Eigenlijk niks.

Alles, de keuken niet ingericht, veel ontbrak, geen toilet beneden, geen twee aparte slaapkamers. Badkamer en toilet alleen bereikbaar via slaapruimte vrienden. Geen privacy. Gevaarlijk trap naar boven. Heel gehorig, geen voordeur. Douchecabine stuk. Waterfonteintje zwakke straal. Geen slot op badkamer.

Superb

We stayed very comfortable in this place, very hidden but still within reach. The pool is small, but for a morning swim, it's great. The room is relatively new, with a modern interior and a nice place to sit outside. The breakfast was good, with more than just the usual Italian brioche and excellent service.

We were under the assumption to have two whole rooms. However, the apartment was one room with a wooden divider that didn't give us parents privacy.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable.

We booked a room that specifically noted a washing machine (I took a screenshot for the host that argued otherwise). There is a laundry room which is open 9-17 which is very misleading as opposed to the description. Our welcome kit did not include everything noted, the response wasn't very hospitable.

Clean, Big and comfortable

The appartment is clean, big and modern. Instructions on how to enter the appartment were ieasy to follow. The washing machine was very usufull. You shouild make sure to bring your own soap. The staff very responsfull on WhatsApp.

The kitchenett is a bit small, but functional.

Exceptional

The location is super quiet and cozy, surrounded by nature. The house is tiny, but nice and cozy, it has a patio, car place. Good place to escape from big city troubles. The service was excellent, online check-in, I have received the detailed description of facilities and door codes very quickly after booking. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The only thing I can mention is a duvet for sofa bed. It is like disposable, doesn't have a cover.

We loved everything at Le Village Sarzana. The apartment was modern and clean. With a fully equipped kitchen, pull up bed, tables both indoor and in the private outdoor space, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Swimming-pool is lovely and breakfast very rich. Raffaella is a great host, the staff very kind and helpful.

place okay but a bit expensive for what you get

friendly hostess nice location/sorroundings great airco good breakfast guests respect each other during pool time

small, short not comfy beds noisy appartement lights outside reflects at night in the room small shower cabin inclined roof attic bedroom and bathroom not suitable if you are taller dan 1.75 open stairs with a hole underneath so if something falls you can’t recover it. bathroom and bedroom upstairs limited cooking facility (sink is very small) and no dishwasher given the price per night of 270 euro a welcome bottle of water or wine would have been nice.

I found this place by accident because another place I go to was booked but I am glad I found it as it was so much nicer

I stayed here recently in July and appreciated having good air conditioning. Places say they have them but barely work, not the case here. As a result I slept very well. It’s more like a little apartment with a little kitchen, sofa, TV, etc. The apartment was very clean & modern and parking available for the guest.

There was body wash but bring shampoo & conditioner. This was no problem for me as I usually bring it with me!

Superb

The place is really nice and perfect for a calm vacation. However, it is also 1 hour by car to most villages in the region which makes it very convenient for travelling around. The hostess is a lovely and helpful lady.

The breakfast could have been better. But maybe it is just my family and me are not used to sweet breakfast type.

Very nice play to stay and truly relax. Apartment was very tasty designed and very clean.

The main road towards the apartment is quite bad, and it would be nice to have warm bathroom in April.

could be a nice option but only in summer months!

it is clearly a new property and in summer time it may be a great place to relax after a day a the beach, also with kids!

absolutely not to pick for a winter stay, besides the issues on arrival in the evening(codes to enter were not working and staff was unreachable for a good 20min, during which we were waiting in the cold with two small kids hoping to reach someone) the apartment was very cold throughout the night and the only heater although on all night did not manage to heat the room enough.

would come back, nice place, spacious and comfortable!

We stayed here end of October/beginning of November 2021. The area is very spacious with well a maintained garden, a laundry room and a breakfast place. Due to off season there was no breakfast offered anymore, but the integrated kitchen is fine and some very small, local shops but also a huge supermarket are only 5 min away - so no problem for us. The apartment is pretty big and although "furnished by IKEA" very nice and comfortable. Check-in is fully automatic with codes which worked perfectly. Although we did not manage to meet the owner/manager in person the communication was fine and whenever we needed something there was an instant reply via the booking.com app. Talking about the "light" walls to the neighboring apartments (which we only noted one evening due to being almost alone): yes, the walls are thin and not well sound-isolated but I had a very nice conversation with the manager who told me that an improvement is planned for this winter - so maybe look for a hint on the description beginning of 2022 :-) Location is very calm and with lots of green around but a car or at least bicycles are highly recommended to get around. Our dog was happy, too :-)

Ok for a one night stay

recently renovated so all seemed pretty new, also clean and spacious, nice green space outside/patio and shared swimming pool which we could not use due to cold weather but has potential for warm season

no sound isolation from other room next door, we could hear doors opening/closing, people speaking, water running etc..pity because it really did seem recently built/renovated

Overall the stay was ok 8 out of 10. Good value for us.

I liked that it was very well organised with self checkin. Code at the gate, pin for entering the house. Although we did not get to use it because of the weather, we liked the pool. The rooms were good, clean. The house was nice. It looks like in the pictures. It is a good stay. We only slept 2 nights.

Overall the stay was ok 8 out of 10. Good value for us. The walls are very very thin, you can hear other people breathe.. Can't go to toilet without everyone hearing you. Also, the sofa bed did not have a cover/duvee, mesaged the host, but they did not reply. There was a huge ant invasion at the door, but I guess the host could not have known. It was ok. Although because of the location, you can expect quite a few bugs entering the house (mosquitos, ants, grasshopers, other plant bugs). Also dead ants in the pool.

Rafaella, the manger of La Sarzana is a super friendly person. She can assist you on where to go, what to see. Always attentive to your needs.

Access road is far from town. Complex of houses are nice.

We just stopped there because we wanted to see cinque terre. Its very calm and peacefull location. You have to visit the city centre when you’re there. 20/30mins by foot or by car. The room did not look that fresh to me. Kind of empty but they will get there to make it more warm like italian style. The hostess was very polite and sweet and explained a lot. The breakfast was good and fresh.

The cost for the stay of a dog is too much. Maybe a little corner for dogs to chill or little plastic pool to cool off would be nice.
