La struttura è collocata vicino al centro storico circondata dalle vie dove si riesce a parcheggiare facilmente. Le stanze sono ampie e letti comodi. Si può fare il check-in anche dopo la chiusura della reception.

In teoria si poteva fare la colazione, ma a disposizione avevamo solo i biscotti e la macchinetta del caffè.

Materasso comodo.

Per me il soggiorno non è stato piacevole. Dapprima ho dovuto sollecitare l'host perché mi inviasse i dati per l'accesso, poi ho avuto problemi con gli asciugamani (eravamo in due ma i set di asciugamani erano incompleti, inoltre due erano anche sporchi). Ho fatto presente la questione all'host e subito ha provveduto a farmi prendere gli asciugamani puliti e mancanti. Fin qui poteva essere tutto risolto, ma... Ad un certo punto spengo il condizionatore e vado ad aprire la tapparella e trovo la polvere depositata lì da molto tempo. Quindi una volta poteva essere un caso (comunque non giustificato), due volte sono troppe. Considerando che l'alloggio non è stato di certo economico, mi aspettavo molto di meglio.

Si può fare meglio.

Grandezza della stanza, posto tranquillo, abbastanza vicino al centro città.

Il bagno ceco, dove la ventola di aspirazione non è funzionante e il bagno emana cattivi odori. Come detto alle donne delle pulizie le maniglie delle porte, sono molto precarie.

Solo per grandi camminatori!

La zona comune che da a disposizione the e caffè con i biscottini gratuitamente. La stanza é grande e c'è il frigo bar con una bottiglietta in dotazione.

Arredamento spartano e datato. Bagno da ristrutturare. Assenza di qualsiasi tipo di sapone. Posizione scomoda rispetto al centro perché c'erano parecchie scale da fare comprese quelle per salire dal portone alle stanze.

OK, but only for one night when in Noto.

Location was OK. Heating worked (January). There is a free parking in the street. Coffee (although in plastic cups)

We got room nr 9. Matterace was very bad, I found myself sleeping in the hole - obviously matterace was broken and needs to be replaced. Bad night, didn't sleep well. Poor breakfast, some cookies only (is cookie a breakfast?) The door had spaces underneath (wind could blow) and we could smell the cigarretes from the outside

Everything was excellent.

Perfect place in beautiful Town. Very comfortable bed and pillows, no problem with parking space. Super clean.

A good choice in Noto

Great price, good location, easy check-in/check-out. The refrigerator in the room and the big, complementary bottle of water. And a really great coffee machine!

The room is very close to the Old town. Parking is easy and free on the street. There is a fridge and air conditioning in the room.

The bed was shorter than a normal 200 cm bed and wasn't very comfortable. There is a bathroom in the room, but it had such a heavy sewage smell, it was very disgusting.

Nice common room with possibility to take a coffee. Very nice terrace. Not so far from city centre.

Problem with handover of the key - other guests accidenttaly took our keys and the communication with personnel was distantly quite difficult (we had to wait until the guests did not come back in the evening to be able to change the room and with small baby it was a little bit complicated).

the name Barocco for this B&b has nothing with the meaning

coffee was free of charge, and self service.

we arrivedd at the B&B almost 30 min. in advance the we had planned, and no one answered the telefone or the door bell, I got the impression we had gotten ripped off until a couple of guests were leaving. We asked and they said it was the same for them to keep trying to call they will answer at sometime or another.They finally answered. Another dissapointment was the shower was clogged up after taking a shower you must walk in the overflown water to the room.Another was the SQUEEKY bed

Superb

Room with a balcony looking out was fabulous! And they have a roof top terrace for guests to chill out is definitely a plus. Welcoming staff, complimentary tea and coffee and the coffee machine actually made great espresso!

They have sent a message ahead and asked the expected arrival time, which was good. And we messaged back a day ago, arrived as planned. Yet no one was at the premise and no instruction was given after that message and we had to call using international toll at the gate to check in. Fortunately everything turned out alright, only hoped they could arrange check-in better, so we didn't have to figure out stressfully in the heat at the gate. Might be useful if the number provided is on WhatsApp for overseas guests.

Budget stay

The property is located in a great spot and we found parking very easy. The room was nice and bright and a good size. The bed was decently comfortable.

We were disappointed by the lack of breakfast after there are so many reviews detailing how wonderful it is. The listing also includes many pictures of said breakfast. Upon arrival, we were informed the breakfast is no longer included and "they are working with Booking.com" to have it removed. Also, there was a lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. The tea kettle had water left that had gone stagnant and had a terrible smell. The shower had red mold around the edges. Many of the outside doors/shutters in the room were broken/taped.

Far enough from the center to be absolutely calm, close enough to walk there in 5 minutes. super nice service (via phone), very comfortable bed.
