Check-in was a breeze. Love the consistent communication prior to, during & after our stay. Great house & host. Absolutely love the location, saw 20+ deer each morning feeding on the grass between the house & river. Be a great summer house with the river. Thanks to the host & their team

Property was nice… house could do with some TLC(Mini blinds and Vertical blinds broken) shower in master bathroom too small) the outside could use some clearing but it’s not ugly.. just suggestions. Management was very nice and property nicely kept. Definitely recommend this place.

River half
It's a nice place it is outdated. The master bedroom shower was very small. The house can use an updated AC system it was hot during the day. The TV in the living room was extra small. No privacy the neighbor's backyard is our front yard too many people Cardinal one area.

May Getaway
The property was gorgeous, management was on site and very helpful.
The house was nice, however the master bathroom needed to be cleaned around the toilet area and the tub, so I took care of it since I’m a clean freak.
The river was PERFECT for kids with adult supervision- I highly suggest this spot for families with and without pets :)

Awesome place to stay
The place was great! It was just as described. We had multiple families and were able to fit everyone. The outside was probably my favorite part. We were able to sit by the river and just enjoy. The deer oh so many deer. It was wow. The property manager was very helpful too. The only complaints are that the dishwasher didn’t work and there was a plug in the living room and one in the sunroom that didn’t work.

Comfortable Big Cabin
This cabin is a neat older cabin, with a beautiful view of the river, with bunches of deer to watch! It served our group of ten well....

Cozy cabin close to the water
Cabin is lovely we have stayed in it twice and enjoyed it both times. The community is very friendly with onsite management. Short walk to the river where you can fish or play and is just a really nice place to vacation.

Perfectly dated
This cabin was a little dated and could not have been better. The style was comfortable, roomy, relaxing and the location was perfection.
We had a short last minute family trip just to relax at the river. There was a small rapid in front of the house which was fun to go down when not chilling in the calm waters above. Our daughter brought her family for the day and this smooth rapid was a perfect trainer for our 2yr old grandbaby, while our son floated around fishing. Enjoyed the wildlife, nature and community. We are already discussing a need to return.

Family enjoyed their stay
My family enjoyed their stay. We did have some questions about the property that were not explained such as back door lock and front porch light but David came over and explained how everything worked. The kitchen had food and items in fridge that were used so we were not sure why they were there. We just covered them. Otherwise, location and property are very nice and river is accessible and private. Thank you for letting me bring my pets to the vacation. My family enjoyed having the pets on vacation with us.

Wonderful place on the river.
David the property manager was fantastic. Made us feel welcome and made sure we had every question answered. The property was amazing. We spent all our awake hours out side in the river, yard, patio. Our dog had a great time also. We will be back.

This vacation was supposed to be first get away for me and my husband during pandemic. It was anniversary gift to my husband. Pros of this place: river is few seconds away from the house. Lot of deers came to visit in the morning and evening. Beautiful fox squirrels play in the backyard. Pretty close to grocery stores and other amenities.Cons: There is a smell in the house. Probably because the house is really old, furniture with fabric covers and mattresses are probably as old as the house. I am sure the house was cleaned but the smell was bothersome to both me and my husband to the point we could take it anymore and cut our trip short and left the next day. We had booked the place for 3 nights. My husband and I were really looking forward to this vacation but I guess I picked a wrong place.
