About this house rental

Welcome to Lee Massachusettes! Located in the heart of the Berkshires, just 15 minutes to Tanglewood, 15 minutes to Jacob's Pillow, and less than 10 minutes to Lenox and Shakespear Theater. Truly the center of activities. You'll love this walk to town, cute two bedroom cape with a private yard, a 2 season sunroom (closed up in the winter and used for storage) and a deck with a small grill in summer. Relatively new furnishings and decor with quality linens. Fully stocked kitchen and all you'll need for dining. Bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other has a queen size bed. The living room is nice size with two sofas and a large chair with a dining room at the end. The den has a full size sleeper sofa and a 42' flat screen TV. A second bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower is located off the kitchen near the den. The house has wireless internet and a Roku for streaming. The house feels very private with a large yard. A marble wall with landscaped gardens define the curb appeal at the street. There’s lots of space in the backyard for games. The house comes with badminton, croquet, and bocce balls.

We had a lovely stay at this property and would definitely go back if in the area! The house had a cozy feel, clean and updated for its age. We felt so relaxed with beautiful decorative touches of dried flowers and artwork. The beds were comfy, with fresh linens. We loved the first floor bathroom…great shower and tub! We had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. The owner was super responsive and helpful with any questions. The instructions were clear and direct on how everything works. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

Comfortable with lovely decor, pleasant indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Excellent closet spaces . Good shelves in bathroom to put cosmetics, etc. Quality linens. Spacious kitchen. Serene landscaping. A very nice accommodation.

Beautiful house with a lovely yard and especially enjoyed the sunroom. House was very cozy and walking distance to several good restaurants and the downtown area. Only slight negative was the business across the street involves large truck activity early on weekday mornings.

Great rental! Comfy, clean and central to all! Beautiful and private grounds. Everything close ...Mt Greylock, Monument Mountain, Olivia's Outlook, super restaurants and museums all close by ... This is our second stay at what we affectionately call the “the little Lee house” . In reality, this lovely home lives large, is beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable! The screened-in porch is particularly lovely….perfect for curling up with a good book or sharing a glass of wine! The gardens were filled with peonies and the front perennial garden will soon be abloom. The house is conveniently located—all the major sites and attractions are within an easy drive. Wonderful host and a wonderful property. Hope to return soon.

We had a perfect holiday. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a lovely yard and an amazing apple tree. We were 4 adults and a baby who loved to eat and play on the enclosed porch. It's rare to find such a vacation rental. Thank you Barbara for being a concerned and welcoming host. I panicked a bit when I couldn't get in touch with Missy but she was extremely helpful when I did as were you. I hope you had a wonderful vacation too.

This home is beautiful! Spotless and so cozy. Lots of room - very comfortable beds and all the amenities one could need. The house is beautifully decorated. Location is truly in the heart of it all! Minutes away from downtown Lee and about 10 from Stockbridge and Lenox. I came with my mother for this get away - she loved it as much as me that she is renting again for her next trip! Barbara was an excellent and attentive host who was easy to get in touch with to answer our questions. Thank you!!

My two sisters and I had a wonderful stay! The house is very comfortable and welcoming, nicely updated, and had everything we needed. The location is super convenient - walking distance to town and a few minutes driving to Stockbridge and Great Barrington. Barbara was super responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Pleasant, clean, comfortable, enchanting, and right out of a Home & Gardens photo shoot. Barbara’s home is very bright and cheerful, and well maintained; not at all like a typical rental home one often comes across. Beautiful property with large lawns and mature fruit trees, and bird song galore. The location is very convenient to all mid and south Berkshire county; it was very easy to get around, and even the north county near Vermont is a beautiful, modest drive away. Barbara was very responsive to our needs and requests, and communication with her was very prompt. We had an extended stay, and were sad to leave such a lovely environment.

The Little Lee house did not feel little , with a den , a large comfy screen porch and a patio off that , also a very large yard. The house is set back from the road which is nice as the road can get busy. Great location and clean lovely home

I stayed here for 10 days. The house is located conveniently to "main street" of Lee and RT102. You can walk to the town and restaurants of Lee. The house is very comfy and has plenty of space for 4-6 people. There is a detached garage to keep the car clean from the weather. I stay at a lot of vacation rentals. This is a good one.
