Welcome to the lake and relax in this beautiful Orchard Island A-Frame with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths situated on open lake. This large vacation home can sleep up to 13 comfortably. The large front deck with comfy outdoor sofa and Adirondack chairs are perfect for watching sunsets. Large open floor plan and new renovations including new flooring and kitchen upgrades. The first level includes three bedrooms, two with lake views. The upstairs includes a second master bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake and a large bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk bed with full size lower bunk. There is an additional living area on the second floor overlooking the lake. The third bathroom upstairs includes a Jacuzzi tub. Property includes docking cleats for up a boat and Spend a Day Marina is only blocks away for boat rentals. There is also plenty of yard space for the campers in your family.

FYI-The master bedroom downstairs has a King bed and both other bedrooms are Queen.

No boat included with property rental.
Temporary mooring on premises, ideal to dock boat at rental location overnight.

We do have video monitoring on the front doorbell camera and on the back patio, but no inside devices.

We had a very nice time. Location is quiet and the lakeside location excellent. Sunsets are really beautiful. Lots of room for everyone. Really appreciated how responsive the owner is. For big groups, realize it is somewhat sparse and you have to provide your own toilet paper and towels. For the kitchen bring your own dish soap, dish rag, paper products, and dish towels. There is no dishwasher or washing machine. The water is well water and we didn’t care for the taste, so we purchased our own drinking water. Because of the remote location, you have to drive your garbage (special bags provided) to the city’s dumpster. These were not big deals, but may help future guests prepare. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and would stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect set up for family. Plenty of room indoors and out. Beautiful lake view. Open water directly off of seawall. Nice area to swim or relax / play on tube. We had a perfect week of boating, camp fires, enjoying family time.

The house had everything you needed. It was more than enough room for us. My granddaughters had fun fishing from the dock and caught a lot of fish. We rented a pontoon boat and the girls had fun tubing and swimming. The only thing I did not like was having to take the garbage to the recycle center. In all we had a great time.

Michael Chinook has an amazing A frame home. The kitchen had lots of extras. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family time. The view overlooking the lake is priceless. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time staying at a lake and we really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat and being on the lake made it so easy. There is plenty of sleeping room and space to gather. Really nice stay glad we did it.

This house was great for our group of all ages. Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and the bunkroom worked great for the kids. Yard/deck was perfect for spending the day fishing, swimming, boating, and just enjoying the view/sunset. We enjoyed a bonfire almost every night. Dock space is fine in calm waters/weather. Because the house sits on open water the weather can impact the safety of tying boats up to the available dock/cleats. If renting a boat we suggest that you return the boat to the marina in questionable weather and at night. We hope to return to this rental in the future.

The location is on the main part of the lake which gave fantastic views; beautiful sunsets! Plenty of sleeping space. Sit-down dining for 6 in kitchen with other options outside and upstairs (bar area). Large yard, dock, swim ladder, fire pit. Have to bring your own propane tank to use the grill.

This was a beautiful property with amazing views of the lake. And yes, it sits directly on the lake, with two docks, a sea wall, deck, patio near the water where you can relax in your deck chairs and watch the ducks go by. We were especially excited to be able to bring our fur family with us and our two chihuahuas were completely at home in the fenced in back yard! This was a spur of the moment trip and Michael was quick to respond both to our booking request and a question we had upon arrival. Spiders were a bit of an issue in the yard, but I'm thinking that was the time of year and as long as they stayed outside we were ok with it. We would absolutely love to stay here on future trips to Indian Lake! Such a great surprise to arrive at a home that was exactly (possibly even a bit more charming) as presented in the photos and descriptions! THANK YOU for a great end of summer get away!!

This place has it all! We had more than enough room for our large group of friends and family over the long holiday weekend! The location on the lake is perfect!! The neighbor hood is lovely and the property itself is gorgeous! Michael was awesome to deal with! Everything the description stated was more than available!! Loved the bedrooms, spacious open downstairs area. having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! In general, we were pleased. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Outdoors needs some TLC, like cutting the grass & power washing the outdoor furniture . The grill had not been cleaned for some time. Indoors needs some minor handyman repair (towel bar fell off the wall and no stopper in the upstairs bathroom sink. )

This was a great location for our family! 3 generations and we enjoyed the backyard fishing and dock to access the lake. Rented a pontoon From Spend A Day Marina for one day and got to see more of the lake. Definitely recommend this place to families wanting to fish or boat and have easy lake access. No hillside to climb!

We are a group of 11 older ladies who take a weekend trip every year. This home at Indian Lake was almost perfect for us ... spacious bedrooms, a great room plan that let us enjoy our separate activities - reading, cooking, playing games or watching OSU football - yet still be together. We enjoyed the lovely Fall lake views, beautiful sunsets and even a rainbow over the lake on Sunday morning! We did have an issue with the upstairs bathroom, but Mike quickly resolved it to our satisfaction! We would stay again.
