Good value for it's price. Simple clean room. Good for solo travelers who just want to sleep.
Missing basic hygiene amenities like toothbrush, shampoo and soap.

This place is away from the hustle bustle of downtown Baguio so if you're looking for a quiet, homey place to stay in the City of Pines, book this place. It is surrounded by pine trees with unobstructed mountain view so you get to enjoy that "Baguio feels".
Ease of communication with the staff is a strong point. They got back to me with detailed and helpful responses to my questions and requests.
The hot shower in the bathroom close to my room was not working on the second day so the staff allowed me to use another bathroom.
It would have been better if amenities like basic toiletries were provided.
Overall, it was a good stay!

Lenient house rules—all that was required of us was the bare minimum, such as keeping our room quiet so as to not disturb other guests; cleaning our room and bathroom as we go; and keeping our shoes outside the house. There was no strict curfew.
The walk is a bit long and steep just to get to the main road. But if you prefer this, I say go for Koinonia. Another thing is although I wouldn’t mind leaving my shoes outside the house, I would rather it can be kept in a secured locker, maybe assigned for each guest. Someone from my group got his slippers taken. I’m guessing it is because it’s easy to mix up the footwear outside the house cos they’re all out in the open.
