Besser als erwartet

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof, von dem man in ca. 9 Minuten am Flughafen ist. Zudem bietet es einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen an. Auch die Restaurants in der Innenstadt von Narita sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, es war aber alles sehr sauber.

Das Mobiliar (vor allem der Teppich) ist schon recht alt.

Convenient and comfortable stay

The size of the room is spacious enough for 3 paxs. The staffs are polite and helpful. It's within 5 mins walk from JR Narita station. We paid extra for the breakfast set which it's worth it. Typical Japanese breakfast with coffee and bread. It's clean and have daily housekeeping. Though the hotel is a bit old, but it clean and well maintained. Provide free shuttle to airport which is a bonus for us.

The toilet is a bit small. Perhaps, this is the standard size in Japan.

A perfect spot just minutes by train from the Narita airport and so close to the train station.

The close proximity to the Narita station was excellent! The staff was very helpful. The shuttle was on time and well air conditioned. The stay was perfect for our one night travel needs.

There was not anything to dislike.

Good price and location worth it for 1 night near airport.

Staff was great. Location is very good for experienced business travelers and accessible to two train stations a short walk away. Hotel had a shuttle bus to Narita International Airport.

Have stayed at Narita U-City off-on for 20+ years. Hotel is getting on in years and is ready for a remodel. Still amazed to be handed a door key instead of a pass card.

Clean, expensive, desolate.

It was very close to the train station which makes the location reasonable.

The price was too high for what it offered. The room was smaller than other hotels that are cheaper considering the area had nothing. The main (and pretty much only) restaurant area is on the other side of the station. It's not too far but far enough that the hotel could be cheaper. The bathroom offers almost no privacy other than closing the door. You can hear every sound so make sure you're comfortable with your partner.

good value, kind staff

The staff was very friendly and offered me a non-smoking room even though I booked a smoking room (it was the only option). The room was very spacious and clean. The room may be a bit older but nothing looked worn out and everything was clean. The location was near a train station close to the airport. There was also very nice onsen about 20 minutes walking from the hotel.

Good enough

Value for money. You'll get what you paid for. Although some things were a bit old fashioned, it still will serve its purpose 🙂
