Alt var fint bortsett fra rommets stusselige beliggenhet .

Frokosten var meget bra. Usedvanlig godt utvalg.

Vi hadde standard dobbeltrom. Bare en smal stripe med vindu ut mot innsiden av hotellet. Lite dagslys inn på rommet.

Stedet er som alltid bra og fantastisk. Opplevelsen ble noe redusert på grunn av hendelsen i baren.

Veldig fornøyd med the Hub som overnattingssted. Lokasjon er perfekt. Beste frokosten i Oslo!

Kvelden før utsjekk gikk vi i baren for å ta en drink. Ved servering av første drink klarer servitøren og helle denne over både meg og samboer. Vi ba om redusert regning, men dette kunne vi ikke få. Vi fikk derimot et kort og beskjed at de kunne betale for vask. Men hva jeg vet, så tar ikke vaskemaskina mi betalt! Kvelden ble avbrutt tidlig etter dette, og vi gikk og la oss. Dårlig service.

Lovely city, stunning views, fun and vibrant vibe and best breakfast ever!

Fabulous location, walkable to most city attractions. We enjoyed the lobby bar and David the bartender from Barcelona was fab! The Decor in the lobby was very fun. The breakfast was the best ever, a spectacular spread! Our views of the city were fantastic. I recommend the Sunset Fijiord dinner cruise, a lovely way to end our stay.

We had pre booked and paid for a superior room. We arrived after midnight and very tired from a long journey. They tried to give us a very inferior room, but we insisted and they gave us a much better room. So it was resolved and we had a great stay after that.

I would definitely stay here again. The location was amazing and the hotel design was gorgeous.

The hotel was well designed, very modern and an amazing location. The room was a good size, the bed was comfy and the decor was beautiful.

The spa was not maintained as well as I would’ve liked/expected. The used towels were piled up and hadn’t been cleared. The pool side and the changing rooms were covered in water which made it a dangerous slip hazard.

Wat een geweldig hotel op een toplocatie in Oslo met een fantastisch ontbijt op de tweede, en geweldig restaurant op de

Super ruime en modern ingerichte kamers met álle faciliteiten. Het ontbijt hier is fenomenaal; er komt geen einde aan de lijst met mogelijkheden. Norda op het dak is geweldig: beide keren hier gegeten. Aardige, behulpzame staf, goede bedden, zeer schone badkamer met heerlijke douche. Parkeren onder het gebouw is wel prijzig maar dat valt te verwachten.

Schöner Stadturlaub

Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Trotzdem war es nicht zu laut. Das Zimmer war hochwertig ausgestattet und im Bett schlief es sich sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen umfangreich. Auch die Bar in der 13. Etage war fein.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht abschalten. Sie lief permanent.

Excellent Oslo choice

Surprisingly nice hotel at a more affordable rate in a nicer city. Very close to the train station and centrally located for walking around Oslo. Rooms are smaller but updated, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and soap. Staff was accommodating and very kind. Elevators are equipped with tablets, so you don’t have to wait long or stop often despite the large size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and well-designed. Views are nothing to speak of, but you’ll be paying much more for fjord views.

Ubicación excelente, al lado de la estación central que conecta con el aeropuerto y con acceso a pie al centro de la ciudad. Desayuno espectacular con gran variedad.

Super frokost, men irriterende å måtte oppgradere til større rom pga størrelse på seng.

Rommet vi hadde bestilt hadde 140-seng og dobbeldyne. Fikk spørsmål om å oppgradere til større v innsjekk. Gjorde dette, for så liten seng på venninnetir fungerer ikke så godt. Mener ikke å huske at det stod noe om dette da vi reserverte. Irriterende å måtte betale 300kr for oppgradering. Likte heller ikke dusj i badekar-løsningen.

Great location right next to central station. Fabulous breakfast.

The room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t help. With no top sheet I had to take the quilt out of its cover and just sleep under the cover.

Brilliant hotel, professional staff, and the most amazing breakfast I have ever seen.

Location is incredible, the breakfast is beyond amazing. The rooms are well beautifully designed.

The lights of the bathroom being automatic end up being too bright.

Excellent situation, fabulous breakfast, quality toiletries, easy checkout, plenty of common spaces

No cupboard space to speak of, no hooks for outdoor coats, no kettle for tea (only coffee). Poor room service (even when specifically asked for, our room and bathroom were not cleaned or the cups and glasses changed)

Grei kvalitet for høy pris

Spa/bade/avslappingsavdeling var liten, trang, fullstappet, bortgjemt, dampbad fungerte ikke, bassenget var kaldt, det var tomt for glass og håndklær. Rommet hadde ingen steder å legge ting og dusjen sølte vann over hele gulvet på det bittelille badet.

Hvis vi skal reise to personer neste gang så vil vi ikke benytte oss av Deres hotell.

Frokosten var utmerket., Beliggenheten optimal for vårt formål

Når en bestiller et dobbeltrom så er jo det fordi vi er to personer som skal bo der. Da bør det være et minimumskrav at det er to stoler å sitte på. Vi var klar over at rommet ikke var spesielt stort, men det var møbler med dype skap og et skrivebord som tok mye plass. Vi hadde to kvelder i Oslo, hvorav den ene på teater, og vi synes at det er hyggelig å kunne ta et glass på hotellrommet før vi tar kvelden. Ettersom det er en velfylt minibar på rommet, så er det å anta at det også er noe som hotellet regner med at gjestene ønsker.. Da er det ikke hyggelig at den ene kan sitte på en (ikke spesielt god) stol, mens den andre må balansere et vinglass i senga, som for øvrig må karakteriseres som et "putehelvete"..... Det legges tydeligvis ikke opp til at gjestene skal trives på rommet. Vi savnet 2 brukbare stoler, og et lite bord å sette fra seg glass og snacs på. Her har hotellet mye å gå på med hensyn til trivsel.

Great choice in Oslo

The location is great, just close to everything in Oslo, the cocktail bar was lovely and the waiters so nice and friendly. The breakfast offers a huge variety of options, a very good choice in the city.

Stort sett veldig kun 13 ettage som var dårlig

Alt var helt topp helt til vi skulle prøve restaurant i 13 ettage der var det helt forferdelig så vi stakk derfra og ned på restaurant i 1 ettage der var det helt topp service var meget bra personalet var spøkefulle og godt humør

Een luxe verblijf

Het ontbijt was echt super! Ik denk het beste ontbijt dat we hebben gehad. We zagen het al voorbij komen in de andere recensies, het is echt goed! Verder een schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een handige ligging schuin tussen het centraal station en het centrum van Oslo.

Förutom ett strulande element var det väldigt bra med god frukost och trevlig personal!

Fantastisk frukost med stort utbud! Det fanns nåt för alla! Sängen var mjuk och superskönt! Stora kuddar och varmt täcke. Fin utsikt över området.

Säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte på mitt rum och de kunde inte laga det. Hade även ett element vid sängen som gjorde mycket oljud. Tekniker kollade tydligen på det men natt 2 var det lika mycket oljud igen.
