Nobler, schicker Urlaub in bester Lage!

Die Unterkunft war absolut schön, sehr geräumig/groß, sauber und in einer top Lage! Die Ansprechpartner haben immer direkt geholfen und Auskunft und Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Taxis gegeben! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! 4 Erw./2 Kinder :-)

Alles war einfach alles super! Nichts negatives!

Our stay was wonderful, we will definitely come back. I already recommended Palazzo to my friends.

Beatrice was extremely helpful, she was always available to answer questions, provide information as needed or to make travel arrangements. Property and its location was exceptional, walking distance to all important moniuments.

It is difficult to find any negative points.

Great place to stay in Venice

We were met by a very welcoming and professional host. She showed us around and made a dinner reservation for us. She also arranged our airport transfer. She was available to call for the duration of the stay. The apartment had water, coffee, sugar, shampoo/shower wash, a nice basic supply for the first day. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels. There are 3 bathrooms with really strong water pressure for a good shower - important when you've been walking around Venice all day. Location very convenient, only a short walk to Ca d'Oro - water taxi stop 5 of us stayed here and we really enjoyed it.

1 small thing we missed was a full length mirror. & a coat stand would be great.

Avoid this place! It is a scam. No view and no service!

When we arrived in the appartment, one of the plants had around 20 dead leaves There is nothing in the kitchen : - no salt , - no pepper - no oil - no sponge -only 3 water glasses ! There is no hot water There is only one very small bottle for shanpoo and one very small bottlw for shower gel for 3 persona and 3 days !

Be careful!! The pictures on booking are totally fake !! There is no view, no sight. The only view is scaffoldings!!There has had works for 2 years on the church in front of the windows of the main room and they won’t be finished before 2025! There is neither any service or help of the host. No way to arrive before 4 pm and no wish of the host to find a solution to find a way to let the luggage ! Sacandalous ! Super beautiful building with an awesome apartment. Highly recommend

The host was super nice and gave us some good recommendations on where to eat and where to stay away from. Basically stay away from the tourist areas and waiters trying to pull you in. Reserving a table is recommended for the better venues. The apartment number 10 with the mezzanine bedroom was awesome, our mouths dropped when we walked in, in that OMG moment, so much space and everything you could need, its a really beautiful building inside the entrance. The building is close to the Co-op supermarket so you can easily get supply's and easy walk to the shops and main attractions. After a long day walking around Venice in the heat, it was always nice to come back to the cool air con in the apartment.

The building opposite is having some restoration work done, so you may hear some noise if you have an apartment on that side, but we didn't hear anything at all. It would be a nice touch if there were some complimentary local snacks or a bottle of wine in the room so we could relax straight away, but that's just being picky. You will love this stay just like we did.

Probably the best stay possible in Venice. great location and place.

this property is stunning. Lots of room for a family. the kitchen is well appointed and bathrooms are nice/updated. beds, linens and pillows were the best we experienced in Italy.

the doors squeak loudly so if you need to go in/out of the bedroom while others are sleeping you will likely wake them up.

the location was perfect, the building and the interior was amazing, the place was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed

there was no real view however this wasn’t an issue for us given the location.

Nicolo and the apartment were outstanding!! Great location with cichetti nearby!!! Stay here, close to everything but a block away from crowds. Quiet and beautiful

Randomly blew a fuse which caused trouble working remote but Nicolo was extremely responsive, grazie!!

Amazing Venice apartment, huge with high ceilings.

The apartment is a real Venice treat, huge!, very high ceilings, some ceiling paintings, and properly renovated since some years. Modern TVs for the kids with one of them having Disney+ and NETFLIX, allowing us as parents to sneak out for some hours and heading out to Harry's bar for some drinks after a nice dinner.

Eventhough the apartment is high-end and nicely renovated some paint / construction leftovers were still visible unfortunately. Also, the host was welcoming, but a bit too much explanation and taking a bit too much of our holiday time. Other then that, perfect stay!
