My family and I had an amazing time in this beautiful house with the perfect location to entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and parks! The house was perfectly stocked with much attention to detail! We, however, spent most of our time in the backyard! The heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, dart board, corn hole, and basketball hoop in the front provided many hours fun family time! Even the neighbors were welcoming and always greeted us with a wave when coming and going! The hosts were very attentive and gracious! We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The property location offered a lot of attractions and sites. The house itself had a lot of child-friendly games, toys and ways to entertain a group of many ages. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Great stay!

We had a great thanksgiving at this fun home! Plenty of games for everyone and the 2 living rooms were so handy for our large group. The fence around the pool was much appreciated since we had little kids. Location of the home was amazing with all the stores you could ask for very close by. Overall amazing home for a good family vacation! Thanks!

We had a great time staying with our group for our annual buddies golf trip. The house was perfect for our needs. In a nice neighborhood with lots of stuff close by. We enjoyed the pool and the covered patio. Would definitely recommend it!

The house had a a lot of entertainment options, only a 10 minute drive to old town which was great, and easy freeway access. Property manager was quick to respond with anything and was super good to work with.

We showed up to start our vacation and the cleaning lady was just starting. She had cigarettes on the back patio and a dog in the front room. We had to leave for several hours just to have a minimal job done and only 4 beds got remade with the time she had.The towels smell, the tubs have hair in drains. We paid $600 to have a heated pool and the first 3 days we were there the pool temp was NOT as hot as told to us, the hottub had issues and the pool guy had to come out (2x) AND in the middle of our relaxing time to come service these issues. Shortly thereafter, we were interrupted by lawn maintenance service while we were sitting in the back trying to enjoy our trip. The TV apps didn't work well, the loft beds are squeeky, the master bathroom shower faucet is coming off the wall,the furniture is basic, the vents are dirty, the laundry area needs to be cleaned, the front door lock is loose and the cabinets are all sticky. We paid a LOT for the amenities but the foosball table is falling apart, the pool table is un-usable due to the size in the room and some pictures looked a bit misrepresented. The owner was very communicative and gave a small credit for the inconvenience. The area was great. We were very disappointed with the overall maintenance and care of the home. Think twice about this one and what you want from a vacation home!

Lots to do in this place. Foosball and ping pong tables were very weathered, but goo options. Space was very open. One bedroom upstairs was more of a loft - no door to it. Only comment for the owner is regarding the step down living room. Loved the flooring but you may want to put some tape on the step to delineate/mark the step. My sister took a fall and broke a couple of toes.

My mother a resident of Phoenix is in her 80's so she can no longer travel as she once did. With us scattered throughout the country we come together at Christmas to celebrate. 2 years ago Mom sold her home and moved in with a friend. So now we turn to the VRBO to supply accomodations that brings us together. We've had pretty good luck but this was the exception. The accomodations were as advertised and allowed us all to be together. Mom loved her room and said she would come here again. Communication was direct and quick. Location was very good and everyone enjoyed themselves with the pool table and other activities that were provided. We prepared Christmas dinner on property and was happy to find the neccessary pots and such in the kitchen. Everything ran smoothly and we all agreed this was a great Christmas. I highly reccomend this location. It was a pleasure to work with them and stay in such a nice place.

There were 11 of us (8 adults and 3 kids). The place had tons of kid and adult friendly stuff to do! The pool was perfect (diving board, depth, warm). Hot tub was nice too. The kids played bags, ping pong, pool, and arcade video games! They loved it! Location was close to everything. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our weekend! With the swimming pool, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and bags there was plenty of things to do. It monsooned the day we arrived at the house, which inevitably flooded the pool, but someone was out cleaning it first thing the next morning and they made sure it was in great shape for us. I was so relieved that it was taken care of before I even had to ask and we enjoyed the pool all weekend.

It was a great place - so much to do! There was no lack of entertainment! The only issues we had was a bit of cleanliness. There was a half eatten apple in the fridge, left over coffee in the microwave, hair on the bathroom floors, the pool cleaner didn't work, the towels had been left in the washer so they smelled and had to be rewashed, and an egg left in one of the light shades. Overall, these were not that big of a deal; it's a fantastic place and I would absolutely stay there again!

It's a great place for every age (pool table, PacMan arcade, basket ball, comfortable beds, large comfortable couches to sit on for game night) but especially for the littles (fenced in pool, games, lawn, the home is located on a cul-de-sac, and close to great attractions). We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

We had family members fly in from all across the country and this was a great house to stay in. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were plentiful and comfortable and there was no shortage of fun games and activities (pool, arcade game, pool table, ping pong, etc). The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our grandmother who can't navigate stairs anymore. The home is in a quiet neighborhood about a mile away from major shopping centers and about 20-25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. One thing to note - the hot tub is super old and difficult to use. And my wife felt the kitchen could have used a better pre-arrival scrubbing. But overall we were really happy with this unit. Brandon was quick to respond to our queries and very pleasant.

Disappointed that pool wall was green with alge along whole back side and dirty at bottom, hot tub had slight discoloration in sunlight. Bathroom rugs appeared to need a washing dirty patio windows and a few other issues. The two queen set up is located in the master bedroom and the area with two bunk combos is actually open to the upstairs. Our mistake was not contacting Brandon on night of arrival with our issues and just making the best we could after a 1500 mile drive, our loss at this point per post communication. I see some history patterns on some previous reviews I totally missed. House is located on quiet dead end near many amenities. Located close to freeway for heading to sites. Overall is nice place if more attention was put into making sure all was well before quest arrival. Agreed response time to questions or concerns is usually same day or within a couple hrs. Wish I could add pics I took.

We had a wonderful time in this property and the host was very responsive and incredibly accommodating. The house and location was perfect for our family. Between the pool, various games at the house, to a nice park within walking distance, we had everything we wanted. We hope to book this place again in the future. A note to future guests - request the pool to be heated

We rented this property with a group of friends and were overall pleased. The house had a great layout and Brandon was very helpful and got back to us quickly with communication. The downsides were the cleaning was not thorough, as there was vomit we discovered on the dresser in the master bedroom and the fridge was dirty and had tons of food from previous renters left there. The hot tub was also very unclean ( a bright green color), and when we brought it to Brandon's attention he sent someone over to service it right away (which was appreciated) but the tub needed to be cleaned and the water replaced, which took at least another 24h to be hot again. This was disappointing since we were then only able to use the hot tub one night of our 3 night stay. Overall this was a good stay, and it was close to many amenities.

Great time in Scottsdale at this location! Our host Brandon keeps great care of the property and it is very spacious. Its a quick ride or uber from some great golf courses, the airport, and old towne / tempe. Highly recommend this property!
