White Sands 423 is an incredible four bedroom, three bath 3 story condo! The living area has tile flooring, a large flatscreen tv, wet bar and those incredible floor to ceiling beach views! The dining area seats 6 and thereâs additional seating at two eat in bars. The open concept kitchen has granite counter tops, an island, stainless appliances and has a Keurig coffee maker. On the 3rd floor you will find gleaming hardwoods and arched doorways. The gorgeous master has a king sized bed, floor to ceiling gulf views, flatscreen tv and balcony access. The property is not as well maintained as stated. The cleaning service did not clean the unit well. The counter tops were sticky and still had spilled food on them . One of the sofa cushions also had food spilled on it as well. One of the exterior doorknobs was failing off so my daughter fixed it. One of the bathroom door knobs was missing and was rigged with a hook to latch the door closed. The some of the bedroom windows didnât have curtains to block out the early morning sun light. And lastly the kitchen was missing some basic cooking utensils that we had to purchase for out stay.

We come down for spring break each year and this was by far one of the nicer places we stayed, personal elevator was nice for our elderly parents. Mere steps from the gulf!

Beautiful views, very clean, plenty of room for a large family and we loved the convenience of the elevator. Beach was literally steps from the condo. There were a few issues that required maintenance during our stay, but property management was very responsive, professional and fixed the issues. A few tips, youâll need to bring your own cleaning supplies (bathroom cleaners, laundry detergent, dish soap etc.) they provide starters, but only for 1-2 days. A dust pan would be convenient too, as they only had a broom and vacuums. Overall, a relaxing and wonderful stay. This has been our favorite place to stay while on vacation in Pensacola. Weâll definitely consider renting again for our future trips!

Loved having our private elevator and 2 car garage. Very clean and nice. Could have used dish rags and cleaning supplies for cleaning granite during our stay. Would have been handy since we did cook in the unit. Thatâs our only and minor complaint. Would stay here again.

Communication = Pretty good. A bit discombobulated with the multiple text messages regarding checkin despite speaking with the office.
Checkin = Smooth, but instant access is unavailable. You must visit the managements office to obtain a key.
The management staff was extra accommodating which was extremely helpful for our family. The stay at the place was great. There were beach toys/umbrellas/chairs at the place which is convenient. This is a really nice place and we would definitely return. The beach was nearly private unlike near some of the larger properties we saw while walking it. The overall condition was close to great, but there is slight room for improvement.

The condo met all our needs except the garage. The garage door was damaged and management assured me it was ânot prettyâ but worked. This was not true. The garage is important for security and ease of loading and unloading your vehicle. Management told me I would be compensated for the inconvenience. We are two weeks past check out and nothing. My call has not been returned either. The house is beautiful and right on the beach making this condo ideal! However, there are other properties and management companies that may be more reliable.

We love white sands! My husband proposed on this beach in 2017 and we came for our honeymoon in 2018 and wanted to come back every year since but this was the first year we could financially afford it. Perfect 5 year anniversary trip. We will be back!

Our goal was to check off some bullet list items for our 88 year mother who wanted to see the beach and sunrise/sunsets. She doesnât have the best mobility so the elevator was a must. The space was beautiful and very accommodating to our needs. The property management staff was responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful fall break with family. Spacious townhouse in low density complex with direct beach access. Beach almost to yourself. Garage came in handy for storage of car roof carrier. Easy access to Ft. Pickens to watch Blue Angels practice. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Property on the beach
The property was everything listed and more. Located on a beach that was very lightly trafficked. Multiple beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas included. A small convenience store located a half mile away with full shopping and multiple style restaurants a very short drive. The beach felt secluded and private with soft sand/warm water. We arrived very late at night and as soon as we woke up the next day it immediately felt relaxing. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Summer Vacat
We had a great time. Beautiful property with easy beach access. Plenty of space and beach toys for the kids. Beach wasnât overcrowded and everyone was social distanced about 15-20ft apart. We will definitely be back to this location.

Great beach access
There was 9 of us. We loved the easy beach access. The townhouse was good. Only complaints is there is NO broom (vacuum just blows it around) So we couldnât sweep the sand up that got tracked in. It needs to be updated looked better in the pictures posted. Couch was pitiful. The bunk bed room has no ceiling fan so it gets hot in there and hard to sleep comfortably. We were there for the beach so it was doable. Overall, we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful location and townhome. We did miss a few items such as a can opener and broom but with so many other items at our disposable it didn't matter.

Right on the beach. Great views. Very nice, comfortable, clean, and spacious rental. Good for large groups with a nice area to visit in the kitchen/living space with big table for meals and also large outdoor patio with large table. Plenty of chairs and amenities. We have rented different properties for several years and this is our favorite. We loved that you are directly on quiet beach and it was easy for my father-in-law, who has limited mobility, to go to and from the house. There are stairs but they have solid handrails. This unit has a functional elevator which we mainly used to load/unload our stuff from home. The main floor is one flight up. Has kitchen/comfortable living room furniture and large dining table. There is also a mini-fridge in the living room which was great for extra beverages. The washer and dryer is in the main bathroom downstairs which is the bathroom for the queen sized room as well. It was a little inconvenient but nothing major. This downstairs shower was a walk in and had a bench. Upstairs, master has an amazing view, king size bed. My only complaint all week is that the master bed’s mattress cover is worn so wud get bunched up during the night and there was not a fitted sheet on the bed which drove us crazy. But such a minor inconvenience for such a great home. The master has huge bath. The other 2 bdrms are 1 with queen and full. And 1 with full over full bunk beds. Those 2 bedrooms share the other bath upstairs. We loved the tile and wood flooring throughout. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. My only suggestion is for there to be A line of color change for the step down to the deck. The step is the same color as the concrete so we’ll would miss that step. We just put a colorful towel down and left it all week to remind us there was a step. Overall, we loved it and will be back. We did cook out on the gas grill almost every night.
