Fantastisch! Unser neuer Sehensuchtsort.

Frühstückservice, erwärmter Pool, zuvorkommender Manager, sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gibt nichts, was verbessert werden könnte.

Wunderschöne & moderne Anlage. Der Manager und sein Team sind besonders aufmerksam und freundlich

Eine wunderbare Apartmentanlage. Sauber, sehr modern und außergewöhnlich. Die Außenanlage und der warme Pool waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Manager und sein Team überaus aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der hervorragende Brötchen- und Croissant Service war ganz besonders. Ich kann diese Anlage nur lobend erwähnen. Gehört zu den Besten, die wir in Europa erleben durften. Vielen Dank für den besonderen Urlaub.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay in this small purpose built apartment complex. It is very comfortable, clean, well thought out and managed exceptionally by Manuel. The pool is lovely and the location quiet.

My only criticism is the noisy air conditioning. We had to switch it off at night as we found it impossible to sleep with it on which was a shame as we were then a little too warm. I did notice ear plugs were provided in the bathrooms which is unusual so I assume they were for this ? I unfortunately do not like wearing them. If the air conditioning units could be changed this venue would get 10 out of 10.

An apartment looks like a new one, very clean, modern and spacious. There is everything that you need. Wonderful terrace and swimming pool! Very good location. Miguel is a perfect host!

Everything from the host to the apartment was excellent. The apartment was very very clean and the host helped us with everything we needed. The town is about a 10 minute walk.

Comfortable and relaxing stay in a very new and lovely property.

Very new property with all the comforts in an excellent location. The lake and historic center are just minutes away by foot. Usually we don’t like to spend much time in a hotel or B&B but this place was relaxing with a lovely outdoor patio and pool. We also slept very well since the neighborhood is very quiet and the mattresses were very comfortable. The staff is very professional and check-in/out was easy. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here: - Heated pool, lovely even if its still chilly in the april morning, you easily could get in the water. - Nice apartments, big enough for a family with 3 children. - Everything was nicely organised, also well equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc etc, and lots of storage room in the bedroom. - Very friendly and helping hosts. - For me as a runner, it was a nice surprise a small running trial started at the building. - Great location, easy access from the highway.

-Perhaps the opening times of the pool were a bit too short (10-16) especially if you want to do things in the day, but this was because it was early in the season and it will probably be longer in the summer.

had booked for 3 bedroom apartment 1 double, 2 single beds, 1 bed. The two single beds turned out to be bunk beds. Mistranslation on English site from the Italian site.

Lovely apartment / boutique hotel with great pool

Beautiful place with a very nice owner & staff going to great lengths for their guests' pleasant stay. Overall, highly recommendable. Apartment was super clean, and equipped with a great A/C. The pool was great, as well, with individual loungers for every apartment. Thanks a lot for some nice, relaxing days.

Nothing to change, really. (If you are looking hard for a downside, maybe the single beds could be a bit wider).

Very nice stay in beautiful appartment.

Very nice and modern appartment with two stories and living room, kitchen and bedroom. Very nice complex with pool area and host is always available and also very nice! Appartment has all equipment needed.

Be aware that it will take 10 to 15 mins to walk to desenzano.

Lovely and comfortable stay at the relais Madergnano

Lovely apartments! Definitely recommend! Very clean and comfortable. Great shower! Manuel takes extremely good care of his guests.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was a little loud, but at most nights we could sleep without, because the apartment stayed rather cool.

Great Place - one of thr best at the Lake

Actually all perfect. Very nice and cozy place and dog friendly. Highly recommended also for small families. WIFI works great too and all TV entertainment option available in the room.

All very nice. I just do not like Illy coffee. Host should allow for small selection of pillows. Room on lower floor has no blinds - so our dog was up early :-)

More then expected

It has been one of the best experiences in the region for us. Modern concept combined with local tradition. Quality materials and devices in the location. Staff was extremely nice and customer centric. Location very close (10 min walk) to the city center. Easy to reach and ideal if you are a family plus dog. Grazie Di tutto
