a Lyft. ($9 every time and totally worth it.) We really liked this place, and we would totally stay here again. Well worth it.

This was our first experience using a vacation rental and there were many things that we loved about it. The pool was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by beautiful palms and plants. Covered outdoor area was perfect for the rainy days during our stay. The home itself is historical and remodeled very well.
However, there were a few things that we did not like. The street the house is on, was closed and made it extremely difficult to access the home. The work had apparently been going on for quite some time as they were adding a new storm drain. So, I'm a bit surprised that the property manager did not relay this information to us so we could be more prepared. Once we finally found a way to access the home, we noticed that it was very warm and humid inside. Exhausted from our long journey, we just dealt with it and had to sleep in a very warm house until the next day. Being an HVAC technician, I noticed that the main air filter was completely clogged and looked like it hasn't been replaced in quite some time. I luckily found a ladder and replacement filters in the closet and swapped it out. It worked much better after doing so and ran much less. Lastly, the garbage situation. Both the trash and recycling bins were completely full. To make matters worse, there were no trash bags anywhere. I managed to get the cans out so they could be picked up on trash day. Maybe they were so full because the garbage trucks couldn't access the street due to said construction in the prior weeks.

We have been to Key West many many times over the years, but the bottoms up bungalow that we stayed at this past week was perfect! The house was exactly what we wanted and the pictures that depicted the house were spot on. It was a quiet neighborhood and we rented a golf cart and was easy to get around to locations that we wanted to see on the island with family that had never been before. We would highly recommend this location and home again and again to friends and family. Thank you so much for hosting us. We enjoyed it immensely. Five stars!! We will be back!

This is a perfect home for your stay in Key West. Far enough away from Duval Street to have peace and quiet when you are enjoying the perfectly sized pool, but close enough to enjoy all the activities that Key West has to offer! I hope to be able to stay again in the future!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. We spent our entire stay in the beautiful, private, tropical oasis pool and backyard. After our many explorations about the island with sightseeing, water sports, shopping, and dining, each day we returned to the most lovely and relaxing home on the island. Cute bungalow located in the Meadows neighborhood. Pool was wonderful to have in the heat. The Management company was not responsive when inquiring about a listed grill and non-operative Keurig coffee maker. I called in the morning (10 am) regarding these issues. When I had not received a response by 2 PM, the same day, I called and the phone was answered immediately. The woman who answered, said she did not get the previous message and said the grill was not in the listing, which I texted her a photo shot of it. She did not address the Keurig and I did not bring it up because we went back-and-forth on several texts regarding the grill and I was certain she had not listened to the message. I called, around 11 am, two days later regarding renting a golf cart since the number that was listed in the book, went to pressing of numbers and no one answering the phone as well as the coffee maker. After not hearing back, I called back a few hours later. Again the phone was answered , the woman stated there was no message on the machine, she did offer an alternative number for golf carts and had a coffee machine delivered. My complaint is that earlier messages were not returned and she said were not on her machine, yet calling the same number in the mid afternoon we’re answered.

The house was beautifully decorated. The best part about the house was the pool and outside sitting area. The pool was heated and so we spent almost every night outside or in the pool. It was in a great part of the city; quiet and close to the restaurants that we liked. Would highly recommend it.

This vacation spot was exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The backyard space was wonderful with its private pool. We were surprised how cool the pool was in October though! It was a little further than anticipated to walk to Duval St but not impossible. The property was fully stocked, clean and extremely comfortable! We highly recommend it! Also Teresa the property manager was quick to respond through the Vrbo site.

We visited Key West in hurricane season and guess what :) Hurricane Ian skirted the coastline.
The rental had everything to ensure that even the days we couldn’t leave due to the weather were still a pleasure. We snuggled in and watched movies.
Comfy, clean and well situated.
The pool was great and the outdoor covered area great for sitting out.
The host was fabulous and ensured that everywhere was cleared and sorted as soon as possible after the storm had passed so we could get use of the outdoor space.

This was our first visit to Key West so we were a little worried about booking accommodations online. As soon as we arrived at the house, we knew it was going to be perfect for our stay. Comfortable, inviting, clean, spacious and in a perfect location. The house is even better in person! Lots of room to spread out. The high ceilings and the original touches that the owners kept really gave this house charm. The pool area was PERFECTION. In August, Key West was HOT. We used the pool morning, noon, and night. There were perfect sunning and shaded areas outside. The front porch was a nice area to drink morning coffee. The bedrooms were so COMFORTABLE. Even the pull out couch in the living room was large and comfortable. The owners have stocked the home with everything you will need to feel at home. There is also a market not far away if you are missing or have forgotten anything. However, there was coffee, garbage bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, plenty of linens, cleaning supplies, Koozies, etc....etc....etc....
The neighborhood was quaint and close to many things. We rented a golf cart for the week and had an absolute blast exploring Key West. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the BOTTOMS UP BUNGALOW!! Memories for a lifetime were made here. We highly recommend this home for a fully enjoyable vacation.

Home Feeling!
This has the one if the best homes we’ve rented in the 20 yrs of staying on Key West. The home was absolutely beautiful & clean, well stocked with everything you need. The linen (towels)were like my home towels. Excellent air conditioning. The pool was so nice to come to on a hot day of walking around, just couldn’t sit out there long at night due to the misquotes!! We’re looking to book this time next year!!

Wonderful time
Had a blast - jet skiing, charter fishing, sky diving. The mopeds are maybe the star - nothing beats riding around the island at night (and pretty affordable for a week for 2, as well).
The pool was another high light and the main reason I went for the property, even though it was bigger than our needs. Loved loved loved the private pool and patio area.
Will definitely return. GF never wanted to leave.

We loved our stay here. Comfortable King bed, sofa and great space to spread out during your stay. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Having the serene backyard setting with the pool and lanai made for a lovely area to relax during the heat of the day. We walked a lot but also took ubers if we got tired as its a bit further out from the center of things but made for a quiet rest at night. Only suggestion is a tea kettle and better pillows. Highly recommend staying at this superb property. We have already recommended to our friends!
