About this house rental

House 4 suites, one on the ground floor, bordering the Jacuípe River, best condominium location, contemporary style, new, comfortable, ventilated, with garden, private pool with hydro massage 7X4 m with wooden deck, gourmet area with barbecue, oven, pizza oven, wood stove, several sets of tables (4, 6 and two of 8 seats), balconies: front and side and covered garage, private security system with alarm, fully furnished with 2 TVs 42 LCD with HD cable TV, ping-pong table. Air conditioning - Split in 4 bedrooms (suites), ceiling fans in all rooms (4), living room and kitchen, complete dependence with 1 suite, new furniture and appliances; inside closed condominium, security 24hs. The condominium borders the main paradisiacal beaches of the Northern Coast of Bahia: Praia do Forte 19 Km, Guarajuba 9 Km, Arembepe 6 Km and Itacimirim 14 Km, close to Salvador International Airport 35 km, Sauípe Complex 40 km away of the capital's financial center in 46 km. The condominium is of a high standard, considered by the residents and visitors to the 8th wonder of the world, because it provides much leisure and fun, the Jacuípe River empties its mouth into the Atlantic Ocean, allowing the practice of nautical sports and fisheries (the specimens of fish found : Robalos, Tucunarés, caranhas ...), the region has a tourist guide for fishing or river tours to combine values, with the owner, 2 social clubs with total of 5 swimming pools, offer typical menu, private beach, jetty, hangar for boats and jet ski, 2 ramps for descents of nautical equipment, squares, children's playground, games room, bike path, lawn soccer fields, multi-sports court, volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts and squares academies. It is possible to rent boats, kayaks, jet ski at reasonable prices. The infrastructure of the city and region are great, with doctors, supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores. Note: From the house to the river, beach, playground, bike path, free gym (from the square) and one of the clubs your child does not need to cross streets, it is in the best location within the condominium. It is important to mention that the house has a tank of 7 thousand liters of water, which guarantees a comfort in case of water shortage by the water network (Embasa), during periods of overcrowding in the green line, and still we cherish to keep the house in order and cleanliness, being made preventive maintenance, since the house is relatively new, to give even more comfort to our tenants.

Casa confortável em um condomínio que oferece opções para caminhada e passeios de bicicleta à beira do rio e cercado de muito Verde. Proprietários atenciosos e muito prestativos!
