Very cozy place, with everything you need!

Very cozy place, with everything you need! It is a studio, very well split, with very nice touches (ambient lights, all the amenities needed). You have Nespresso coffee, welcome sweets, tea, etc. The place is in front of a deck with restaurants, very pleasant view. Very close you have supermarkets and 2 boulangeries. In 10 mins you can reach the city center, through a pleasant walk. Highly recommended!

River view studio with a great balcony.

The location is wonderful, overlooking the river (although it can be noisy). Super smart studio apartment with an excellent bathroom. It is very convenient for the tram, but also walking distance from the main tourist spots. Some nice bars just across the river, and a good supermarket round the corner. Breakfast on the balcony is a lovely way to start the day.

There is virtually no storage space - just an alcove with a few coat hangers and one shelf. Really not enough for 2 people staying for a week. There are no extra bathroom towels and just one tea towel in the kitchenette. Only one very thin pillow each, too. It's a great studio, but it could be much better.

Nice little place for a girly weekend away

Nice basic breakfast with Nespresso machine. Great views of the river on 3rd floor. Lift access and close 15 min walk to town. Bathroom was modern.

Limited parking on street. We had a space allocated which got pinched. Lack of kitchen utensils for cooking.

Exceptional

Great location, close to the tram, restaurants and bars; clean; well equipped. Lots of tea and coffee. Helpful host. Lovely balcony.

The pillows could have been a bit comfier.

Terrific apartment! Highly recommended

This is an absolutely terrific studio apartment. It’s clean, comfy, well-equipped, beautifully designed, and has a lovely view directly on to a canal and canal boats, is walking distance to the Île des Machines, which was our major destination (albeit, it’s a long walk!). The host was very helpful and responsive. We’d stay here again, without question. Huge bonus was the fact that the apartment was on the third floor and there’s an elevator.

There was only one problem that marred our overnight stay, and it wasn’t within the host’s control. We were there on a Saturday night in August, and had the misfortune to end up there on a night in which drunken partiers were yelling and screaming at each other directly in front of the building until the wee hours of the morning. I got almost zero sleep, but my wife slept through it all. Then around 4 am a single flute player started up playing soft, sweet music, and my wife woke up to that!

Exceptional property with stunning gardens, stylish rooms, and wonderful owners.

Great location and great view of the waterway. It is small but has everything you need. It is newly remodeled, so feels very fresh and stylish. There are two drawbacks. 1.)Because it was no air conditioning, we left the sliding door to the balcony open during the night for cool air. But the bars along the river are noisy, and the streetcar is noisy in the morning. 2.) The bed is OK, but the pillows are not adequate. Needs better, softer, thicker pillows.
