Beautifully renovated villa. Very clean, comfortable, modern. We requested wheelchair accessibility and got a villa that was fully accessible. Our whole family was able to enjoy. Very attentive and pleasant staff. Highly recommend!

I was at the villa from March 20-23. The property look a little spooky when you drive in to customer service. After checking in and arriving at our Villa the Tree Top area is very nice. Not a big suite but 2 people it’s perfect.
The appearance when entering. But I do understand they are under renovation. I did have to call for the broiler draw on the stove was hanging. No one ever came out to fix it,but it was fine cause we didn’t have to use it. Hope it was fixed after our check out. I also have a suggestion the step going into Room 6001 and 6003 is very high. Maybe a sign and also a door bell when you staying in the bottom suite.

I’m familiar with the property
Noisey neighbors
And upgrades were not much from last visit

The resort was very clean and comfortable. They accommodated my family and I to be next to each other. I loved it there. I will definitely book again.
The price for the kids snow tubing could have been a little cheaper, because my 4 and 6 year old didn’t want to go on after we went to the top of the mountain.

The villas are very beautiful and very comfortable. When you arrive and check in, the girl takes great care of you and gives you useful information for your stay with them. Then they send you to give you a little more information to the front desk so they can explain to you about the activities inside the place. to which they ask you for personal information. I am a resident here in the USA and I have my green card for which I carry it as a primary ID to which they tell me that they cannot take that ID because there is no signature of mine on it, my husband gives his ID and they validate it. From here this really did not seem pleasant to me since I am giving it a primary ID which everywhere considers it as one.
They send us to another desk to give us information about the activities that can be done inside the place, they ask for ID. They did not want to take my green card as an ID because there was no signature from me and they wanted a passport from my country. Then they told us that the next day there was going to be a talk where we could attend to learn more about the place because it is very big but oh surprise, they first told us that my husband and I could go. Then when we went I simply couldn't enter again because my ID WAS NOT VALID and I simply couldn't enter. When my husband asked them the day before if there was going to be a problem with the ID and I could they said no and on the contrary there was because again they did not want to take my green card as ID and well they also ask for a credit card and to know what your annual income I suppose that for them to have a little more information about who are the people who stay in their hotel, the truth is, the villas are very nice, the place is very nice, you can do many things inside the place but they should improve the staff who work in the place or at least I would not want to think that it was something discriminatory because if I presented them with an identification it would be valid throughout the USA.

The location was perfect for someone who needs to disconnect and recharge. The property itself was very nice and modern. I love the different amenities.
The bathroom smelled like the sewer is overflowing. The TV was very weird. It’s nice because it’s a large tv but the channels seemed to be stuck in 1990’s. For such a family-oriented place and claims of upgraded villas, I think they could invest more on better indoor entertainment. Smart TV perhaps? The bathroom is baffling. The sink is so small and then there’s this HUGE space that you could practically fit a single bed with just nothing in it. I don’t understand who designed that bathroom.

it was just so easy to check in and out. The place we stayed was nice and clean. Most of the staff were so nice. Horse back riding was a great adventure with the staff that made it fun- they were so friendly.

The exterior of the buildings need a good power washing. The mini golf course needs sprucing up as well.

The room was super cute. Great price for a studio apartment. I liked that there was a lot of things to do on the property. There are two pools. There weren’t any open chairs but we made the most of it.
I wish there was a little store or diner that was open late. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. There were no chairs on our patio. The shower pressure is TERRIBLE!!!

Very rundown nothing . Bugs everywhere in the kitchen at night. we had to exterminate our self, because they refused to move us, and we had already paid our money
The furniture upon arrival was visibly dirty, even had food stains on it and we confronted them and ask them if they could change our facility and they refused to. Big dust in the fireplace everywhere. We thought bobs the whole time. Yes, we come out at night in the kitchen and we had a tire food up and paper bags. When they said the maintenance guy said he put it on file that we should have told them we told him we didn’t tell him these changes because he had a medical condition , and they refused to change us to a different room . This place was run down. Looks like it had not been maintenance facilities in the amenities. Many things were broken and they said they were booked and they were not booked because switched out 10 times to another room and refused to do so very nasty rude staff. never going to stay there again.

We had a very pretty view from our deck we were facing the golf course. It’s a quiet and relaxing stay.
Can’t really say was anything that I didn’t like.

The villa was fully equipped. We traveled with so much stuff and when we arrived we noticed the villa had all those things already. Great experienced.

Room was nicely decorated. Decent location.
Room smell upon entrance. Cost of room and cost of snow tubing excessive.

Brand new suite was beautiful. Nicer than expected! Horseback riding was excellent! Nice to be able to swim in winter.
I can only say the suite shower glass door should have a smaller opening (or a door) to retain heat or have a heat lamp in bathroom. Wish pools had showers. Didn’t anticipate being asked to sit for a presentation. I declined. Just wanted to spend all time with my wife for her 50th.

Attractions on site so I didn’t have to go anywhere to enjoy my stay. The villa was clean, spacious and UPDATED this visit as I’ve been here several times and this is the first time I’ve had a updated modern one.
They closed snowtubing early after I planned on going!
