The location was good for us - arriving Narita late night and travelling to Haneda next morning. Took a taxi from Narita airport and it was about 20 mins drive.
Facility is a bit dated, it could be improved.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, fridge, water boiler, robes, slippers etc. just lacking a security box, which meant that we had to take our valuables with us everywhere. The location is ideal, right in the centre, a couple of minutes walk from both Keisei Narita and JR Narita rail stations. There is a small AEON with good supermarket 10 minutes walk away.
We were initially given a smoking room (or perhaps a previous smoking room) that smelt stale and with little natural light. We complained (having booked a non-smoking room) and were then offered a small double (we booked a twin) eventually after a bit of huffing and puffing by the staff member, we were offered a nice twin, with no smoking smell and plenty of natural light. Luckily my wife is Japanese and was able to convey our displeasure, not sure how a foreigner would fair…

Location, price & room size
Dirty carpets full of dust, particularly under the bed, furniture and room corners.
Room Bath with mold, yellow old plastic commodities with a smell of snuff/tobacco scent on the room.
At check out 11AM, upon request and with sufficient time in advance, we asked for a changing room to get our soaked wet clothes swapped prior taking the train at 15PM, unfortunately the hotel staff declined and kindly suggested us to use the Restrooms for this purpose. Note we were 2 families travelling with 3 kids of 1 and 3 years old.

Huge room perfect for sorting out clothes and shopping on the tail end of a holiday
The laundry is in a slightly inconvenient spot

The counter staffs were very friendly, helpful and professional. They are the main reasons why I’ve given this hotel a high rating.
Rooms are clean. But the bed is abit too firm & the pillow is too thin and flat (I understand this can be very subjective and personal).

Perfect location a two-minute walk to either train station (Keisei and JR). Either is just 10 minutes to Terminal 1 but check the schedule if you're on a tight schedule as there's only 3-4 trains per hour. I enjoy coming to Narita City a day in advance, so I have a stress-free day before a long-distance flight. It's just a basic hotel but comfortable and clean, and great value for money.
I've stayed there about 5 times now, so I do like it a lot and I stopped looking for other hotels in Narita (I tried some others). The breakfast isn't for me, but that's also because I'm mostly vegetarian, and then the options are a bit limited. There's a nice bakery cafe on the other side of the JR tracks called Marond Cafe.

The location was the important factor for us. We have stayed at Welco a few tims when it was a Mecure Hotel. Staff were pleasant and the check in was fast and smooth.
The hotel is getting dated especially the bathrooms.

Great location.
Staff needs to upgrade a bit on their English to communicate better.

Location was the main reason I choose this hotel. Their hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Almost everything in the room, furnitures are quite old & run down, mattress already slumped, toilet wall and part of the toilet door are moldy (upkeeping is poor for Japanese standard), this hotel really needs to have a thorough revamp. Also, there is no USB socket at all and they should install some regular charging point at bedside area.

Location of hotel was good. Within walking distance to Kasei line station and bus stop. Super convenient to move about with such a good location.
Room air con produces warm air, no doubt switches indicated air con High, Medium, Low and Off. Check with front desk, was told air con only blow warm air (were there in mid Feb, maybe is winter and centralize with only warm air. We hv to select the Off switch, so no warm air in the room. No ventilation, we hv to open the window for the fresh air and cold wind. Leaving the window open, noise can be heard from passing train every now and then.

It's right next to the station and 1/2 stations away from Narita Airport. Great for people with early flights.
Clean and comfortable.
Really nice shampoo and conditioner; as well as a spacious tub.
Big window that opens is a huge bonus.
My partner and I look and speak Japanese so people just assume we are and tend to be more free with their comments. TV wasn't working and they fixed it relatively quickly BUT the engineer nonchalantly said that "foreigners steal the TV card". Now, I don't know how true this statement is but regardless, it was racist.

Excellent location but an old and somewhat run-down hotel. At least the unit baths are new.
The hotel is old and the hallways and rooms are tired and dirty.
