Je pense revenir à ma prochaine visite sur Rouen

La situation de l'établissement est très pratique, proche de l'A13. Le petit déjeuner correct, la chambre confortable. Hôte à l'écoute.

Booked this place, came around 21:00, hardly found access to it through backyard (gates were closed), did not find anyone in the building. Called, knocked various doors, but nobody answered... The only sign of someone being there was loud islamic music coming from one of the rooms... otherwise it felt like an abandoned motel in the middle of nowhere, I did not feel secure there to be honest. Since I could not find any staff and there was no information left for me I left the place and stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately payed upfront, so lost 60€. NOT recommended at all.

Très pratique

Établissements très pratique, vraiment très proche de la A13 pour une halte, et à 5 minutes de la borne de recharge supercharger de Tesla.

Il faudrait s’assurer que l’organisation est bien calée (clés disponibles, petit déjeuner à l’heure).

So Sad

I got held up in the UK, so I was unable to make the reservation on the 25th September. They where unable to change my booking for the next day so they got paid for doing nothing, so sad.

Unable to get a refund.

I think I have said enough, my score would be a z’ero

no meet and greet, we did not see any one at all, the key lock code was wrong, I had to go to a neighbour to get help to get in, the room was clean, but that is the only good thing! The breakfast was a at 9.00 am, which was no good for us as we had to get the Shuttle early, so the breakfast was missing. There was a kettle, to make a cup of tea! I could go on but I think, that is enough, to go on with.

The rooms were immaculate, the beds megga comfortable, the staff incredible friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, even down to coming to pick us up from a restaurant when we couldn't get a cab !! Faultless

Too close to the autoroute so only stay there if you are willing to endure the noise.

The pastries served at breakfast were the best we had during our 2 week holiday in France.

We had a family room on the top floor which was quite basic and disappointing. The radiator was hanging off the wall and the noise from the autoroute was excessive. A fridge was provided but didn't work properly.

clean, nice staff , good coffee- not an easy thing to get in France

when we arrived there was no one in reception , it took a while to work out what to do

Very friendly service. Nice breakfast. Very clean. Nice bedding.

Spent 1hr phoning around to be let in. They left the key but not told me. Never seen any one I was the only one there. Never bothered to do my breakfast, so that was a waste of money

After a long and arduous motorcycle journey I was very much looking forward to a shower and a good nights sleep , instead I got a locked door and no response , I await my full refund and your excuses Regards Richard
