Bright, sunny and spacious two bedroom condo in Ogunquit.
Located just a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop and under a mile walk to the Footbridge beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well (Angelina's, Beachfire, Hooks). Situated on a dead end street, the neighborhood is quite and great for a walk and bike riding. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. Washer and Dryer in the bathroom. There is also a back entrance that you can use to store your beach gear.
Great for two couples. Dog Friendly!

My wife and I loved our week-long vacation at this extraordinary property. It is rare to be able to enjoy an entire house with every possible amenity, three smart tv’s, modern appliances in an expansive and well-stocked kitchen, a full-size shower, a private driveway with no stairs into the unit, a patio, comfortable beds, and on and on. Our hosts were lovely and helpful, and we even got a special visit from their Great Dane puppy. Highly recommended!

Overall, a nice experience. Clean, well-equipped quiet unit in a great location. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is very finicky and was very difficult to use. It was quite hot in the unit. The owner should add instructions to the on-site handbook. Users should also be told to bring their own towels. There is an unfortunate requirement that you learn about upon arrival that you need to wash and dry towels before checkout. With a 10am checkout,
this makes it very hard to take a shower on the departure date.

What a lovely spot to spend a long weekend with hubby and his brother and wife. Lots of laughs and great memories were made. This condo is so clean pretty and well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend staying here.

This was the best VRBO we’ve stayed at this year. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable! The beds and couch super comfortable! Location was perfect and being able to bring our dog was a huge plus! When you walk in, it feels like home!

Took a few days to enjoy local attractions found these accommodations extremely satisfactory. Had anything I needed. Only suggestion is having the towels in the dryer instead of waiting an hour to put them away.

Everything was exactly like today posting and more. The space is even more attractive in person, than in the pictures. Very comfortable living room area to hang out in, easy to use kitchen, and convenient dinette. Extra hang out areas on closed in sunroom porch and on outdoor patio. Easy entrance without any key to lose. Had a wonderful stay here!

awesome area in back for your pet. I thought larger than appears. Walkable to Footbridge but not if you have a bit of gear without a wagon. Trolleys are few & far in between & more expensive than parking if there are more than 2 passengers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the condo. The condo was extremely clean. It even has carpet in the bedrooms that looks and feels clean, which is very hard to come by! The condo had everything that we needed - grill, tea kettle, coffee maker, good wifi, Roku, AC, cooking pots and pans, some spices, etc. The location was awesome too. We walked downtown and/or to the beach every day. The street was incredibly quiet. I never woke up because of any outside noise. We hope to return!

Very nice. Well cared for spacious first -floor property with exceptionally responsive owners. Easy living inside and out for a couple or family of four. Everything one could need for a week’s stay. Clean and beautifully decorated.Would stay there again and would highly recommend. It is in a lovely setting and the town has everything you would need. Beach is breathtaking.(I did recommend it to a lady I met in Bangor who was familiar with the town)

We had a lovely vacation at this property. It was absolutely delightful in every way. The house truly felt like a home for our two week October 2022 stay. The amenities were plentiful, the beds were super-comfortable and the hosts were available if needed. We highly recommend this wonderful rental property!
Footnote: We are so sorry for this delayed review. Sadly, we had a death in the family upon our return home and it's taken a while to recover.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable and the owners have supplied everything you need for a lovely vacation. The house is well appointed from the well-stocked kitchen to the washer and dryer closeted away in the large bathroom. The property is just minutes from town, the beach and the Marginal Way, but located on a very quiet dead end street. It was very peaceful and we slept even better than at home. The very comfortable, king size bed helped. The owners were gracious hosts, easy to communicate with and we can't wait to go back again next year!

Everything needs to be clean I guess so the cleaning lady does not have to do much. We loaded our car top carrier so we didn’t use the stuff provided.

The property is clean, well maintained and very close to shopping, dining, and only a few minutes from the beach. It is appropriate for a pet, there is plenty of room for a pet to run and the walking in the neighborhood is quiet and secure. However, at the end ot the road is a rear entrance to a mobile home 55+ park and the residents told us that we were not welcome in their "private community" and I did find this somewhat unsettling and disappointing. And be mindful that in the fall this unit can be very damp, the split heating/cooling units provide heat and cooling but do not remove humidity. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay with or without your pet - the owners are very accomodating.

We had the best week at this property. My husband and I and are two kids (ages 7 and 10) stayed in this unit while the grandparents stayed in the smaller property located in the back of the house - what a fantastic set up! Our property was the perfect size for a family of 4 and the house was amazingly clean and had every single thing we needed (toaster oven, coffee pot, laundry, etc.). I admittedly do no cooking on vacation but if I had the desire to - it would have been very easy and budget-friendly to that here. For the price, I think you’d be hard-pressed to find a nicer home in OGT. It’s about a mile to Footbridge Beach, which would have been a non-issue for my husband and I, however bringing two kids (and all the beach stuff), we decided to drop kids and one adult at beach and then one of us went back to house and walked down - you can pay to park there too, $25 for weekdays, $30 for weekends or $4/hour weekdays and $5/hour weekends. OGT Beach is about a two mile walk and Perkins Cove is a 3 mile walk. I enjoyed walking/running early in morning down to Perkins Cove and grabbing a chocolate croissant at Mornings in Paris for my reward. Also not to be missed: That Place and Northen Union (pricey and smaller portions but each bite was just sensational). We enjoyed pizza from Cornerstone, Mexican from Las Olas (Wells) and Thai from Mekong Thai - all very good and close by to the property. I would not hesitate to book again!!

We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit. The location of the condo was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet.

No bedding provided and electrical problems
The fact that guests need to provide their own bedding for king and queen size beds is onerous, especially in cold weather. After traveling across the country, we needed to invest in sheets and blankets that we didn't need and gifted them to Good Will upon departing since we could not fill up suitcases with bedding. It would be really nice for host to provide bedding services. The home is cute and has been remodeled however it had electrical problems with fuses blowing on daily basis. For the amount of money spent, it was not commensurate with the level of services rendered.

It was a great first time visit to Maine . The cottage is comfortable clean and quiet . It was close to town, beach and great restaurants .

We loved marginal way and a great açaí bowl before our hikes and day at the beach ! We woud stay again !
