Enjoyed stay. Safe neighborhood for a city location. Very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Inside very clean. Outside porch, driveway and backyard should have been cleaned and swept of leaves and debris.

There needs to be more towels and washclothes, other than that everything was great!
Thanks!

We had a blast. Stewart has a nice home. Clean and well-located. Very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's location is prime and the home itself is nice, large and as listed. The home is definitely historic in nature and could use a little TLC with minor repairs, paint, caulking and replacement of everyday items (bleach stained towels, holes in sheets, etc.). This would improve it's overall appeal and improve on cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms.

This house just goes on and on. Its front view is deceiving with how much house there really is! It was perfect for our group of 10 ladies, plenty of space to hangout and enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to be super comfortable. Would stay there again! We really loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the weather. Also great location for walking to restaurants and parks.

We absolutely loved this property! The home itself was beautiful. We had multiple grocery store options nearby, delicious food within walking distance, and a hot tub in the back for relaxing in the evening! We had a little trouble getting connected to the Wifi and Stew came by within just a few minutes to get it fixed for us - no problem! Thank you for the stay!

What a great experience. Old bungalow home that was beautifully done. Only thing that kept it from a perfect rating was minor. Paint touch ups, scuffed up walls, some lightbulbs out, but a beautiful home in an excellent location

It was a beautiful home with plenty of room for 3 couples to enjoy! We loved hanging out and having coffee or happy hour on the front porch. It was easy to walk around to many places in Midtown. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely house, the manager is great and responsive. Everything required came with the house.
Only negative was the house could do with a bit of decorating touch up and the outside furniture needs replacing. Would stay again.

We were a group of 13 and had lots of space for everyone to hang out together, we had everything we needed there. Hot tub was a nice bonus too!
Location was excellent too, great part of town and close to a lot of fun activities.
Would stay here again!

During my family’s stay in November, we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We also loved that all rooms and the cottage had their own bathrooms. Stewart was also very responsive and available 24/7 to answer all questions we had about the property. This house is great for the holidays if you’re celebrating with a large family. Additionally, this property had with multiple pack n plays available for the little ones as well!

The house was adorable and very comfortable for 6+ women to enjoy lounging, firepit, hot tub and laughs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet….we would definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our four night stay in this lovely home. Beds were comfortable and having all the bathrooms was very convenient. There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded. The host was very accessible and readily available to answer any questions. Location was close to everything. Would definitely recommend this listing to friends.

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay in town for my sister's wedding. Loved the location and close proximity to the park!

A group of friends and I rented this house for our annual weekend trip together. This house provided exactly what we needed - plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space to socialize. The location was great, being a close drive to the highway, and a short walk to restaurants and stores. One of our group stayed in the small cottage in back and loved having his own small kitchen.
The house isn't new by any means but fits very nicely with the area and has a lot of charm. Parking was fairly easy.
Overall we enjoyed our stayed and the house worked perfect for our situation.

The property was perfect for our family and the wedding purpose for our visit. Great location in Mid Town and close to all our events. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The outside of the house was not very clean and needs some TLC. We wrestled with the "Cleanliness of the Property" rating. We would say a 4 star for the inside and 3 star for the outside. All that being said, we would use the propoerty again.

Lots of space for 10 people to have a comfortable place to call home during a busy week.

We gathered family here to stay for a Midtown wedding and it was perfect.

Great place to stay for us when we were attending a trade fair. The house was nice and spacious with good communal areas. The only slight comment is that kitchen equipment could do with re-assessing and some items renewing but this is a minor point in comparison to the quality of the rest of the property. We would definitely stay again when we are in town.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. House was clean and Stew was great to work with!

This craftsman-style house is located in downtown Atlanta, convenient to the convention center, the aquarium, and other downtown attractions. The main house worked well for us, with the exception of the 25-year old refrigerator which didn’t work and required we call for repair. The guest house had some major issues, including a very dirty microwave and stained sheets on the bed. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the level of cleanliness and unworking, aged appliances given the nightly rate of this house.

Centrally located, wonderful, high capacity home w/Parking!
We gathered as a family for graduation weekend. There are ample bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared space with a wonderful kitchen and dining room for eating. The full kitchen is outstanding - and the facilities enabled us to gather for several meals without having to go out. Also the two dedicated parking spots were awesome. Host/facility manager was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our rental. Would highly recommend for large groups - you won’t be disappointed. Someone even used the hot tub! Thank you so much!

Cozy Midtown Home
We had a great time staying here. The location was excellent and the home was exactly as described. The backyard, hot tub area was the highlight. It had more than enough space, rooms, and comfy beds for our group as well. Everyone slept well and was rested up for tons of exploring! Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable family trip to Atlanta!
The house was great. Large rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax when not “out and about”. The location is convenient and in a nice, quiet area.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean but the house is not very well maintained. The outdoor space needed to be cleaned.

Would not recommend
My family stayed here for a wedding weekend. The property was dirty. It appeared as if only very surface-level cleaning had been done. Some examples include: the outside deck area was unusable, we had to clean it ourselves in order to be able to use it. One of the outside doors was broken and unusable. The inside had dirty windows, and the ceiling fans were extremely dusty. There were large boxes outside that were never removed. They were all issues that were livable- but disappointing when you expect to arrive to a clean place.
I reached out to Stewart to alert him of these issues. He said he managed close to 20 properties so was unsure of what we were talking about. He did offer to address specific issues but was very dismissive about it. Like I said, it was all livable, so with the chaotic nature of a wedding weekend, we did not want to add coordinating with him on top of it all.
He also said he only cared about the inside issues because the outside was inevitable to get dirty in 24 hours. We cleaned the outside when we got there and it still looked better than we found it after 24 hours. I am an atlanta resident myself, so I understand the pollen that builds this time of the year, but this was more than that. A large spider web on a broken door does not form in 24 hours.
Last, it was not possible to change the temperature past a certain range without contacting him. This was a large issues for my grandparents who both have cancer and are very sensitive to temperature.
Needless to say, the stay was disappointing. I would recommend Stewart pays closer attention to each property he is managing or suggest that he manages less properties to properly be able to ensure each property is well-managed.

Beautifully decorated home, lots of space, beautiful cozy neighborhood.Note to host: there are nails popping out in the dinning room and the guest bedroom bathroom tub drains very slow.
