Michael and his team communicated well through all steps of the process. The house was perfect for our work team. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice. The amenities were very nice and truly comfortable. There were several wasps (big) under the deck, which made it impossible to sit out on the second floor deck. Overall experience was excellent.

We were in Atlanta for our daughter's wedding and needed a place for ourselves, some family and some bridesmaids to be able not only stay but have time to visit. The home and its amenities were perfect for that. It was close to the church and the venue and has a lot of things to do nearby.

Our party of 14 was in town for a family wedding over Easter weekend. Ages spanned three generations from 2 to 74. Everyone had a spot in a real bed except the 2-year old (playpen) and 6-year old (air mattress). The first air mattress we inflated had a hole but there was a spare, new-in-box mattress we switched to immediately. Still, when the host was advised of the busted air mattress, they had one shipped same day to the property.
This mid town property was located perfectly for all of our activities (Hawks game, aquarium, Georgia Tech tour, Emory tour, rehearsal dinner in Buckhead, wedding at Summerour, Easter brunch in Buckhead). We never traveled over 2.5 miles or 10 minutes to any of the activities.
The house was nicely furnished with high-end appliances, finishes. Between the host's responsiveness and property's location/size/features, we would happily stay here again if we return to Atlanta as a large group.

Our company employee resource group stayed at this location for our retreat. It was the perfect venue with the right amount of rooms and bathrooms, the open floor plan kitchen family room and breakfast nook were great for creating meals together and having a good time. The spacious basement gave us room to have our meeting/workshop, play pool, and watch movies. There were only 8 of us and we wanted to be close but comfortable. This space provided that. Michael was a good host and accommodating regarding our special request. The neighborhood was good and even though the house was off a busy street the noise wasn't bad. It's close to downtown which we appreciated being minutes away from the aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park. Things that could be improved are a few more blankets and pillows for those not sleeping in a bedroom. Also not to require 6 cars to squeeze in the back of the house--which wasn't practical, we had a couple of large SUVs in our party, and after struggling to turn around otherwise having to back all the way out and up the driveway, in the end we just parked in the front. Thankfully the front of the house has ample parking.

My overall experience of Michaels home was good. Some things to fix is the cleanliness of the property. I’m not a big fan of hair at all especially others hair. The home was beautiful and my kids enjoyed the stay.
