About this house rental
Our beautiful gulf front home was recently remodeled, inside and out!! It has 3 large bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, up 12 can sleep.
Upstairs we have a King master bedroom with a full wall window that directly faces the Gulf. It has attached Full Bath. The second bedroom upstairs is designed to be kid friendly and is home to two comfortable queen beds and private bathroom.
On the main level of the home we have our third bedroom. This room is equipped with two queen beds as well and has a full bathroom with a standing shower. This can be ideal for any restricted travelers with its first floor location and full bathroom.
All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and of course, WiFi is included!
The fully furnished, open concept kitchen is set up with a cozy breakfast bar for four and overlooks the ocean for an out of this world, relaxing cooking/dining experience. All kitchen utensils and basics are stocked for ease of access and guest comfort.
The living room is arrayed with a modern queen sofa and two comfortable chairs. There is also Flat screen LED TV to help you unwind after a day of fun and activities!
The dining area features a full dining table for six.
For your pleasure, we have also provided a charcoal grill, ready to be enjoyed on the gulf front deck with Gazebo. Enjoy on deck with Gazebo has front row seating for sunsets over the gulf. Located directly West of Pier Park, we have a great view of the Pier directly off of our Gulf Front Deck.
There are also great dining spots within walking distance of this unit, an unbelievable Italian/Pizza place right across the street, a Wings/Barbecue place nearby, and many great seafood restaurants as well.
There is also a Winn Dixie Grocery Store and a CVS Pharmacy across the street.
About 1 mile away to the East is the famous Pier Park area which offers tons of entertainment, dining, and shopping, as well as a newly reconstructed Pier!

This was a lovely townhome located right on the beach. The back deck walks right out into the sand- right to the ocean. Location is excellent and is convenient to everything, yet the townhome is quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean- had everything we needed in it. I went with my husband and two grown sons. We look forward to staying in this unit again. And the owner is so nice and helpful! He gets back to you asap if you need anything.

This is an conveniently located ,beautiful condo! The pictures don't do it justice, especially the ocean view bedroom upstairs! Being able to walk out onto the beach every morning was a real treat. We will definitely recommend and we will be back!!

We loved the house and its location!! It was so nice being directly on the beach. We had 3 adults/ 3 teenagers and we were very comfortable. Loved being able to bring our dogs along too. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay. The location was amazing. The owner was great to communicate with. There were some things about the property but that’s any normal wear and tear on a vacation rental. We have no complaints overall and would stay again!

We enjoyed our trip except the air conditioner did not work properly. They were supposed to send someone, but they never showed. The shower in the master bath was a dream!

As we were arriving, we received a message from the owner stating that there’s construction going on and issues with the trash service. When we pull up, there was a huge pile of nasty trash outside the door, from the people that were there prior to us. My husband helped a neighbor clean it up. We had no exterior trash can/trash service for the entire trip (7 nights). We had to take our trash to the beach at night, to put in the public trash cans. The clothes dryer wasn’t working, so I had to buy hangers and a dryer rack, to air dry my clothes. The downstairs bedroom closet had no doors and contained a used mattress, along with other junk. The upstairs bedroom closets were blocked by the beds. The oven handle kept falling down, there were light bulbs missing here and there, most of the furniture is very worn out (not exactly as pictured), and the place has an odd smell (I bought wax warmers from Walmart). The exterior looks very unkept, especially compared to the neighbors, and the handrail on the stairs is rotting and loose. The day after we arrived, I informed the owner of most of the issues (aside for the run down furniture and odd smell). She replied back, seeming to be concerned. She stated that she could get a handyman out there, but I never heard from her again. I honestly did not keep pushing on these issues, because I wanted to enjoy my trip. I noticed a review that mentioned a pool, of which I never saw. The property needs maintenance and updates.

Fabulous vacation spot!
Location, Location, Location! This property is on a beautiful stretch of uncrowded beach! The town home is clean, super comfortable, and well appointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. We are older and enjoyed, but tired of the nearby Margaritaville, Senor Frogs, Pompano Joe’s scene, but found Edward’s and Paradis in Rosemary Beach- less than a 15 minute drive , which were 5 star dinners. I am hard pressed to think of anything negative to say about our experience- We will be back!! For those with dogs- there is a very small strip of grass for pups to walk on. Our dog is older and was fine (and we drove her to the dog beach 1 mile away), but for a dog needing more of a walk, there is limited space. Nonetheless- you will love this space!

Awesome stay!
This was perfect for our family get away. Steps from the beach and located close to grocery store and restaurants. Our first night we could not find any sheets for the pull out couch. I sent a message to the owners and they called immediately to tell me where to find them. I would stay here again if we ever come back to Panama City!

Best stay in Florida EVER!
We rented this house because it was on the beach and close enough to restaurants and things to do but also far enough to not be bothered by noises. This house was everything we wanted and more! There was enough space for our group of 12 to stay together to hang out and have fun in the living room/kitchen area but also enough to separate and wind down for bed. The sunrises and sunsets from the windows and balcony were unreal! What a breathtaking site to see, all from the comfort of our pajamas! The back deck/patio area was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at any point of the day. The ability to just walk out and be in the sand without taking an additional step was amazing. All in all, the place was clean when we reached, checkin was a breeze, and communicating with Zohra was super easy! She responded to all our questions within minutes and was super sweet and friendly! We highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come for a relaxing, fun time with a medium sized group! We are hoping to make PCB a yearly trip and will definitely come back to stay in this house! Thank you!

Very dissatisfied
The manager gave us no notification that not only was there major construction going on with the roads directly in front of the condo unit but also the unit near door was getting a “ gut” renovation. The work next door started early I. The morning and the hammering and other construction noise woke everyone up early each morning and continued throughput the day. The workers coming out on the front deck constantly gave very little privacy. We had to move cars over and over so the huge construction dumpster could be emptied. It really diminished the experience of our visits.

Wonderful Location Very Clean
We had a great time in this unit over the Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is situated right on the beach and we could see the dolphins from the back porch. The staff was quick to respond to all request and any maintenance issues. the best part of all was the ability to bring the pets. Even though it's pet freindly you couldnt tell by the cleanliness of the unit.

Fall Beach Getaway
A great home right on the beach! Spacious and nicely furnished. The deck is a great place to relax and watch the waves when you’re tired of the sand. Love that there is a bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor for those who may not be able to handle constant up/down a flight of stairs. The owners were very responsive to our messages via VrBO Tons of restaurants, many within walking distance, and shopping very close.

PCB. Vacation
The initial overall of the townhouse was good. The Queen size beds were so loud every time you moved on the bed, must have been the mattress pads. The upstairs master king bed was great. The 2 Queen beds upstairs was awkward. One of the Queen beds was pushed up against both closet doors, so you could not use closets in that bedroom. The towell rack in that bedroom, fell to the floor when you put a towel on the rack..(my husband fixed that rack). The kitchen was well equipped, but the first night I used the oven the entire oven door handle fell to the floor, again my husband got his tools out and fixed the handle. The stove top, every eye I used, the pans slid off the burners, they were all crooked, but we made out. The shower for downstairs bedroom had no where to put your soap or shampoo except the FLOOR. No shelve or safety bar in that shower. I have never had to put my soap on floor of shower untill then. The cloth sofa in living room was filthy, we bought fabreze to spray it down, then covered with sheets to sit on. The 2 trash containers outside, one had a hugh hole in bottom, so trash went right through, the other can had a disgusting oder...

This townhouse was perfect for a much needed vacation! Great for families or a group of friends. The location is less crowded and right across the street from the grocery store. I love that you walk right onto the beach from the deck.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great; and the fact that there's a traffic light at the entrance makes getting on and off the road so easy.
We loved the convenience of getting to the car and the beach. It was ao much easier than the high rise condos
Finally, the lower density of the resort makes for plenty of elbow room at the beach. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome Location & Steps to the Beach
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the Beachside Town Homes. Awesome location as it is not as crowded as other areas. It is not near Huge condo/hotels which makes this location awesome. We only come during the month of May. This year we were there the week before Memorial Day and it was a little more crowded due to schools being out and everyone headed to the beach due to the Covid issues we all experienced last year.
The Town Home was very clean and bathrooms were remodeled beautifully. The outdoor table has new wicker chairs rather than the pictured metal ones and were great. Loved! Loved! having the large umbrella on the deck as several units did not have them. Very Nice and relaxing! Nadir was awesome and communicated with me via e-mail whenever I had questions and response time was within a few minutes or within the hour. There are a few items that need attending to but nothing preventing us from staying here another time. I have informed Nadir and he is attending to those requests.
Kitchen is well stocked with the basics. Even though pets are allowed to stay, there are no pets odors or dander issues as it has either tiled or wood floors. Also check all the closets in each room as there are floor fans as well if needed. A/C worked great but some of our guests like it colder.
The closet under the stairs has a couple of beach chairs/new beach towels/umbrellas. We also left 2 brand new boogie boards. There's also a lounge floaty as well. So check there before heading to the store to buy anything.
This unit has 2 charcoal grills which is nice but wished it had gas as we are more accustomed to and are challenged at getting the right temperatures with charcoal.
We enjoyed eating at Harpoon Harry's Beachfront (awesome view) and Riviera Creamery. Both across the street from each other. We would also recommend shopping across the street at Winn Dixie as they had lots of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, floats, beach toys, flip flops, etc) as well as a stocked grocery store. Very clean & fresh food despite it looking aged on the outside. Wal Mart was a mad house. We went on Sunday evening and multiple items were cleared off the shelves. Looked like a pandemic has happened again. Very little lunch meat, milk, eggs, gatorade, chips, etc. I asked someone local and they said it is all the vacationers who come in & want the same items weekly. It was crazy!

Beautiful place
Exactly as pictured. Management/owner response for help and questions was outstanding. Some minor maintenance needed here and there but doesn't detract from the unit at all. Might want to look into new mattresses for all beds besides the master as every single person found them not very comfortable. With that said, every single person said they would still definitely stay here again!!! Booked for our 30th anniversary and absolutely loved it!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great beach location but needs updating, renovations and better amenities
We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals and own rentals ourselves. We feel that the location and the communication with the owner were 5 stars. We also feel that compared to the neighbors and other rentals around us, this was merely an average rental with below average accommodations. Allow me to explain.
We had great instructions on checking in, communication with the owner and location was smooth. Upon check-in we immediately reviewed the location and the check-in list to ensure that we followed policy. One of the check-list items was to look over the place and report any broken, missing or defective issues so that we wouldn't be held accountable. With a quick glance, we immediately noticed a few items:
1.) cracked tiles in a few placed
2.) Chipped glass table in the kitchen
3.) Broken blinds in the family room and the master bedroom (they don't open or close) and will fall off the wall if you attempt to do so.
4.) Dirty pots and pans in the kitchen
We reported these issues, but DID NOT request the owner to fix/repair or do anything as we could "live" with what we saw.
After being there for less than 24 hours (next morning), we didn't have hot water. We determined that it must have been a building issue or temporary, so we didn't complain. That evening, upon return from the beach, we still didn't have hot water and immediately contacted the owner. He was prompt to call us and said that since it was Sunday evening, he would work to find someone. It wasn't until TUESDAY, we were able to have a handy man come to fix the hot water heater (it's gas and a pilot light). We went the better amount of 2 1/2 days without hot water. In those days, we learned that the following issues/concerns existed:
1.the shower handles in the bathrooms were "backwards" and didn't allow for HOT water
2. the place and mattresses were OLD and worn and LOUD
3.The charcoal grill exists without charcoal or a lighter
4.Missing the basic kitchen utensils
5.couches are old and no sheets for the pull out
6.smoking is permitted in nit #24 (next door) and comes into your place.
7.TV was broken in the master
8.NO HOT WATER again the last day!!
Overall, if you are are driving in, bring your house with you (especially your living supplies). If you are flying, be prepared to BUY everything. From beach towels and chairs, to dishes (has 4 plates but sleeps 11)? I bought my own pots and pans and took them with me. I can't say it was 5 stars but the beach was beautiful!

Great location - walk out the back door to the beach!e
We decided to rent this townhouse for Christmas instead of our typical festivities because of the pandemic and it was just what we needed. Easily walk out the back sliding door and down the stairs to the beach. It's right there! Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We did have a few small issues when we first arrived (unable to get lights to turn on, blinds would not go down in upstairs master bedroom etc) but Nadir was highly responsive and communicative.
There were a few additional things of note - upstairs master bedroom is beautiful and has a great window seat where you can watch the sea, sunrises and sunsets. All three bathrooms are very nice. Downstairs bedroom is in a converted garage area (common in this complex) and it is a bit dark and cooler than all the other rooms in the house. (Nadir did have a portable heater dropped off for us for this room when the weather forecast showed a big dip in the temperature which we appreciated.) There is a working outlet outside the front door if you have an electric vehicle that you need to plug in.
Grocery store is walking distance, Pike Park is a couple of miles away.
Only comment I would add is that, especially during these times when folks are not eating out as much due to the pandemic, the kitchen utensils, silverware, pots and pans etc could use a refresh but otherwise the kitchen was very nice as well.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great house right on the beach
Had a great time at this house! It was more than enough room for the 7 of us and the location was unbeatable. Just a staircase off the deck into the beach. It was also very clean and had plenty of toiletries and towels provided. Nadir was also very easy to communicate and very responsive. Definitely will come back here if I’m back in PCB
