Very comfortable - met all the needs for our stay.

The house was clean and roomy. It is in a beautiful location, and the deer and Turkey were plentiful and friendly.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The space met our needs perfectly. We required wifi for work and it worked great. We were very pleased with the tankless water heater. With a family of 6, it was wonderful not to run out of hot water! Watching the deer roam the neighborhood was a highlight of our trip! The only negative was the overhead light in the kitchen being out and the light in the vent hood also not working. We were pretty much cooking in the dark all week. Overall a very pleasant time!

Our cabin was just as presented online. We arrived a little early to the area and the property manager allowed us to store our cold goods early. We purchased firewood and had many cozy evenings in the comfortable space. Already planning on coming again and will try to stay here first!

We took friends and teen boys skiing at Wolf Creek for the 1st time. We enjoyed our trip immensely with the exception of the altitude. Took a few days to adjust. The cabin was cozy and perfectly setup. The master closet was cold but we didn’t use it much. The host was so kind and helpful with our needs. We loved the town and hope to visit again next year.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this cabin. It came fully stocked with everything we could need and was very clean! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We were not disappointed with the location & amenities of this cabin. Very comfortable & great layout of the rooms. Back yard backs up to the national forest so we enjoyed beautiful views. Thank you, JoyceAnn for being such a gracious host!

My 88 year old mother stayed in back room. She was very comfortable getting in and out of shower and felt safe.

The cabin was perfect. Furnishings were nice. It was a quiet neighborhood. The locals are friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time
Neighborhood was amazing! We had 5 adults and three children 8 and under. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangements! The porch was utilized daily! Great place!

Great Location! Cozy cabin!
Very comfortable, huge master bedroom. All the amenities you need. Very clean. Deer came to the front and back yards multiple days. Nice “neighborhood” to walk around or hiking right behind the house. All but the “backyard” was accessible for our daughter with a physical disability, but we knew that going in. We enjoyed the front porch sitting area just as well. Quiet area. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Property was just right for a family with small children. Easier to access Wolf Creek Ski Resort as opposed to coming from Pagosa Springs. Roads were good even though we got a huge amount of snow. Kids loved the snow and the wildlife. Deer came right up into the front yard several times.

The cabin was very comfortable. Lots of the “small” touches that add to the stay - tea and honey sticks, well equipped kitchen and the owner dropped off a portable crib for our infant.

Place needs upgrading. Oven was filthy, and on arrival the freezer and water from the sinks had a nasty odor. Host said “just run the water.” That fixed the water smell, but the freezer stunk as did our ice. But the worst was when Netflix locked us out and I asked for assistance - “just use your own account” the host replies. Nothing, not one thing on the living room tv worked. No big deal when out during the day but would have been nice in the evenings. Who tells a “guest” just use your own account? Really? What if I don’t have one? It’s an amenity, and it ought to function. We didn’t need to use it in August, but the fireplace is listed as an amenity too…with the caveat that it shall not be used under any circumstances. Guess it’s just there to look good. We won’t be back.

Cabin was clean, pleasant, and the perfect size for our group of two families (4 kids total). Kitchen is well stocked, neighborhood is very quiet and backs to forest land. My only criticism is that the appliances are old. The fridge died during our visit and the dishwasher requires some jostling to close it so it will run. But the property owner worked hard to find a replacement fridge.

We had an awesome stay! The cabin was very clean and neat (and I’m a clean freak!) in a very quiet neighborhood. Our morning coffee was amazing as we enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness of the national forest right behind the cabin! It was close to all our favorite fishing spots, too! The pics are very accurate. I’ve already recommended it to several friends! I hope to stay again! We had a wonderful experience!

While this cabin is on the older side, it was very clean and well cared for. There is a lot of space for a family or two to gather. Our son loved the kiddo room and we loved the remodeled master bathroom and closet. The towels and sheets were also nice quality, which is appreciated! We saw a lot of bunnies and deer grazing in the neighborhood, which is very quiet. I agree with other reviews that it would be an amazing addition to have a deck or patio on the back of the house to enjoy the forest view. The house also stayed nice and cool! Overall we really enjoyed it!

This sweet rental exceeded our expectations. The location made it easy to head up the pass to Wolf Creek. The beds were VERY comfortable and the property was clean and cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we have rented. We look forward to renting this wonderful cabin the next time we ski Wolf Creek!

Was tight fitting in truck and trailer into the property and made loading and unloading gear a problem. Washing machine wasn’t hooked up and grill was totally out of propane. Place was clean though beds comfortable and had all the amenities one would expect at a place like this.
