At last, you're here and the beach is right there! You enjoy your own private space with this beach home. No public hall ways to share. Ocean Lakes is private property with 24 hour security. Here at Site 1170 you will be the 3rd house from the beach. Your walk to the beach is about 30 seconds! Built on stilts, you park right under the house. Step out on the deck from the dining room and enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. All the comforts of home. WiFi is included. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen including a side bar with seating for 3. Moving into the living and dining areas you have a dining table and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa which opens to a queen bed. First floor bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top. The full bathroom with shower and full size washer and dryer complete the first floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with a king bed and full bath with shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower. For the baby we have a pack 'n play, a high chair and baby gate. All TVs are flat screen with one in each bedroom and a 55" in the the living room.

For your convenience paper products and hand, dish & laundry soaps are stocked.
Bring your own bed linens, bath & beach towels or ask about rental service.
The beach is steps away. The Water Park is right here and included. Indoor & outdoor pools, water slides, lazy river and splash zone for the little ones. There's playground for the young ones, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes and corn hole games. There's also a miniature golf course. For convenience shopping there's the Sandy Mart. Lots of good things to eat at the Meet N' Eat. Check out the game room and the Nature Center. The Rec Center office offers discounted tickets to over a dozen area attractions. The Rec Center office also has a book exchange library.
Once here, all the amenities of Ocean Lakes Family Campground are available to you. You have the option to rent golf cars through Ocean Lakes.
Vehicle pass fee of $15 per day per vehicle will be charged by and payable directly to Ocean Lakes when paid at arrival. Vehicle pass fee will be $12 per day per vehicle using Express Check-in and fee is paid prior to your arrival. Advance lead time for the mailing of your passes is required by Ocean Lakes for Express Check-in.
The Ocean Lake charges are subject to change.

Great location just steps from the beach. We rented a golf cart to get around the campground. We had an issue that was taken care of immediately. Owners were easy to workcwith.

This home perfectly accommodated my family and friends. Being steps away from the beach was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed from a crockpot to cleaning supplies. I would definitely rent this place again.

Cynthia and Bob have a lovely home and are very accommodating and responsive. The house was just a few steps from the beach with everything we needed; fully stocked kitchen, grill, lovely living space and plenty of room for my family of 4 and my friend's family of 3 that joined us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back next year!

This was a fantastic place to stay! We were 2 houses from the beach and there was beach access right at the end of our road, so it was a straight walk right onto the beach. They had 4 adult beach chairs, 2 little kid chairs and 2 umbrellas available 2 borrow.
They had a very nice and clean high chair, pack and play and baby gate, functional kitchen appliances, all the dishes and cookware that we needed, and even a few spices, which we were thankful for since I forgot to bring those. (The ice maker is fixed too btw.) The beds were comfortable in all the rooms. The kids room was downstairs and the two larger rooms were upstairs. It was very clean, except for the carpets needing a good deep cleaning.
The only thing I would've done differently is to listen to the directions at check in! I assumed it would be like finding a regular house with a GPS, only needing the house number and street name, but it wasn't. There are several VERY narrow roads (with just enough room for our van to get through) in between the houses that don't have their own names. Once you find it the first time with the Ocean Lakes map and get used to squeezing into the parking, it's perfect though! We were able to get a minivan, Subaru, and pick up truck all parked under there.
The homeowners were very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We would go there again and recommend it to other families with kids.

We loved this house even with a few things that could be improved. It was a perfect location, walk to beach, and a veiw of ocean from the porch was nice. Loved the two adult bedrooms upstairs, master was huge with made sharing room with baby easy! Older kids loved the bunch room downstairs. Overall great place!!!
Things to improve to make even better:
In the bathrooms shower heads with hoses would be awesome to help better wash small kids.
Please get the cleaners to regularly clean the cleaning fans, they were very dirty.
The porch funiture needs to be replaced, ripping and rusted.
It was awesome they provided a highchair and pac n play. Again, a great place to stay and awesome owners. Won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to cook all week. We had all of the pots and pans needed. It was great that we didn’t have to bring our beach chairs and umbrella’s because they were already there! The master bedroom was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable. The owners are so very nice, responsive and very easy to work with. This is defined a house we will rent again.

The house has everything you need. My family and I enjoyed being only a few steps away from beach. Nice large rooms plus 3 bathrooms to make it accessible for everyone.

It was a great place. The ice maker didn't work. As we were packing to leave I was checking everywhere to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. I looked under the queen size bed and got 3 grocery bags of trash out from under it. It was little debbie cakes wrappers and empty coke cans (8). We did not bring either one of those items with us. To say all of that I'm not sure your cleaning group is cleaning. Over all we loved the place and we are talking about coming back next year.

We had a great time there the only thing was the ice maker didn't work. We told the homeowners and they said they were sorry and would reimburse us for the Ice. The only changes I would make are. A removable head in master shower because it's real small & change out the toilets to the chair height & oval bowls. Over ALL very nice place.

First time at Ocean Lakes with my 3 son's, daughter in law, husband and 1 year old grandson. The house had a beautiful ocean view and was stocked with everything you need. The communication with the home owner's was amazing, they checked in with me to see how thing's were going and answered every question I had. My family was very pleased and we will be visiting Ocean Lakes again and will stay at the same home.

Owners were super nice and communicated with me often about our stay, and I booked on christmas break for this trip (labor day) and even reminded me to send in for my parking pass, which I forget to do in time almost every time I book. We had 3 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-15) stay here for a week. We love Ocean Lakes. This house was the best we’ve stayed in. It was super clean and close to the beach. The water park is fun. The golf cart parade is always fun! We appreciate the communication the owners provided and we were grateful for the stocked paper goods and hand soaps, laundry detergent, etc upon arrival.

This house is comfortable, convenient walk to the beach, and very cuts.
We had a great experience renting this property. It was well taken care of, clean, comfortable, the owners were very responsive with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The only thing I could say is the porch will need updating soon, but it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the ocean view. We would recommend this place!

Want to roll out of bed and onto the beach? This is the place for you! The owners certainly have the gift of hospitality. They go beyond what is expected, and that is why we use owners rather than management companies! Communication with the owners was top notch. The home was well stocked with everything you need. Great October Weekend
The house is so close to the ocean. It is very convenient to be able to just walk 30 seconds and be on the beach with all your gear. Also, we love the H section. Its like it's tucked away, from the rest of the campground. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. Definite plus. Fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to cook and eat. The Canfield's were super helpful, and very nice to work with. We would absolutely rent again.

What a wonderful Halloween weekend!
Wow! This unit and location was even better than expected. Host was most accommodating and very easy to communicate with, from start to finish. Unit was very clean and included many extras not mentioned in the Vrbo description. Beach was close enough to forego riding the golfcart & was a short pleasant walk. The neighbors were nice and one nearby unit owner even mentioned that our unit always had the nicest folks to stay there. And staying at Ocean Lakes on Halloween was such a blast. Thank you Cynthia and Robert for a wonderful stay!

Great location right at the beach! Steps are tough for elderly and infants/toddlers. But no problem for healthy kids, teens, and adults. A nice golf cart would be a great addition!Awesome vacation spot!
