I was overall a lovely stay! Great location with bars, restaurants, gift shops etc near me with the beach a 15 min walk

I liked the outdoor terrace and modern touch to the property.

The dog barking was at times disruptive and the smell of damp throughout the property especially in the living room was not pleasant. I wish they also provided us with a second key.

Fantastic, relaxing stay in a beautiful, modern apartment with everything provided.

Everything was perfect and the accommodation was clean, spotless & very modern with everything needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The apartment is situated close to the heart of the town close to the old church, with many restaurants and bars close to hand and a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk with many smaller shops closer even still. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main harbour and town centre and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. A big positive mention must go out to our hosts, Francesca/Joao who were so easily contactable and more than willing to be helpful with everything, including the best places to go to eat and they also left a complimentary bottle of wine, some fruit and bottled water which was very thoughtful and a nice welcoming touch. Will definitely return to visit and bring my wife the next time as myself and my mother had a wonderful time here.

Nothing bad to say whatsoever but only a small mention that there is a large construction of a new apartment complex going on nearby but it did not bother us in the slightest and it was very peaceful and quiet for the time we were there, both during the daytime and nighttime.

Perfect little terrace house in the heart of Alvor.

This was the perfect little terrace house tucked in a back street in the centre of Alvor. It was fully equipped with everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We loved the beautiful terrace, which we used despite visiting in February. The house is a short walk from the grocery store. There is a wonderful bakery just around the corner and you are a 1 minute walk from the "heart" of the town. You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes. The house itself is lovely - very traditional from the outside but with beautiful modern finishes inside.

Would highly recommend

Excellent location, right in the town and an easy 20 minute walk to the beach. The garden terrace was lovely to wake up to every morning and it was perfect for our family of 3.

Fantastic little cottage in centre of Alvor

exactly like the photos and brilliant location

no dishwasher but wasn’t really a big deal.

Modern, clean, well equipped property in centre of town - may get some neighbour noise.

Immaculately clean, well equipped, modern property with nice patio courtyard. Residential street. Exceptional communication, even late at night. We took the airport transfer & paid for a welcome food pack as we arrived in the evening - all worked well. Fantastic location, 5 minutes’ walk from restaurants & 10 minutes to the beach.

The property is terraced and we experienced a lot of noise from properties on either side - dogs barking from 6am and loud club dum & bass music until midnight from balconies overlooking the courtyard. There is also a building site for sale right opposite the property - not very pretty and it didn’t bother us but future renters might want to check whether any construction is underway.

Loved Alvor - easy access to supermarket, bus stop, restaurants - not too busy!

Self catering so breakfast not applicable. The apartment was situated in the centre of Alvor so easy walking distance to shops, beach, bus stops and boardwalk! And lovely Portuguese-run bakery where we had breakfast most days.

We couldn't work the TV very well!

Exceptional

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Alvor. The house is perfect, everything is to a very high standard.

The house in my opinion more suitable for a couple or maybe a small family. The second bedroom is very exposed to the living area. Not a problem for me , just to make guests aware

The loveliest place to stay

The accommodation was lovely, exactly as it was on the pictures. We had everything we needed and the extra little touches were a bonus. The location of Casa da Tita is perfect, it's round the corner from the center, the beach, restaurants and bars. It is also lovely and quiet.

There wasn't a safe in the property, which we normally like to have, although we had no problems and felt safe leaving our belongings in the property.

Relaxing and fairly comfortable with easy walks in to town and the seaside.

Great location in a quiet area.

The bathroom needs updating, especially the shower cubicle with a dirty looking curtain that is far too long. A glass door would me more appropriate and hygienic. The bedroom curtains don’t fit correctly, there is not enough material.
