We come down here every few years and we LOVE the area, but we have never stayed in a place like this. We outgrew our other place and this house was absolutely perfect. It's so close to the beach. The pool is great. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. And you're still close enough to enjoy everything that Clearwater Beach has to offer. Our only complaint was the mosquitos. We didn't have any issues anywhere else during our time in Florida, but the mosquitos in the cabana were terrible. We contacted management and they only recommended bug spray. This, however, will not prevent us from coming back and we intend to stay here from now on.

This place has everything needed for a great beach home. The pool area was our favorite hangout area. The walk to the private beach was very short. We definitely enjoy our time at this home.

The place matched exactly as listed. It felt extremely clean when we arrived. I would definitely stay at this property again. It was also very close to the beach and the main area in Clearwater. It is perfect or a big group visiting Florida.

The home was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our little reunion. The kitchen/pool window/counter pool area was our go-to gathering area during the day, and the living room was reserved for board games at night. We look forward to returning in 2025. Proximity to the beautiful beach was outstanding.

We got our whole family together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The house was wonderful and fit our family of 18. Somewhat crowded but overall a wonderful experience. The pool was the biggest hit!

Very close to the beach, was very nice to be able to walk right there to the beach. Was clean when we arrived however a couple of cockroach’s came out of the pull out couch (it happens and wasn’t a huge deal). House is in good shape minus a few minor things, however I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid the $200 fee for the pool heater and it never worked and we were not able to use the pool because it was so chilly.

One word describes this property: SPECTACULAR!! The pool with the outside cabana area is amazing!! There is a giant screen tv that you can watch while in the pool with 2 refrigerators!! The home is impeccable with a fully functioning gourmet kitchen. And the best part is still to come!!! Literally a 2 minute walk to what seemed like a private beach. Will most definitely be coming back to this property in the future! The rental agency contacts were also a joy to work with and very quick with responses to any questions I had!! Highly recommended!!!

Accommodated 8 adults comfortably close to beach well appointed. No ac first night but prompt response on repair waiting to hear about a credit. Lovely pool area. Be aware no cancelation or refunds. I did not see that though clearly stated in rental. Beach/pool towels provided and a few beach chairs.

The house exceeded the pictures. House is fabulous. Plenty of room for everyone. the pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the kids and adults. Walk to the beach took minutes. Our overall experience was perfect.

Island TIme was a great property for our Family vacation. It was located close to the Gulf Beach and had a nice size pool. Other accommodations were good. Only issue was the outside pool door latch lock did not close so we had to prop closed with a chair on the outside when not in use. Agent was called and message left but no return call. Hope it is fixed for next guests. Overall, very enjoyable and fun !!

Easy walk to the beach that allows for trips back and forth for the bathroom and snack breaks. Beach was in a residential area so it was a lot less crowded than the hustle by the hotel and pier. Purchased umbrella and chairs from Big Lots for a minimal price for the week. Additional outside frig was a plus.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The location was fantastic- literally less than a minute walk to what was pretty much a private beach! The house accommodated a large group of three families! Close to shops and town! Very strict on the curfew policy but understandable! Neighborhood was nice and safe! Kids had fun fishing and going from pool to beach! Would definitely recommend this house!

Could not beat the location. Loved the pool and outdoor space. Plenty of space for 10 adults. What we found a bit strange is limited paper products & soaps- one dishwasher pod, one toilet paper roll/bathroom, etc. no big issue just not usual. Also no wine glasses only champagne glasses left by a previous wedding party. And the more concerning one is we think at least one of the bed sheets had not been replaced-a face mask found in the sheets that would have normally appeared to be more fresh. Loved the place but may be in need of just a little TLC

This house was fantastic! My son got married at the Sandpearl Resort down the street and this house was great to accommodate our large extended family instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and walking down to the beach. The layout is a little odd, you can see they were trying to maximize the bedrooms and bathrooms but it worked for us. We absolutely loved opening the kitchen window so we could all eat at the indoor/outdoor bar. It was so unique! I can see it might be an issue trying to have a large family meal here if the weather wasn't good because most of the seating is outside. Wasn't an issue for us though - the weather was perfect!!!

Beautiful property. The location was wonderful and the house was clean, spacious with updated appliances. It was perfect for our large family gathering especially with the lanai/cabana area. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk from the house. We were also able to walk into town ( 1.5 mile) where there are lots of great restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to go back!

Property was very clean and as advertised. Steps from the beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants (15-20 minute walk or 6 minute drive). Really enjoyed the cabana and plentiful outdoor seating. Just wish there were some lounges vs. all Adirondack chairs. Would definitely come back. A little cozy, especially the kitchen, for 9 adults, but it worked! Would come back.

This is a great house if you have a larger group (10-15 guests) because there's 6 bedrooms with large beds plus plenty of living space, great kitchen and amazing outdoor space. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Very short walk to the beach as well! 20-25 min walk to downtown Clearwater beach, 3-5 min drive.

We were there four days for a family reunion and this house accommodated all 16 of us with ease. Clean, comfortable and well maintained, with king beds in each of the bedrooms. We had privacy for the individual families and enough communal space in the large outdoor cabana to hangout together by the pool ... plus it was a very short and easy stroll to the beach. We had expected more of a walk and were pleasantly surprised at how close and accessible the beach was. There were no crowds while we were there and we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves late in the evenings. Accessibility was a concern since we had infants/ toddlers and elderly grandparents. There are about 3 steps down leading to the kitchen and to the only bedroom with an attached bath. We got around that by keeping the kitchen door shut, and the bedroom was accessible from the pool area and yard gate via the driveway. We were pleased with how it worked out. The pool is not fenced, but it is easy to supervise from the huge glass window in the kitchen and that turned out to be a non-issue for us too. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked quite a bit or ordered in. Overall it was a great experience and a definite recommend from our family.
