POOL: This house boasts a 312 sq. ft. heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: Driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.
PETS: Pets under 40 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.
CAMERAS: These are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers.

The house was good
Good location
Back patio was infested with “no see um bugs” that owners knew about it, when I told him about what we thought was fleas, he told us about the bugs. By third day when we killed one, I told him and he came with an off outdoor spray. We all were bit by these bugs (itches pretty bad)
I dont understand why If they knew about these bugs, why they don’t fumigate every time they have guests at the house.

We had a very good time at this location. The place was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked, except that we did not have enough glasses (minor inconvenience). Everyone enjoyed the pool, and they even had pool towels. We were able to do laundry when needed, so that was cool as well.The only issue I had is that the management company was not very responsive; we called and told them that the front door was sticking and never heard back. Overall, we would go back.

Casa Blanca is cozy place, located in friendly community with good amenities. I enjoyed my time there!
There's a few small things i wish were different... the stove got extremely hot without turning up the dail, one of the pictures kept falling off the wall, the shower temperature was always hot and couldn't adjust to a colder temperature,
Besides those few things I had an amazing stay!

The property was fine for my needs. The kitchen needs more items and the glass cups have to go. My biggest disappointment was the mosquitoes and the flies, even with the bugs spray and candles, we purchased, being outside by the pool was unbearable.

Clean and comfortable house in a convenient location. Icemaker didn’t work, so you will need to bring your own ice. Be prepared to provide private information directly to a secondary management company (even though already provided through VRBO) or they will not give you the access codes.

We had 10 family members at Casa Blanca in Hollywood, FL. All the bedrooms had king size beds, which was great for the adults! The pool was a major plus for the kids! The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a table large enough for all of us to eat together. The only downside was that the lighting was very bright and with the glass panels in the doors, the adults had to sit in the dark after the kids went to sleep.

Truck drivers here for Beyonce! We needed to get out of the trucks for a bit. This place is PERFECT! VERY CLEAN! the coffee maker stopped working and they brought a new one the same day. I highly recommend this place.

Very well located and close to everything.very bright and clean house Disappointment harmful insect that does not allow us to take advantage of the yard (fly, fleas, bigail mosquitoes) The owners should treat the yard because we had to buy a lot of mosquito repellent which did not help. Only one room with private toilet, so the others share a toilet. Water problem, the showers are out of order (hot water only) few supplies provided, for a week, we were 8 we had to buy everything (toilet paper, soap, disinfectant, mosquito repellent) Cleaning of the swimming pool should be done according to the occupation because often dirty because of the surrounding trees. Badly distributed air conditioning, master bedroom very very cold, and the front rooms very very hot. Noisy air conditioner. Need an air exchanger. Neighbor hostile to renting vacationers

My family and I were in town for a funeral and stayed at this property for five days. This house needs a lot of improvements. When we arrived check in was great and the house was clean. We tried to watch the TV in the main area, and we could not get it to work/connect to the internet. I spoke with someone, and he said he would come over the next morning to fix it and he gave us a timeline, so we stayed and waited. No one showed up. The washing machine/dryer was broken, falling apart, and being held together with duct tape. I was also told someone would be over to look at it and no one showed up. The temperature on the shower faucets is reversed; hot is cold and cold is hot. I own a plumbing company, and this is a five-minute fix-service call to correct this issue. This should have been corrected from a business owner standpoint. It is an inconvenience from a renter standpoint. Also, the toilet in main bedroom at times wouldn’t stop running and, in the kitchen, not all the burners on the stove were working. Lastly if you want to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas the mosquitos are a HUGE problem. I would suggest management invest in mosquito/bug treatment of the backyard because it was a huge problem. I returned home with literally 52 mosquito/bug bites. Along with mosquito treatment for the yard some sort or mosquito repellent or citronella candles should have been provided for guests since it is such a noticeable problem. We invested roughly $100 on sprays, candles and torches. Looking back at some reviews I noticed some of these problems have existed for a while. It is time to act on feedback you are receiving. On a positive note, the location was great.

Can’t recommend this place enough, the hosts were amazing and responsive. Their home was beautiful and clean, great layout for hosting my whole family. Our next family vacation to florida we’ll definitely be looking to book this place again.

Location is great. Coffee, groceries, food, freeways are just minutes away. The Beach is about 8 or so mins away. Located on a quiet residential street that felt pretty safe to us. The house overall was very clean and tidy. There are some little details that need some attention but that could be just me. Sheets and towels were all clean and relatively new looking. Starter TP, paper towels and trash bags were provided. You will need to get your own condiments, spices or whatever you may need but this is normal. The house had lots of amenities that were acceptable although it could use a new coffee maker. Plates, silverware and utensils were all good. We did a little lite cooking and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable also as adults it was nice to have the king-sized beds. The lay out of the house is good and has lots of room to spread out. We only had 4 adults but this would be perfect for many more. Backyard was clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool was warm but a little dirty due to trees (we fished out some leaves) buy can't really help that. Management was quick to reply to us and a biggie was they let us check in early which was REALLY appreciated. As a residential rental, this is not a big party house but for adults and families that want an overall clean, safe, convenient house this is a good pick. We travel a lot every year and use VRBO to find accommodations and would stay here again (and probably will).

We had some issues with the internet and pool cleanliness upon arrival but the management did all they could to correct issues in a timely manner. We appreciated it.
Overall, we had a wonderful time.
Please note, there are no condiments like salt/sugar/oil in the kitchen and pots and pans are in a poor shape.
There is a washing machine and dryer at the property. However, it took us 5 cycles to dry 5 towels in a dryer. There is some kind issue with it. The management was very nice to bring us extra towels and extra dishwashing pods since we ran out it quickly.
House needs some tlc but the management is excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay in this 5 bedroom home. House has a great layout for large families or groups. Really enjoyed the heated pool and the tiki hut was a great place to hangout one evening when it was raining. Location is good in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to the beach. We are nurses and we needed a couple days off to relax so we saw the Marriott Villa Rentals in Florida and we booked the Casa Blanca. It was a great experience. We always go to hotels but the Villa was a great experience. It was like home with friends and We had a good time !!!

We stayed at the house during spring break. Location is OK, not the greatest neighborhood but we had no issues at all. Very close to the stores.
Our group was 4 adults and 5 kids, it was plenty of room for everyone.
Beautiful outdoor space and very nice size pool, kids loved it!
Living room TV had some problems with WIFI, we called the office and they send someone right away, unfortunately guy couldn't fix it.
Stove was burned inside probably from previous tenants and was never cleaned.
The property management was very helpful in allowing us to to check in 2 hours earlier.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!!!!

The house was as described. The POOL and KITCHEN was amazing. We LOVED our stay!!!! The mattresses were so soft, sheets were cleaned, bathrooms were clean. Only thing i didn’t like was the living room furniture definitely needs some upgrading or cleaning also the walls need painting. OVERALL I enjoyed my stay & will stay again 💜

Once again we were pleased with our Valgal vaca rental. Hollywood beach is our family's sentimental favorite. The house was clean and exactly as described in the ad. The pool was the favorite feature for the kids and adults. We utilized the grill for hamburger/hotdog night. Overall the stay was a big success and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was pretty and the neighborhood was nice and calm. Unfortunately, the house was not clean and the furniture should be replaced since it looked old, had stains(the couch looked the worst), or did not work greatly. The washer and drier did not work. It took a great amount of time for the clothes to dry. Additionally, the management team could be a lot friendlier. The person we talked with through VRBO was friendly before we checked in, but when we let her know about problems in the house she was uninterested and her attitude changed towards us. Some of the people in the house heard screams inside one of the bathrooms throughout the stay which we realized was paranormal activity since it wasn't the neighbors or anyone in the house. ok The house just really needs to be maintained at a much greater level.

We had a horrible reaction to it and later found out it’s been an issue in this property in the past. When I reached out to the property managers they were really rude, were brushing me off and when I sent them the pictures they said it was mosquito bites although we had to seek medical attention and were advised By the doctor that they are bug bites. The floors are super slippery 2 people fell and were badly hurt, and when we were leaving the cleaning crew came in with all linen and towels to switch out except for pillow covers and bed spread for all the rooms, I called them to complain about that as I wanted to make sure they were going to bring clean ones to switch out for the next group that was going to be staying there and was advised I didn’t have to worry about that! Huge concern especially with Covid. The property is being rented back to back and not being sanitized properly, they are not leaving the property vacant for at least 24-48 per Covid regulations. The morning we got there the previous renters had just left at 7am, and I started getting emails from the property managers asking what time we were checking out even tho check out time was at 11 because they had another party coming in. This property is definitely not worth all the bs you’ll have to deal with. I’m back home and still can’t sleep well due to the bites. I was prescribed a steroid treatment as well as a prescription strength Hydrocortisone cream. I have pictures of our bites and a video I took of the linens and towel bags, proof that they didn’t bring pillow covers or bed spreads. They are all about the money and no good service! They are quick to take your money and quick to brush you off and ignore you when there’s an issue! I tried to upload the pictures but was not able to.
