Great place to stay! Very clean and worth the price!

Really big and spacious room. It was clean and very comfortable. Would come here again!

Don’t use booking to stay here call the place directly

Located centrally to all the things I needed.

The property gave away the room I booked on the app. Claiming that booking thru a third party doesn’t guarantee you that you get the room you booked just that you will get a room.

Conveniently located didn’t have to drive too far for dinners only 25 minutes from Silverwood.

Dishwasher was full of dishes. They were clean just not put away. I’m on vacation I did not want to empty a dishwasher. Told the front desk and they said “ it’s so you know the dishes are clean. Just put them where you want. “ This really should be part of housekeeping in my opinion.

Great place, very comfortable and staff was great.

Missed breakfast. I brought food but no silverware, glasses, plates. All in dishwasher still dirty. I had to run it.

Location was great. Close to hospital, price was good. Rooms are large so it wasn't real crowded.

Breakfast was good. The reason for our stay was due to a family member being in the ICU at Kootenai memorial.

Kept running out of essentials kleenex, toilet paper, coffee etc. Rooms weren't cleaned daily.

We would definitely come back to this place when back in Idaho again.

Breakfast was well stocked and frequently replenished. Location was close to I-95.

One corner of our room had mushrooms growing from the carpet that I think was from moister, possibly from the A/C. But we didn't realize this until the morning we left.

Stay was short and sweet.

Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. My bed was very comfy and breakfast was better than I had expected. Great stay at this location.

Would’ve liked a place to go outside and sit for a cup of coffee- but - can’t have everything.

Nicely up to date hotel. It was very clean and all staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

The room and property were incredible clean and in good condition.

There was nothing we really did not like. The hot tub jets were not working but the staff worked diligently to solve the problem. There is a bit of noise from the adjacent highway but we sleep very soundly.

Easy access, ample parking, friendly staff and a great breakfast

Right off the freeway, no view, in a busy city area, large, very nice room, great breakfast friendly staff and large parking lot

I thought it was a bit expensive.

Hotel was nice, unfortunately the window and bathroom door issue may affect my decision on future st

Breakfast was decent...waffles were very good, definitely need a couple more irons for amount of guests eating. Rooms were clean and nice.

Window seemed jammed and would not close all the way allowing excessive noise in. Bathroom slider door would not stay closed all the way allowing no privacy
