Odalar resimlerde göründüğü gibi.Temizlik gayet güzel.İhtiyacınız olan herşey(klima,kettle,havlu,mutfak malzemleri) odada var.İnternet iyi çekiyor.İsterseniz otopark ayırıyorlar.Sifreyle odaya ve otoparka rahatça giriyorsunuz.Açıklamar yeterli kimseye ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz.Güvenli.Biraz merkeze uzak sadece.

Отличный апартамент. Очень тепло. Хозяйка на связи. Хорошая спальня и гостиная с кухней. Все есть. Всё работает. Хороший санузел. Хороший интернет. Простое и быстрое заселение.

Нужно в номер ещё одно одеяло для второго человека.

Със сигурност ще отседнем отново

Удобно място с паркинг, което е важно, тъй като апартамента се намира в зелена зона. Домакините бяха много отзивчиви и ни осигуриха 2 кошари, както помолихме. Банята беше чиста, от съществено значение е, когато си с 3 малки деца. Апартаментът беше топъл и просторен.

Минусите са малки, но е редно да се споделят и те като обратна връзка. Апартаментът не беше този, който избрахме при резервацията, предполагам са имали някакви съображения, които беше редно да споделят преди да пристигнем. По стените имаше пръски от мазнина и отпечатъци от обувки. Микровълновата фурна не работеше (не затопля храната на нито една програма).

It was OK

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and I was able to arrive and leave at any time without any problem.

One day before my check-out date a lady, non English speaker, knocked on my door and using Google translator told me that I needed to leave the room immediately. Fortunately she call someone and she realized that it was a mistake. The Area is a bit doggy and the streets around were extremely dark. So the insecurity sensation at night is high.

Nice apartment

I liked the check in/check out procedure. The apartment was nice and clean. They provided us with a free parking space witch is vital for us. The staff is very nice and friendly. Everything is well prepared and explained. Overall we loved our day in this facility.

Wi fi was poor and the pillows were too big so we couldnt sleep very well.

Perfect example of simplicity and efficiency.

Everything is based on self check in. We were just going through Sofia and it was perfect for us because we didn't knew when we will arrive and we had parking. Everything is explained very good, location is super. Most importantly everything was clean.

Just a friendly tip to put some shelves in the toilet for the cosmetics. Especially in quadruple room :)

Good location, clean, comfortable apartment.

Insufficient parking places, so we parked on a payed parking at 1 minute walking distance where the personnel was very rude. .

Comfortable

That was clean, has parking area (limited), comfortable bed. We had a short but comfortable 1 night stay here. Taxi took 15€ from city center to apartment.

Everything is small in the room, small fridge, small plastic chairs, small desk, unsafe door (if you do not lock, it can easly open from outside) poor water amount in the shower.

Great accommodation for this price, close to the center. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped in good condition. Parking place was available in a closed yard inside the building which is great, however they are a bit narrow.

There are some shady people in the neighborhood, fortunately nothing happened. As I could see on the buildings it is an improving area and the neighborhood is very mixed.

Good ration cost/benefit, and an excellent stay for may familiy

Entrance was easy and all instructions given correctly. Place was organized and in accordance to what was announced Parking is a real advantage Host is very reactive on supporting

The neighborhood is in a place without maintenance from the city hall, with waste on the streets and abandonned houses to accumulate it. But it is not a problem from the host, neither the appartment. In general, it is a minor proplem, once you feel yourself safe in the city. It is also only a 20 min walk from the main attractions in Sofia;

The location is perfect. Self check in and check out works very well.

We booked a room with a balcony, but our room did not have it. We were not able to establish the climate in any way.

Nice place

I chose this place because there is a parking. I booked a room for two people and a baby. When we arrived there was a baby travel bed. There is also an elevator which helped us with the baby stroller. Unfortunately I broke the room number, which was placed on the keys. I proposed to pay for it, but the woman nicely refused.

location quite a lot of hair on the towels (some long, short, short and curly...😓) it was gross they said reception (just whatsapp) works from 8 to 23 but i texted them at 7:43am and got the message back at 10:17 am

good value for money, but the beds need a proper matress. expect to have to walk a lot to get into the main city Center

nice and clean, the staff were helpful and quick to respond. shower was great, room had everything needed.

the bed was awful, extremely uncomfortable. the location is further out than we were led to believe, it is not in the city Center it’s a good 25-30mins walk.

Good location and great check-in process.

Really bad sound isolation between the common area and the apartments. You can hear your neighbours talking and walking around. People don't respect quiet hours and party/yell in common area in the night. Due to bad isolation, it is hard to get proper sleep.
