We have been to Florida as a family on several occasions and have always opted to stay on resort as opposed to a villa. I can honestly say we have been converted from staying at this fantastic villa. It has absolutely everything you need to break up long days at the parks to ensure you have a balance between going here there and everywhere and getting some much needed downtime. Any questions we had were answered instantly and we felt instantly welcomed. Could not recommend this enough to anyone contemplating a villa option for the first time. Look forward to coming back!

The house was beautiful and perfect for us! So many amenities were included it's hard to mention everything. The pool and hot tub were great, and the game room was used a lot throughout our stay. The kids had a blast! The theater room was impressive. The community area was very nice. It included a pool, hot tub, waterslides, splash pad, lazy river and bar/restaurant. Also, the gym on site has everything you need and good quality equipment. Overall, everyone was impressed (and surprised) how nice the house was, the photos don't do it justice online. We are already planning to come back next year.

The house was truly as the pictures shows. Although the pool was smaller than expected it was still great. My only complaint about the building is the extremely long line during check-in hours.we stayed in that line for ohouhour

We treated our children to our 50th anniversary vacation to have all the Grandkids together. We are scattered about and some haven’t seen one another in a year or more! My Grandkids had the best time, the looks on their faces when they saw the game room and the theatre was priceless!! They were perfect, didn’t fight, literally said they were going to miss one another, asking to stay longer and my youngest Grandson who will be 4 in Aug. asked to stay 5 more days!!! Lol..it was PERFECT!!! My sons and spouses were texting while driving home not only thanking us but want to continue doing this yearly and I agree, the kids need to be with family and cousins!!! I wish I could do this a few times a year, such a wonderful vacation! Thank you Mr Tang

Just as advertised. We went to Disney World with our friends and family for 4 days straight. We were a group of 15. We should have stayed at this house longer and less time at Disney World. The kids had a great time just staying and playing in the house.

Overall decent stay, difficult to receive additional wash cloths and towels for my family. Also had issues with the downstairs bathroom clogging, and the bathroom light flickering intermittently throughout the stay.

This is as close to a perfect 10 of any vacation spots I have stayed at. We had everything we needed for a vacation right there in the home. We had a pool, game room, and movie theater room. Plenty of room for my entire family. Location for outside fun such as Disney, dining and shopping could not have been better. My seven year old grandson summed it up perfectly…This is the best vacation ever! He wants me to buy the home so we can live there forever. 😀

We all enjoyed our stay and each others company. My husband and I treated our kids and grandkids on a no cost to them Magic Kingdom vacation 😊. There were a few things in the house that need fixing, but nothing major. The house is beautiful 😊. Thank you again for everything.

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was so nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed. I had lots of communication with the hosts before, and they were always responsive. The Star Wars room was amazing!! There were enough rooms for all 12 of us, with plenty of space. We loved being able to come back at the end of a long day at the parks, and getting into the pool or hot tub. It was just a great place. I would definitely book with them again.

Loved the fact that our unit was an end unit, as it gave us more privacy and more parking. Everything was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I would prefer different would be the large bunk bed in the middle of the floor in the game room, which made the game room very crowded, and washer and dryer downstairs would be nice. Other than that...it was perfect!! We will stay again!

We all enjoyed our stay at this home. There were a couple issues, but they were attended to very quickly. My only slight disappointment was that the pool area was smaller than expected. This didn’t affect the fun that we all had though. The pool temperature was great and the hot tub was enjoyable in the evenings after the Parks. All in all, this was a great place to stay!

We booked this house months in advanced and it was exactly how it was all pictured. Communication and our stay was really great! This is our 3rd year vacationing in Florida and of all our rental homes this was the best one!! Looking forward to booking in the future

We booked house months ago with a group of 16 from ages 1-70. House was great, clean and spacious. Communication was great. A couple of hiccups but everything turned out fantastic. House was different than original house booked with train game room with 4 beds (we got jungle game room with 2 beds). It worked out though because the Star Wars room was even better and had more beds so our teens were cool with bunking with the toddlers. First night the pool heat wasn’t turned on even though we paid for it. A quick call and it was immediately fixed. The dryer wasn’t working but another quick call and was directed to a back up one in game room closet. Hiccups will happen on every vacation, but this property management was quick to fix things and communicate immediately to go above and beyond. I would recommend and rebook in an instant!

Everything was very nice, great location and plenty of room for our 17 people. We had a wide variety of ages from 3 years old to 70. Game room was great and everyone loved having the pool there. However for that many people we needed larger pans and skillets. I had to buy a large pot for pasta and a griddle for breakfast. In addition we only had one time pick up for trash. I left it out between 9-3 two different times and had to bring back in do the animals wouldn’t get to it. Highly suggest another pickup time listed for the afternoon or a listed spot where we could take it ourselves. Overall experience was great. Thanks

My team stayed at the house for a trade show. The house was awesome, everything listed was very accurate. There was a small issue that we had to call about and the management group immediately resolved it. Would highly recommend staying here!

The room were smaller than expected. The pool table was broken and there wasn't any way to turn down the volume of the arcade games. Living room furniture wasn't too comfy. But overall the stay was great. Loves the fast hot water and the great pool, no need for heat. Location was good but the construction and the gate codes were a bit complicated.

Simply amazing villa with a level of facilities we’ve never witnessed in over 30 years coming to Florida. Customer service from David’s Diamond Team has been incredible throughout with nothing too much trouble. We’ve been here a month and sad to leave. Cannot recommend this company enough.
