Rural Retreat on Kiama’s Doorstep
Offering a private rural sanctuary with breathtaking views on the edge of town, this unique property truly is the best of both worlds.
Nestled amongst picturesque farmland on the outskirts of Kiama, this hilltop haven
boasts 360-degree views to the Pacific Ocean, Saddleback Mountain and Jamberoo Valley.
The Tudor-style manor has been fully renovated to feature open-plan living, light-filled rooms and modern luxuries; all surrounded by sweeping lawns, rustic gardens and heated swimming pool to take advantage of this one-acre wonder.
The huge kitchen – with its stunning marble, island bench and leading appliances – is the heart of the house; linking with the dining room and it’s combustion fire place, and expansive covered front deck with lounge, dining, outdoor BBQ and wine fridge.
Find your own space inside or out, with two separate living areas, a rumpus room, two decks and several peaceful outdoor areas to enjoy a coffee, read a book, or quite literally smell the roses.
You’ll never run out of things to do. Take a dip in the pool, or laze on the sun lounges; Netflix and Wii can be accessed in the main lounge; the rumpus room features a billiard table that converts to a ping pong table, plus a tree-house with a fireman’s pole for the kids (or big kids); you can shoot some hoops; crank up the fire pit and wood-fired pizza oven; or play some epic games of backyard cricket, footy or bocce.
There are four friendly chickens on-site that require feeding and locking up at night. Enjoy the farm fresh eggs!

Property was beautiful with an amazing view of Jerrara and Kiama coastline. Photos were exactly as the property looks. Very well maintained with large kitchen/dining area and 2 living areas which was great for kids. Beautiful deck with bbq to sit on with amazing view. The yard was very well maintained with a heated pool and chicken pen - which the kids loved as they collected the eggs daily, fed the chickens (who were very friendly). Only a 7 min drive into the centre of Kiama - very central yet felt like you were on a rural farm/property. Would stay again / recommend.

We stayed at Sally's property with our young children and friends. We couldn't recommend it highly enough - the house was just beautiful and there was lots to do no matter what the weather. It is a true piece of paradise and we look forward to staying again.

Have already recommended this property to other friends. The house is lovely and the pool/outdoor areas are beautiful. The kids loved looking after the two sweet chickens and the treehouse. The location was fantastic as you get the country experience but with a water view and only 5 minute drive to Kiama and other amazing beaches. Sally was very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the haven top house. The yard was big and surrounded by other properties with horses and farm animals grazing which was fun for the kids to watch.
Unfortunately we were there during the height of the bushfires and only hour away from them, so we only saw the stunning view on two of the seven days we were there and the air quality was very low so we didn’t use the pool and spend much time of the deck as it was covered in ash, just extremely unfortunate with timing.
I am sure if it was more pleasant outside we would have used the areas more.
Overall the house was lovely and spacious.
I’d recommend this house to a family with kids and for parents that love a beautiful interior.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time, the heated pool was a hit with our toddlers, the games room/man cave with the guys and the views (especially from the en suite bathroom) were incredible! It was such a lovely touch being able to collect fresh eggs for breakfast and use a pizza oven as well but if you are like us and have young kids so Going to a restaurant is tricky I would also recommend chef Troy from Mingle meals for a delicious dinner in the perfect setting!
Sally was great to deal with and really helpful, would definitely recommend this beautiful house to anyone!

Stayed here with friends over Easter long weekend - four adults and 5 kids under 12. Wonderfully relaxing for the adults, with the kids loving the pool, tree house, fire pit (roasting marshmallows) and basketball hoop. Kiama only 5-7 mins away.
